Cons: 1. Located on the 4th floor of an old building without an elevator with large high steps. 2. When you arrive, no one is waiting for you, you will ring the doorbell and phone for an eternity. 3 The staff doesn't speak English. 4. The toilet with bath is located across the corridor, and not in your room!!! BE CAREFUL! 5. Every time you need to open and close all doors ONLY with the KEY, both inside and outside!!! ABSOLUTELY All the doors in this hotel. Even the front door to the hotel itself. Bathroom and toilet too. 6. The owner will not make concessions to you and no one will change anything for you. 7. Tax per guest 5.50€ extra at the hotel. 8. Breakfast from 8 to 10 am croissants, yogurt and cereal

Even though it was on the third floor (fourth floor in Japan), there was no elevator, so it was difficult to bring in a suitcase. It was also difficult to open and close the door, and the wifi signal was too far away to work in the room. There were many other issues, such as the air conditioning not working well and the towels not being changed. The breakfast was delicious.

The basic room I booked was too bad, so I paid extra to upgrade. The waiter at Etouwan was very enthusiastic, although the food he recommended was not to my taste haha.

The location is simply great! The very center of the city! Please note check-in time: until 20.00!!!! We asked to check in later, they confirmed it, for which we thank you very much! But I had to go through the quest)) So it’s better to follow the rules and check in on time. The rooms are in an old house, very atmospheric! Breakfast: buffet, fresh crispy croissants and coffee - made our morning! I recommend!

The breakfast in this hotel is pretty good, and it is worth the price. The location is also very good. It is a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The transportation nearby is also quite convenient. The only drawback is that the hotel is on the third floor of a building, there is no elevator, and the third floor is very high, and it takes a lot of breath to climb up.

Good location. Otherwise, it's average for the price. The shower is a bit old and has a low flow rate; the shower tray even floods a little. We were very well served at reception, even though we didn't understand the language well. As for the facilities, I expected more.
