This hotel is one of the main reason we can fully enjoyed our Florence experience.. VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED.. Every important landmarks are mostly within 15 minutes max radius of the hotel. And I can't stress this enough about the Helpfullness & Amazing Service of the staffs.. Very responsive, very friendly , very2 eager to help.. a big shout out to DAVID at the reception & AMAN from the kitchen. The hotel is just been renovated earlier this year so everything is still looking fresh & clean. We love to come back to Florence & we will be back at Room Mate Luca when we do..

Absolutely lovely. Loved our 4 night stay in Room Mate Luca. Location was great, service was impeccable, *everyone* was very friendly and helpful. Room was as advertised, clean and comfortable and the view was great. AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was good, too. Really can't say anything bad about this hotel. Will definitely come back.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in years. From the time of booking the reception was very responsive, responded to all my questions about our stay in Florence and were just as friendly on our arrival. The room was extremely comfortable and modern. We loved that breakfast was until 12pm each day. Even though the breakfast room was extremely busy, the staff went above and beyond to replenish food, bring me gluten free breakfast items and were just all around delightful. We practically liked that each day housekeeping left us amazing chocolates and bottled water. The front desk was accommodating and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location - away from the busy center but only a short walk to all the amazing sites in Florence. Highly recommend this hotel for any stay in Florence! Thank you for making our stay so nice.

The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic and the water & juice in the lobby was such a great addition. After walking all day it was awesome to drink cold water in the lobby. Breakfast staff was so efficient and helpful, even packing a breakfast for us when we wen on an early morning excursion. Would stay here again.

Good location, very nice staff and nice breakfast included. Close to train station and main tourist spots. Very small rooms and bathroom, so better for one person than two.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. They also prepared breakfast boxes for me when I had to leave early for tours. The breakfast was excellent. The room was quiet and peaceful.

Fantastic hotel staff!!! Very attentive, resourceful and friendly. The free breakfast had great variety and was fresh. The room was a good size and clean. I wish the bathroom was modern and upgraded. It’s a bit outdated. The location is safe and very walkable. I wouldn’t recommend the public transportation in Florence (buses don’t run regularly). Also there’s a ton of restaurants in the area. Stayed 5 nights and have no complaints. Highly recommend Room Mate Luca.

What a great experience! The hotel is perfectly situated close to the city center and a stone’s throw away from the Accadamia. Staff is friendly, great variety in breakfast options, and cute boutique hotel vibes overall. Keep in mind the size of the room is not North American standards. Overall a very pleasant stay!
