Hotel dengan Sarapan pagi di Ferney-Voltaire

I needed a hotel for one night, as my friends were picking up the next day to head to the ski resort. I took the 66 bus from the airport that drop me off six minutes away from the hotel. 45 min bus fr Geneva city centre. Lots of construction in the area. Pleasant hotel, lovely common area, very modern . The room has a kitchenette, which I found pleasantly surprising as I got to make tea and porridge in the morning. The toilet room is separate from the shower room, but that's OK, very spacious, and would love to stay there again .

The perfect, comfortable, affordable stay at the end of a ski holiday the night before we fly. A full day of skiing, a relaxed transfer to Geneva and the Odalys, and a free shuttle to the airport the next morning. What a win!

We arrived at 11pm, tired due to a long flight delay. We were hungry and no food was available. We asked the receptionist if we could just have a drink from the bar behind her. She said no. There was no apology. I explained that if we'd arrived at an Accor or Radisson hotel they be able to help us. She just shrugged her shoulders. She wouldn't even provide fresh milk for my wife to make a cup of tea in the room. The check in was also time consuming and complicated. I was asked to pay for the room on arrival. I did this using my American Express card. I was then bizarrely asked for a €250 deposit. The receptionist explained that while I could use Amex for the room the €250 could not be paid on Amex, so I had to pay this on a Visa. I'd paid for the room in full and in advance so why was I being asked for more money? I get a breakage deposit if you're staying a week at a fully equipped apartment but this was just a double room with a bathroom. We were offered breakfast in our welcome email at €8.50 each but this was charged at €29 for two on our departure. Despite the coffee machine not working and there being nothing hot to eat left at 9am. Not good. The room itself was very nice, shame about the staff and ludicrous check in deposit situation.

I should have known from the fact it was cheaper than the Ibis at the airport that I should manage my expectations - but I hoped as a frequent Accor Group user the difference was purely on the basis of it being a French price rather than a Swiss price How wrong I was - I had a to get a taxi from the airport as no answer from the hotel to phone calls asking for shuttle details - this alone halved the saving I'd emailed asking for details of the restaurant menu following comments on here - I'm glad that they didn't answer in detail, only confirming the time the restaurant was open, which encouraged me to enjoy a nice meal in the airport before leaving for the hotel As others have said - whilst the rooms are, technically, all on one floor - unfortunately it's the first floor with only stairs access and no assistance offered with luggage Were this a Novotel in a small french town that someone took pride in, and at a cheaper price, it might be acceptable - but claiming to offer Novotel standards at an airport location it most certainly wasn't And as a follow up I spent the following 2 nights at the Novotel Paris CDG for a similar price but with massively different facilities, attitudes etc And despite 3 attempts I still haven't had the correct bill sent to me from my Geneva stay - 2 with incorrect details and 1 which is someone elses bill (who interestingly only paid EUR60 for their room)

La ubicación es genial muy cerquita de Suiza es decir en la frontera había un autobús que te dejaba en el centro en 25 min y en coche unos 15 min . Por lo demás muy contentos con todo. Sin duda repetiremos 😊. Además es pet friendly, muy recomendado.

Two consecutive visits in different adjacent weather conditions. Exceedingly convenient and motel like structure. Car by the window parked like a horse. Staff helpful but a bit on the overpricing as a policy for book at hoc. Decent basic breakfast. All activities at ground level. Placed in room for disabled because the electronic key issued was not functional was a good alternative bathroom-wise. Some street noise from the ”cow-boy” yard, ”horses” traffic. Reminded us of Australian minisculized hotel installations.

J' ai passé 10 jours dans cet hôtel pour le travail . L équipe est adorable , serviable et honnête , j' ai même oublié mon ordinateur qu ils m ont très gentiment renvoyé. Les hambres sont propres et on voit que des travaux ont été fait récemment car les chambres sont très propre et bien conçu. Le rapport qualité prix est de loin très attractif et correct surtout que l on est a deux pas de la frontière .

Those arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park.The apartments have a TV, wireless Internet access, air conditioning and a kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge. A private bathroom with a shower also features as standard.The hotel facilities also include an indoor swimming pool and a steam room. Guests looking to stay in shape can enjoy a workout at the hotel gym.A buffet breakfast is served each morning.
