The hotel and the staff were wonderful. The staff saw to your ever need, they constantly greeted you with a smile and a kins word. The breakfast service was the most disappointing aspect of the hotel. The meal choices were so odd. We stayed for two 3 day stints (a total of six days), the breakfast was some sort of soup, either a sunny side up egg or a hard boiled egg; steamed rice; then what seemed like leftovers from dinner the night before - one morning it was chop suey (vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower; and carrots); another morning it was sardines, fish on cabbage; the only item that i would consider a breakfast food was their beef chorizo (but the beef chorizo was not tasty or seemingly fully cooked). I was surprised that there were no Filipino breakfast staples - tocino, longanisa, or even spam. I would say the breakfast menu needs to be reviewed.

We like that the room is spacious, but we were discouraged when the aircon was not working correctly and was so noisy with heavy vibrations as if there were loose parts inside. We called the front desk under the name Joshua to ask if the operator could check it, but an hour later, no operator came to inspect the AC. We endured the noisy aircon and tried to understand that maybe they were busy. We then ordered a cup of rice as extra for our meal, but again, 30mins have passed by until we finished our meal. Too bad the service is not good and lazy.

Staff was great they arrange wash my clothes for 200 fpf and repair hole in my pants. Toilet had toilet seat I wash my body on that seat. They have cold to hot water shower wand with 4 settings for temp. Room small but great for the price. Aircon was cold if you wanted that. TV and power switch. The street noise is loud but I sleeped ok. No elevator just stairs. Del Monte pineapple factory across the street but was quiet to me. Jollibee is 10 fpf jeepee and Chow King is before Jollibee under overpass that street to mall. About hour and half drive time by taxi. But you can take busses to Davon and other places

niceee inn. has free water and not so strict. the door at the cr is not properly working but the place is good enough for you to stay. *near to almost everything you need for the trip Convenient stores (24/7) Pharmacy (24/7) Fast food restaurants Banks & ATM machines Parking space WiFi *One ride to malls (Centrio Mall, SM DT, Limketkai) *Though hallways going to ur room, the room, aircon,ref might look old but still functional *the employees are approachable and really caters what you need like hot water 🙂

The hotel has always provided clean, comfortable rooms with the staff friendly and helpful at all times. Food is great at banquets/meetings, although breakfast is very limited. Internet is reliable. The location is also superb! No need to worry to get your gastronmy fix even at late night with a convenient store just outside the hotel door.
