This must be the worst place I have ever stayed at ever and I have traveled a lot in my life. Do not stay here, you can find a better place than this. It will make your stay so much pleasant.

If I could do ZERO star I would. This is by far one of the worst hotel I ever been in....Trust me this is beyond bad...DO NOT BOOK THERE. The room was so bad... You could hear litteraly everything outside, the smell in the room was a nightmare, I got mosquitoes bite all over my back (trip in early March!!! Not in the summer...) the beds were camping bed not comfortable and ridiculous. No hot water, shower so small even my child had hard time getting in...Wifi doesn't work. No elevator... I could go on and on... This hotel should not be allowed to EXIST.

Basic room with no fridge. Average really room showing its age but was clean and towels were good quality. Room was air conditioned Shower is rainbow style I guess I expected a little more from Firenze for what I paid in Oct Room was fine and I would stay there again but would look for more amenities in the room. Fine for a weekend but not for a week or long term stay.

These people put me in a room with no window, no fan and the air conditioning didn't work. I can't think of anything worse than not having a window when the temperature is 34 degrees! The room was also filthy and was NOT described as having no window. The building itself is not very nice, with a minute lift that you can just about get in with a rucksack. The hotel staff were rude, belligerent and unhelpful - they didn't care at all - not even the 'director' who was only interested in getting rid of me when I complained and did not want to give a refund!

The most horrible room I have ever been in. Dirty sheets, bed bugs, dust, and smelling disgusting. No air conditioning and the shower so bad and small that you barely fit in. Unfortunately we booked three nights but had to leave after the first one. I would not recommend for anyone.

Quando ho contattato la struttura mi era stato prospettata come una sorta di pensione, molto ben tenuta. All'arrivo siamo stati accompagnati in un palazzo fatiscente. Le camere sporche, senza aria condizionata e con ventilatore rotto, letti con materassi sfondati, bagno sporco, trasandato, minuscolo e senza areazione. Non Comprendo come le autorità sanitarie consentano che questi luoghi possano ricevere. Pessina esperienza che non fa certo onore ad una città come Firenze.

Se mi regalassero un pernottamento lo rifiuterei. Ho speso un esagerazione per una camera che vale un decimo di ciò che ho pagato , ma nemmeno . Mi domando come sia possibile offrire un servizio simile… e chiedere più di 500€ per 2 notti anche tenendo conto del ponte ( chiaramente tutto più caro) Descrivo ciò che ci siamo ritrovati al nostro arrivo : Camera angusta , vecchia , il lettino sfondato completamente , nessuna coperta extra ( la notte la bimba aveva freddo perciò ho usato i teli bagno ) pareti scrostate , tende mezze sganciate . sporcizia e puzza dall’ingresso alle scale ,all’ascensore ( se così si può definire un buco da 1 persona ), ai corridoi fino alla camera stessa . Il bagno , un ambiente ricavato senza finestre senza bidet , con doccia scrostata e senza accessori e spazi alcuni ove appoggiare il necessaire per lavarsi nè in doccia nè accanto al lavandino, doccia con vetro messo su a caso perché a vetri chiuso il bagno si allagava . Dopo la prima notte e la mia lamentela trovo il responsabile (non ha capito se fosse il proprietario stesso , non si è presentato ) predisposto a venirci incontro e cambiarci la stanza che al primo impatto sembrava meglio… in realtà si è rivelata un altra catapecchia che offriva solo la possibilità di staccare il doccione dalla parete della doccia, perciò di potersi lavare senza per forza bagnarsi i capelli ; comunque in questo bagno il wc era senza il coperchio e posto la foto per mostrare le condizioni del wc stesso e della doccia anche se non rende quanto fossero messi male e quanto piccolo fosse l’ambiente In questo caso però il letto singolo non era sfondato almeno . Le foto dal sito non fanno percepire il degrado in cui sono le stanze La cosa sconcertante è che nemmeno se avessi speso 50€ a notte potrei accettare un trattamento tale perciò mi domando con quale coraggio ne chiedano 250€ La struttura è fatiscente . Lo sconsiglio a chiunque
