Hotel berhampiran Associazione Scintilla di Fiano Romano

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per poter rendere il nostro viaggio dal sud Italia al nord Italia meno stancante. Solitamente andavamo in un hotel di un' altra catena ma stavolta abbiamo voluto provare ed abbiamo fatto bene. L' hotel è nuovo, pulito, e la professionalità del personale è ravvisabile già dalla prenotazione. La camera davvero spettacolare, la colazione davvero variegata e anche la mia labrador è stata la benvenuta in hotel. Altra chicca, in camera c'è l' asse da stiro e il ferro... Mi sa che questa nostra prima esperienza non resterà l' unica.

È da qualche anno che facciamo tappa in questo hotel, per dividere il nostro viaggio Milano Catania e ritorno. In questo hotel è ben accolta anche la nostra labrador. Le camere sono ampie, pulite, i bagni con una doccia grande e il ristorante ha un menù fisso (solo per affamati) o alla carta, personalmente più apprezzato. La signora in sala davvero molto professionale e gentile. Anche alla reception il personale è sempre gentile. A colazione tante buone torte, pancake, cornetti da migliorare, e anche tanto salato e frutta. Davvero una buona struttura.

L’hotel si presenta come il tipico luogo per gente di affari o comunque di passaggio. Ottima la posizione vicino al casello autostradale. Abbasta pulito. Parcheggio privato gratuito. Personale alla reception molto gentile e assolutamente disponibile. Le note positive terminano qui. In camera, una superior che sembrava molto una standard,non c’è uno spazio dove aprire la valigia o appoggiare le borse , se non una sedia o il tavolo. In bagno non c’è un pensile o un ripiano dove poter appoggiare il beauty case. Il bicchiere di plastica non si può vedere. La colazione offerta in una sala al piano interrrato, non climatizzata con le porte aperte che davano su una rampa di servizio. Pochissima scelta probabilmente perchè l’hotel ospitava molte persone orientali che , oltre a fare molto baccano e creare disturbo già alle 6 di mattina, avevano probabilmente esaurito gran parte delle proposte. C’era una baguette già in parte tagliata, poche fette di pan bauletto, normale o integrale, e zero brioche . Abbiamo chiesto un latte macchiato e un caffellatte e ci hanno messo sul banco(!) due cappuccini identici. Nemmeno serviti al tavolo!! Aria condizionata in ingresso e negli spazi comuni spenta e accesa solo dopo nostra richiesta, con 36 gradi all’esterno. Prezzo non elevato, ma non adeguato ai servizi offerti. Mi pare che sia molto da rivedere e ,onestamente, le 4 stelle mi sembrano immeritate.

We recently stayed for two nights at this lovely, air conditioned hotel situated right across the road from the Tirburtina train station. (From this station, you can purchase last minute train tickets to the Fiumicino Airport - very efficient and economical transport.) Our room at Adesso was small but extremely clean and nicely decorated. The bed and bed linens were wonderful. The full bathroom included a wonderful shower head (with excellent water pressure), a full bathtub and bidet. The in-house restaurant was very nicely appointed and convenient - especially if you're just too tired to venture out! We chose to include the breakfast option during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the plentiful help yourself breakfast, including eggs, various meats, cheeses, baked goods, cereals, yogurt, fruit and salads - with an excellent variety of coffees. While lunch and dinner offerings were limited, they were tasteful. The menu included a hot pasta of the day, a few salads, and cold platters to share (or not). The staff were all genuinely friendly, courteous and very professional. We really enjoyed speaking to the reception, restaurant and bar staff. Sincere thanks to all!

Il b&b e' situato al secondo piano, senza ascensore, di un palazzetto non distante dal centro storico dell'incantevole paese di montelibretti. All'arrivo sono stato accolto dalla gentilissima ed elegante proprietaria, e la mia stanza, la n.3, aveva la serratura difettosa per cui risultava difficile (per la proprietaria e per il marito accorso in aiuto) e impossibile (per me) chiudere dall'esterno la porta. Ora io non lascio gioielli o lingotti d'oro in stanza, ma la serratura deve funzionare. Proprietaria e marito hanno fatto capire che da mesi conoscono il problema, quindi non risolverlo costituisce manchevolezza. La stanza e' pulitissima e molto grande, con capienti armadi. Il bagno modernissimo, la doccia e'dotata di cipolla centrale e doccino per chi lo preferisce. Non vi sono i mini shampo/bagno schiuma come negli alberghi ma un enorme flacone di bagnoschiuma e un dispenser di sapone liquido e uno di sapone intimo. Assente la crema corpo, e anche assente, per fortuna, il balsamo, che non ho mai capito a che serve e che molti alberghi si ostinano a posizionare nei bagni. Ma la crema corpo servirebbe. Numerose le asciugamani. La doccia e' dotata di una mini mensola, per poter poggiare il bagnoschiuma e altro servirebbe una piu' ampia. Le luci sono fioche, oggi la tecnologia led consente di acquistare lampade potenti senza spendere un patrimonio in bollette elettriche. Il bagno e' rialzato rispetto alla stanza, e questo comporta anzitutto un fastidioso e pericoloso gradino tra bagno e abitazione, inoltre per farvi la barba dovete flettere leggermente le ginocchia. Il materasso e' estremamente comodo e ho dormito perfettamente. Assente il minifrigo. All'ingresso della struttura, una volta giunti al secondo piano, vi e' un incantevole salottino, dotato anche di una biblioteca, tutto molto pulito e curato. Presente anche una cucina non piccolissima, non so se gli ospiti possono usarla. La colazione viene servita nel bar dolce vita, di fronte, dove una gentilissima ragazza mi ha dato un ottimo cornetto vegano e un cappuccino di soia nel quale il caffe' era di qualita' strepitosa. Una persona sola paga 35 euri a notte, se si va in due si pagano 50 euri. La colazione e' compresa, e vengono accettate le carte di credito. Io vado spesso a montelibretti, e sicuramente tornero' ai due gelsi, previa telefonata con la quale. devono garantirmi serratura funzionante. giovanni

I had 2 negative experiences in this hotel, one of which was very unpleasant. First, the hotel could no longer find my reservation, but that was resolved very quickly. Then on the evening of the fourth day of my stay, I found an envelope on my bed with a 50 euro fine in it. At the reception, I was explained coldly that it is because it is forbidden to smoke in the room. The cleaning lady would have smelled the cigarette while cleaning the room. The problem is that I'm a non-smoker and I can't stand the smell of cigarettes either. It was particularly unpleasant having to convince the receptionist that I don't smoke. Finally, she withdrew the fine. I came 5 times in this hotel, and to be fair, I must say that the rest is perfect. The staff are professional (except for the fine!), smiling and helpful. The rooms are very well equipped and spacious. The breakfast is very good and it is possible to have dinner at the hotel.

This was a two night stopover to see Lake Bracciano and to break up our journey to north Tuscany. I was on a four week trip with a friend around the coast and this was our last spot. I would not like to visit June-August! The through road goes along the stretch where the hotel has its lake view rooms, so is busy and noisy for most of the day and evening. This hotel is a ‘diffuso’ in that its rooms are scattered around the town. Our room was up several steps and on two floors with a terrace leading from the bedroom. It was very clean and comfortable, but the shower had no pressure and the wifi router didn’t work. We were able to connect to the Reception wifi, so it wasn’t really a problem, more inconvenient. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was served outside. Not a massive choice, but the croissants and cake were very nice. There are loads of good restaurants to choose from with lots right on the lake front. We really enjoyed Gens, right next to the hotel. There are some nice shops around the town, but it isn’t very big and we found two nights plenty to stay. As there are restaurants all along the lake front and right across the road from our room, there were a lot of youngsters hanging around until the early hours, which was very noisy. We were lucky to find street parking right across from our room. The hotel gives you a residents pass to display in your car and you only need pay 50 cents per day and display the ticket alongside the residents pass in the car. Worth a visit, but wouldn’t recommend more than a couple of nights.
