Hotel ubicado en pleno centro antiguo, cerca de la entrada por lo que sólo hay que caminar 5 minutos de donde te deja el taxi, además el gerente te recoge en la zona de taxis si se lo comunicas. La habitación está reformada con gusto y es muy agradable. Aunque se permite fumar en ella por suerte no tenía olor ninguno. La limpieza era muy buena. El baño era un poco incómodo porque cuando te duchabas se moja todo. Las vistas son... un espectáculo, no hay mejores. Tiene una terracita preciosa donde pasar horas mirando el paisaje , que no tiene desperdicio. Ademas abajo da directamente al agua, por lo que no hay gente paseando debajo tu ventana como en el otro lado. Todo Fenghuang tiene un encanto especial. La zona es aún ruidosa por la noche , pero a las 23:30 todo para y queda en calma. El dueño era increíblemente bueno! Habla bien inglés y es fácil comunicarse. Nos ayudó muchísimo en todo, como con el taxi y nos ayudó a comprar trenes, fue muy amable. Gracias por todo!!

Absolutely 5 stars staying experience. The staffs are super friendly, they started welcoming the moment we stepped out from the taxi, helping us to carry our luggages. The front desk staff, Yen Zi, was very helpful and friendly. This hotel provide ”butler” service via wechat and private car to transfer guests from hotel to the ”Red Bridge” and return. The interior design is very Zen feel. Our room is facing the river bank and the back of the hotel is connected to the ancient city. Definitely will stay here again if we ever come back to this ancient city in future.
