A splendid overnight stay. The warmest of Moroccan welcomes greeted us, though we were 2 hot and dusty travellers on our motorbike.. Our room was spacious, soft, and comfortable, with all the best facilities, the public areas an oasis of calm. With secure parking for the motorbike, just off the main road and a short walk to the City Centre the Riad was perfect in every way for us. Our breakfast, taken on the shaded terrace was exceptional. We would happily return and highly recommend.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was its location in a newly developed area, which offered a sense of safety compared to the bustling old town. The hotel's proximity to the Blue Gate, just a quick 10-minute taxi ride away, made exploring the enchanting attractions of Fes, such as the leather dying factory, serene sanctuaries, and vibrant markets, a breeze. Although the winter weather prevented me from enjoying the swimming pool, I was captivated by the picturesque garden view and the relaxing ambiance of the balcony. The room itself was spacious and provided ample comfort for two people. Overall, Hotel Volubilis provided a convenient, comfortable, and visually pleasing experience, making my stay in Fes truly memorable.

To say this Riad is truly beautiful is an understatement. The craftsmanship and careful restoration rival many of the museums we visited while in Morocco. Every turn brought something more beautiful to look at. Despite the opulence, the staff made you feel completely comfortable and at home, especially the night manager, Youseff, who went consistently above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. At one point, we found ourselves needing an additional suitcase to leave the next morning. Not only did Youseff walk us to the shop but made sure we were given a fair price. Fez is a beautiful medieval city that can be a bit overwhelming at times and this beautiful Riad with its mint tea and cookies is the perfect place to call Home for a few days.

This riad is a beautiful, calm, safe place. The staff are amazing. Omar met us at their parking and took our 2 large suitcases to the riad in the middle of the medina. Nawfal welcomed us along with the manageress. We were given Moroccan tea and cake helping us relax. They have a lovely manner and are very polite. The room was lovely and the bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. Omar prepared a lovely breakfast for us the next day and a young man whose name I don't know took our suitcases back to the car. Would certainly go again

連鎖酒店，服務很好。入住的房間剛裝修有點氣味，前台連夜幫我換了房間。酒店周邊熱鬧，十分鐘步行範圍內有綜合體，麥當勞，各種餐廳和銀行，也很安全。房間設施精緻，面積略小。

Hotel très bien situé, personnel souriant et très agréable Petit déjeuner et dîner copieux et de qualité Chambre agréable et propre. Personnel à l'écoute et de bons conseils pour les visites à faire dans la ville et les environs. Je recommande vivement

I forgot my sneakers at the room and the riad staff made it to send them back to me. They made sure that I recovered them. So thankful for that! The staff is always welcoming and available for you, we arrived late to our Hammam session due to some problems on our way to Fez, they were very understanding, still offered us a tea and waited while we went for dinner. They gave us the best advices to move around Fez, they prepared a tea for us in the rooftop terrace at 00.30am. Hammam is a must if you stay in this riad, is an amazing ritual really worth it to experience, we wanted to do it in couple and they adapted to our requests. If you hire it in advance, bathrobes and slippers will be waiting for you in your room. I highly recommend to also get the 45min massage, you will leave the spa area completely refreshed and relaxed. The feeling going back to your room on your bathrobe after the whole treatment + massage was the the icing on the cake of our holidays. Afterwords, We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room, the suite Casablanca was amazing! Breakfast is incredible, on another occasion I visited Fez, I had dinner at the riad restaurant and the food was also delicious!

Nous avions vécu un moment magique ou 1 une nuit était égale à 1000 nuits. Le personnel est bienveillant aux petits soins, vous pouvez profiter des connaissances historiques du réceptionniste qui saura vous guider pour un très bon séjour à Fes. L'établissement est une merveille architecturale avec une décoration authentique que magnifique ou on peut ressentir l'âme du bien penseur accompagné d'une charmante piscine. Nous n'avions pas pris le temps de profiter de la nourriture qui doit être aussi bonne que l'endroit si ce n'est que le petit déjeuner qui était copieux et bon . Je reviendrai sans hésiter et le conseillerais à mon entourage.
