The L Motel Downtown/Nau Conference Center

The bed was a joke and we tried telling the dude and he told us to stop telling lies that the bed was shot out there was no remote and so he gave attitude about giving us a remote it's just a run-down place and it's too much money for rundown place I rather sleep in my car

Although the linen and towels seemed clean enough, the floor was filthy. Walking around the room for a couple of minutes in previously clean socks, I noticed the bottom of my socks were filthy from the dirt on the vinyl tile. The buildings' exterior had cracks and peeling paint. If our reservation was refundable, we never would have stayed. Never again. I am actually surprised ******* represents properties such as this one on it's website.

Motel was an older type motel,but was adequate and functional.Rooms were clean,beds were comfortable,restroom was clean,TV was great! We got what we paid for! Thank you!!

There were stains on the bed linens, crusty brown stuff on the top blanket, brown stains on the walls, no covers on the outlets, the red carpet was blackened in the traffic areas, and the curtains were too short so you could see inside/outside. That’s just in their room, outside the parking lot was too small and the surrounding area was not safe for families.

Room was old, and dirty, stained towels, heater did not work, gaps in the door, what appeared to be bullet holes in the wall.

I have pictures of the vent falling out in the bathroom massive yellow stains on the sheets. Very dirty wals spider and cob webs.

You get what you pay for I was only there for a night. For one night stay is quiet and worth the night.

When we checked in the owner said that they were in the middle of renovations and that the Walls may have patches/holes and i asked ok well how about roaches he said "oh no bugs, thats my main priority is no bugs". We get to our room no cover on 2 beds but 1 bed had a cover but was very dirty idk if they were stains but it was dirty. Next our beds were sitting on 2x4 frames Next we had 1 towel and no toilet paper, went to the front desk to get these items and they were closed so i had to purchase my own toilet paper. Next i went to put a warm up in the microwave and bam roaches in the freakn microwave. Then as i was walking to the rest room i almost twisted my ankle as i stepped on the carpet their was a whole underneath. So i had to really watch my son so he would'nt fall. Also the doors to the restroom were all busted up. Bad experience overall. No wonder they have a Non-refundable policy.

Said they were working on construction and that's why it was so dusty in the room. Three beds, all of which were worn down to the springs and extremely uncomfortable. Did not stay the night and requested refund.
