Red Roof Inn Flint - Bishop Airport

Paid for 2 full beds and when I checked in all they had available was a single king bed. Very dissatisfied with this. Bathroom was dirty with a dirty towel hanging on the door.

Property is run down, trash overflowing in common areas, felt unsafe. Locals/homeless loitering in parking area and on property. Room was dirty, holes in wall. Sheets and comforter were clean. Lots of street noise at night along with people talking/yelling loudly. Will not stay again and definitely NOT recommend.

The worst experience, I didn't expect much as it was a 2-star hotel, but at least it was clean and pleasant to spend the night. When they gave us the room through the corridors on the second floor, there were dirty and wet sheets and covers on the floor. bags with overflowing garbage everywhere and horrible holia, cockroaches were seen walking down the hall, and upon reaching the completely dirty room, yellow-stained sheets, terrible holia the room, the mirror was dotted with something I didn't want to think it was, the toilet and shower were not clean and without toilet paper, and the floor was completely dirty, I really couldn't be there for even five minutes. the worst experience, does not deserve any star

Zero stars they say no smoking but don't even clean the rooms. No trash can 1 towel for 2 people, no wash clothes, rug was nasty hadn't even had a vacuum ran on it, holes dirt crayons on the walls and doors, looks like blood on the ceiling, broken tables dresser and night stand, unclean sheets (hair dirt and food), only had a flat sheet on the beds. The mattresses were stained and yellow like someone pissed all over them. Room wasn't worth 20$ a night.

When the desk asks if you want to look into the room 1st and all you smell is overbearing of pinesal, and bleach and the ceiling is peeling. I felt gross just being there. NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE. RUN AWAY

We called the hotel at 3:40 in the afternoon to request a ground floor unit on the reservation we had made two days prior as we would be arriving between 7 and 8pm and when we arrived the receptionist (Kesha?) rudely told us that she did not have our reservation and there were no other rooms available. The Manager (Chris?) likewise was not at all helpful or sympathetic. We showed her our confirmation email and number but she denied it was in her system. It is now 8pm and we have been driving for 12 hours to make it to our Mother in the hospital. Now we have no place to go. We checked our email and found the reservation was canceled windows hour any reason at 6:37pm but we did not read it earlier as we were driving. Further, the cancellation policy clearly states if you do not show up by 8:00pm they will charge you which is contradicting being canceled at 6:37! Obviously someone is lying! I hope corporate will investigate as it sure looks like someone must have given them more money for our room.

Enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean. Staff is awesome all the time very nice place. Washer and dryer if you need to wash restaurant right next to the room so you don't have to go far I would stay again

Room was worst experience I have ever encountered. Only thing clean was the bed and sink. Floor not mopped, no soap or towels, mirror had been filthy for months, unusual noises comming from heater, no trash can, hooks missing on curtain and toilet rescue and loose.

Doesn't even deserve a terrible rating. This place is disgusting! I We stayed pre-covid, and I can't believe it's even still open. Most of the people there live there; it's reeks of ****, there is garbage everywhere. Our lock on our door was broken, there was a hole in the wall, there was hair in the shower, and a stain on the bed. The woman at the front desk was fine until I told her I wasn't staying and I wanted a refund. I ended up having to go to corporate and send pictures in order to get my money back. Do not stay here. You are welcome.
