This hotel has the best location with lots of delicious restaurants nearby ! It’s almost close to a number of attractions which made our trip more convenient. The staff is fluent in English and there’s an open area for guests to rest. Having a free water station and hot drinks machine are definitely a plus on top of the spacious room!

only a few minutes walk to central train station. easy to commute between cities and good room

We loved how the staff are so nice and made our stay as smooth as possible. And that is near everything!:) do ask them about hop kn hop off tours as those were worth it!

Room is not bad but no aircom during Winter. So we have to open window and sleep.

Nice hotel near train station for 5mins walk , clean and tidy , Staffs are really helpful and polite . But breakfast seems not enough choices . But it is still ok to enjoy

Covenient walking distance to Florence main train starion. Easy to get around to nearby attractiioms too. Nice and spacious room. Would be even better if the room lighrs to have more warm lightings selection instead.

Not cleaned. Toilet has bad smell and so many mosquito.

the location is very good, so as the room. But one thing is only the tv in our room cannot connect to the network.
