The location is about a 10-20 minute walk from the train station and main attractions. There's a supermarket nearby, and it's close to the central market. The breakfast selection is rich, and the lobby environment is elegant.

Enchanting hotel in a quieter part of the city but only 10 minutes on foot from both the baptistery and the station. The staff both at reception and at breakfast were wonderful- courteous, friendly and smiling (a special mention for Francesco). My room was comfortable and cosy, and although it looked onto the road and was on the first floor it wasn’t noisy at all and I slept very well. The hotel was impeccably clean throughout. I particularly liked the way the character of the building has remained intact with a number of small, intimate lounges instead of one large impersonal one. The decor gives a unique feel to every corner of the structure, including the charming roof terrace with its views over the Florentine rooftops. I hope to get the chance to visit again soon!

The hotel is very old and no renovations being done. The roof and walls are leaking. They gave us a room with dirty floor and tube to begin with. You can hear water going down the building every night at 3am. There’s a terrace that opens way after midnight with people being loud, when you call front desk they refuse to help and make it silence so you can sleep. Maintenance start drilling walls at 7:30am. Beds are very uncomfortable. This place is more like a motel than hotel. Not worth it. Avoid! We paid $400/night and regret it from the day we stepped in our room

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was 4 of 5. Ask a waiter for espresso or cappuccino. Some problems with cold water in the bathroom. Air conditioner didn't work, just moved air flow. So not the best choice for hot weather seasons.

honestly the best stay we had with our week trip throughout italy...i cannot say anything bad about this lovely hotel. they were so kind to hold our bags for us on our checkout day and also printed some very important paperwork we needed for our trip...will return again inshallah

Superb! The hotel is incredibly unique, clean, and comfortable. The hot water is plentiful and the water pressure is excellent. The hotel bar is also fantastic. Highly recommend staying here.

The decor of this restaurant is absolutely stunning, brimming with Florentine charm, making you feel like you're in a romantic Italian town. The breakfast ambiance is amazing, and the variety is quite extensive. However, the service was a bit of a letdown; it was almost lacking.

Facilities: There is a safe and refrigerator. Some toiletries are provided, but no toothpaste, toothbrush, or slippers are available. Towels are provided. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good. Daily cleaning and disinfection are carried out; you can smell the disinfectant. Breakfast is plentiful, and you can order coffee separately.

The room facilities weren't as good as in the photos; they were quite old. The room still required a key, and the air conditioning was ineffective, making it a bit chilly at night. The lobby was nicer, but the showerheads were old and somewhat rusty. Breakfast was acceptable.

Located on the edge of the city center, the hotel is conveniently located because the drivers for chartered tours can drive directly to the hotel entrance. It's 800 meters from the train station, which is a bit inconvenient to walk there with luggage, as it's all along Taige Road. The hotel's public areas are beautiful! The breakfast selection is quite comprehensive. We booked a family room with one double bed and two single beds. However, upon arrival, we found only two double beds, and the room was very small with no chairs, making it difficult to even open our suitcases! But this was already the largest room available! The service was quite good; we told the front desk we needed two chairs, and they brought them immediately. We requested two single beds (the booking page stated three beds), but it turned out they had simply split one double bed into two 0.9-meter single beds! There was no more room to split them, so we had to give up. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but thankfully we had a chartered car for one day during our two-night stay. However, it was a bit deserted to explore the area in the evenings.
