Guests can enjoy a satisfying buffet breakfast, though the addition of a coffee machine would further elevate the experience. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome and a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of both the residence and rooms is consistently maintained, and the presence of a 24-hour reception adds convenience. Notably, the hotel provides a cozy retreat during the winter months, offering warmth and comfort to guests. **Negative:** Despite its many positives, some aspects could be improved. While the beds are adequate, they may not meet the comfort preferences of all guests. Additionally, the rooms could benefit from renewal or restoration, as they exhibit signs of age. Malfunctioning sockets pose a challenge for guests needing to charge electronic devices, and the inconsistent water pressure in the showers is another inconvenience. Moreover, the presence of unidentified machinery noise during the night has been reported by guests, impacting sleep quality and causing annoyance. The hotel is located close to Santa Maria Novella train station. The lobby staff is very kind and helpful (especially the person I found at check-in and checkout). The breakfast is of good quality even if the space is quite limited. For the points to improve: the hotel is quite old, it would require a full refurbishment (which is not easy to do maybe…). In 2023 still have the bathtub in the hotel (to be used to take the shower) is quite strange. Moreover the hotel doesn’t provide a couple of bottle of water for free (in other small hotels during our trip in Tuscany we always found in our room). Anyway it has been a good choice considering the position.

Pros: 1) excellent location 2) free luggage storage 3) pretty decent breakfast 4) clean bedroom Cons: 1) it was a wet bathroom (the shower floor isn't separate from the toilet and sink) and after showering, there would be a bit of a musty odor (maybe because the building is old); but if you're only staying there for one or two nights and you're out for most of the day, it's not a huge deal

The hotel room was small but clean. It was close to the station.

As We know, this was a Perfect location, room old furnished but clean. Breakfast was, very simple and not the best coffee, no thanks was something wrong whit it everything day, unfortunately. Service good and again location Perfect.

Average hotel with okayish room. Better look for decent hotels with this budget. Old countryside vibes in hotel and just enough space to get by. Can be avoided if better hotels are available.

Nice, clean, near to train station, service is good , comfortable

The check in was supposed to be at 14.00 however we were given the room by 15:00. The reception said the room was not ready when we arrived by 14.00. The hotel is at a very central location. Generally pleasant stay.
