Fantastic Apartment, all good quality amenities, good location, a lot of restaurants around, convenience stores around, good recommendation to stay, we will stay again in future.

Excellent prime location ( easy door access with security codes) Spacious studio unit , well air conditioned / large windows for fresh air Well equipped kitchenette for light breakfast or meals Comfortable beds and several armchairs for relaxing in different corners of the unit. Open wardrobe space convenient although a little rundown. Super convenient with 2 separate toilets / basin areas although sliding door was not functioning Enormous bath tub with jacuzzi which was fine for one time use but the other nights were a little complicated to take shower inside huge tub. Overall, very good value for money Luxury designed flat although needs some touch up as it seems decoration was made 10 years ago. Would recommend and stay again at this price.

We were upgraded to the Uffizi suite. The apartment is spacious with a beautiful courtyard to relax at night. The only minor inconvenience is the shower space. There are one bath inside the bedroom and one shower space in the 2nd bathroom. The bath is quite nice with jacuzzi. However the hot water coming out from the faucet to shower takes too long, so we only used the bath for showering once. But the showering space is quite small and the water will overflow to the floor outside of the showering space so it makes the neighbouring floor super wet. The washer and dryer are not private in the apartment but shared among the tenants in the common space on the ground floor in the premise, which is very convenience to use. The overall experience is very nice. Highly recommended.

It's a very good hotel. You can see the Cathedral of Flowers as soon as you go out. It's very close. The hotel is clean and tidy. It's also very big. There is a living room and a kitchen together. You can easily spread your luggage. The kitchen utensils are also complete. The bedroom is large and the bathroom is large. There are two rooms in the back. The bathroom is convenient, and the jacuzzi is big enough for swimming, but it is not suitable for travelers like me. I can just take a shower. The shower head is not very easy to use. The UNA chain seems to be this thin, and it is too powerful, but I really like the big room, highly recommended

This was an excellent location. Our apartment was large and bathrooms quite nice. Very clean and easy to get to. We were also able to store luggage which was helpful on our last day when we had a tour. Would recommend to others. Very walkable to everything.

We had the best time in your hotel apartment. Very clean very well located and close to all historical places. We will definitely be staying at this place for the next stay in Florence.

This place is beautiful and spacious. High ceilings, huge shower (although it's a high step to get into), huge kitchen table area, a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink. And it's right next to the building that the David is in, and just a short walk to the Duomo.

Wow! This place is absolutely stunning! The amount of space inside, the location so near to everything and the comfort in the place are hard to find in Florence! The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch too! But the absolute master piece of this place is the shower/bath! I haven't seen anything like it in a rental property before! Absolutely amazing!

The property is located in a great area. So pretty and spacious. We waited for over an hour in the heat to get someone to open the door for us. It's impossible to communicate with management because they are not there. There is no laundry service provided, it's listed on the booking. They only gave us 3 towels for all 4 days and never clean your room during your stay. I would not recommend this property for that reason.

Our apartment was very well equipped for everything you would need for a few days in Florence. Very spacious and clean and a high standard of accommodation. Kitchen was well equipped (not that we cooked as ate out all the time) but great to have a good sized fridge and kettle etc. The lounge area was lovely and nice to open the windows to hear the street bustle below, but it was actually very quiet at night despite being so central. His and hers bathrooms were great to have but the shower in the jacuzzi bath that joined the two would prove an issue for anyone with mobility issues as you had to step over the high edges to get in/out. My only issue with this apartment was the air conditioning and it’s been mentioned on reviews here before. You simply could not get it colder than about 23/24 degrees and given the outside temp was about 40 degrees it just wasn’t cold enough. In fact it was quite uncomfortable sleeping. We googled the instructions for the wall controls etc and didn’t get anywhere. To be fair we also didn’t complain to the management, so our fault there, but still it should have worked better.But I’m still happy with our stay here and would highly recommend.
