Seaside Holiday Resort

Loving the Port Stephens area, we have been holidaying there for over 45 years and have stayed at various (some very expensive) establishments. We've also watched the bay area grow and thrive. It's very easy to drive around. Nothing is too far away, with Newcastle only 1 hour away. Our recent stay at Seaside Holiday Resort Fingal Bay was fabulous and truly excellent value. Fresh, clean, comfortable, self-contained accommodation, excellent facilities (great for children) with everything we needed. Thankfully, linen was provided. Happy, obliging staff keeping the resort beautifully presented. Fingal Bay Surf Beach and Club House opposite. Calmer waters of Shoal Bay and Little Beach are a short drive away, as are Dutchies and Colette beaches. Easy walking/bike tracks opposite the resort and beyond. Nelson Bay Woolworths is great these days for groceries. As are Aldi and Woolworths in Salamander Bay. Lots of good cafes, clubs and restaurants about the area. Basically, it's just a superb holiday destination whatever your age, especially staying in Fingal Bay at Seaside Holiday Resort! This excellent resort is now our official "go-to" holiday spot in The Bay. We'll definitely be rebooking again soon!

Absolutely brilliant what Deanne and staff have done over the years. 2 Bedroom fully furnished units, air conditioned, 2 pools, clean functional barbecues, plenty of covered picnic tables and above all very friendly and obliging staff. Been coming here for over 30 years and have already rebooked for next Easter.

This is our favourite holiday destination. Fingal Seaside Resort is great and De'Anne and her Staff are terrific. Always friendly, professional and helpful. Over the years we've travelled in our caravan but after selling our van, Fingal Bay Seaside Resort is our destination every year now. The Units are lovely and very comfortable. The Units and Facilities are all well maintained. We recommend this Resort very highly.

Spotless. Good quality fridge, iron, TV and bed and a nice balcony area. In a fabulous spot just across from the beach, and in our case the wedding venue, Fingal Bay Surf Club. The resort has a very relaxed feel and was quiet and peaceful at night.

A fantastic place to stay .Friendly staff ,clean rooms and easy check in .Parking is excellent . Close to the beach and shops Can walk to Shoal Bay or drive to Nelson Bay in minutes. 1 Hr from Newcastle

this is our third visit and as usual the unit was perfect to the needs of my family. The lovely lady on reception took our booking at the last minute into a downstairs unit close to the pool. Perfect for my family. Everything you need in a unit, pleanty of room, great kitchen, comfortable beds and a couch for the family to cool out under the AC in front of the TV. Wonderful

A great value for money holiday ! We loved every moment and really appreciated the effort that is taken with the up keep of the resort. A comfortable, modernised clean unit that had everything you need. Air con works great which is important to us and fans in bedrooms is a big big plus. The grounds are also kept is beautiful condition, there’s a fantastic heated pool and plenty of communal bbq and seating spread throughout the grounds too. The people at the office and grounds people are very friendly and helpful. The location cannot be faulted, literally across the rd from the beach. We will definitely be back ! Thank you for having us and we look forward to our next booking !

This was our third stay here. We love the convenience of the location across the road from the beach and whilst I’m yet to go in the pool I do love that they have one. The units are kept very clean and are spacious especially for 2 people. The 2 bedrooms is a must for us these days so it works well for us as a couple. Previously I had issues with noisy water heaters and erratic fans. These have been replaced or rectified since my last visit which brought the rating up to 5 stars. My only complaint this time was that I found the pillows uncomfortable. However, my husband and friends in another unit had no problem. We will certainly be back.

Beautiful complex. Friendly staff and accommodating was great, you don’t have to bring a thing everything all is supplied. The heated pool was great for an end of day swim. Beautiful grounds well maintained. Would highly recommend Seaside to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday just across from the beach or explore and find your little swimming area. Thank you Seaside 😊😊😊
