This is a nice resort. The food here was amazing. The only issue we had was the water in the pools was extremely cold so we did not feel like going in it. Otherwise there is lots to do in the resort..they have entertainment at night and during the day there is an arcade for kids, water slides and a mini golf area as well. The room was clean and nice as well.

I’ve been to this hotel several times now and at first you couldn’t fault it. Friends and family questioned why we went back to the same hotel every year - but my husband and I really enjoyed it! The food, drinks and service were amazing and we really thought we had found our happy place. However, i will not be returning to this hotel again. In all honesty this is mainly due to the way the hotel treats the cats (more to follow) but also the standard has dropped. The food is not as good as it was, most nights it was only warm and the quality is not what you’d expect it has definitely changed. Some favourites from the menus are not available anymore and don’t seem to have been replaced? the cocktails previously were very good but this year i found them inconsistent - I’m not particularly fussy tbh but I could not drink some of them, and I’m only talking about Mojito - they were different every time i had one?! Again not what you expect. They have also taken away the smoothie menu from the lobby bar which was missed this year. The hotel is beautiful, the lobby bar and main restaurant are still very good condition but some areas around the pool need attention with loose decking etc. The staff are very good in all areas but especially at the beach. In fact i had a cabana on two days and the beach staff were better. Although it is great to have a cabana due to extra comfort I’m not sure it is worth the cost. Entertainment is very low key but you can go next door if you want to but i think more could be put on at the residence. The focus a cappella band were amazing again this year and a couple of other nights were good but the jaz band and the latin band i found boring. There is a sax player a couple of days early evening but I’m sure he was on more in previous years? The entertainment area is nice with comfy chairs but there is no where with a sea view which i miss. The neoman bar next door is only place with a view to watch the sunset and id worth a visit. It is a good hotel and if some points are addressed could be great again but the main reason i will not return is the attitude to cats. I have seen the response from the manager on a previous review and it is not true that they care for them they are just trying to pacify guests. Last year several cats were seen being taken away by hotel staff (one half of a particularly nice duo went missing which was very sad - i and others used to love watching them play - and splitting them up was just cruel). Guests were then lied to - being told they had been taken to the vets and would return, then the story changed and a house keeper was looking after them, in fact multiple different stories about charities being involved were told but they never returned and it was all lies. Other guests contacted local charities who apparently had taken them in - they hadn’t - in fact a meeting was set up with the manager and the charity but the manager was unavailable when they arrived for the meeting😡. Bu ilki yay istirahetimi Muglanin Fethiye bölgəsindeki daglar arasında gözel mənzərəsi dənizə baxan Garcia istirahet otelundə etdim. Cox maraqlı və ürəyimə yatan bir tətil oldu. Otelin mənzərəsi rahatlıgı calışanların gülərüz olması cox xoşuma gəldı. Otaqların təmiz rahat bir sözlə komfort superdir. Yemekler qulluq əla. Otel calışanlarına teşükkürlər. 👍🏻

酒店地理位置有點偏，房間真的真的真的很小，但服務人員還算是很熱情，因為是全包酒店，一日三餐都在酒店解決了，娃衹要有水玩倒也不會覺得無聊。中國人很少，比較多歐美人來度假的。酒店設計很不合理，電梯衹能到5樓，但我們的房間在6樓。洗澡的下水有點問題，反正就是漏的衞生間一地水。

Hotel ini mempunyai bas lapangan terbang dan anda boleh memanggil teksi, yang menyusahkan dan mahal pula. 2. Mengenai makan Hotel ini merangkumi semua, lebih murah untuk membuat tempahan terlebih dahulu. All inclusive bermaksud tiga hidangan dan semua minuman. Sekali lagi, semua minuman percuma selagi anda mahu makan dan minum. Mulai jam 7:30 pagi, sarapan, 12:30, makan tengah hari, 15:00, minum petang, dan makan malam 19:30, dengan pelbagai jenis bufet, semua yang anda boleh makan dan minum! Mungkin anda fikir anda tidak boleh makan atau minum, tetapi pengalaman Sahuan seperti ini lebih baik! Restoran ini terletak di tepi laut, di dua tingkat. Cari tempat duduk yang baik terlebih dahulu! Tidak perlu memberi petua selepas makan, hehehe 4. Mengenai membeli-belah Anda perlu membawa berus gigi, sikat dan selipar anda sendiri. Saya bercakap mengenai jenis selipar yang pergi ke pantai. Fantastic place with a great atmosphere,great food and amazing drinks. The resort is picture perfect no matter where you are. Our holiday was the most perfect 2 weeks break we needed and we could have easily stayed longer. We stayed in a club deluxe family room for the 4 of us (2 adults,2 kids) the room was kept tidy and well replenished with shampoo and body lotions oh and coffee sachets too. Our breakfast was always welcomed with open arms from the amazing Salina who would bring us our coffee and 3 apple juices every morning without even asking her as she remembered that was our morning drinks. There was one day she was not in due to a doctor appointment and we definitely missed her that day as she brought a spark with our morning meal. We are missing her loads now. The snack bar had a great selection of pizzas,burgers and kebab meats which we enjoyed every day. The entertainment team was fantastic as the original Anastasiia remembered us from our visit last year so that felt good knowing she remembered us. Very special thanks to Sefa who was nothing but amazing aswell as he engaged with us each day and felt like a proper friend and even gave me a gift to take home. At night time the astoundingly good Adem took to the stage to provide the entertainment for the evening and his skill of speaking 3 languages was beyond incredible. When we wanted to go to the bar afterwards Mehemt isik was always there to bring us drinks to our table and never walked past without playing with our kids or asking if we wanted more drink. He made us feel like royalty. This place is definitely considered our second home but it is the staff that make it worth while Again special thanks to Anastasiia, Sefa,Salina,Adem and Mehmet Isik. You guys deserve a bonus for your effort in making our time magical
