房間雖然不是特別新，但這就是佛羅倫薩的風格，酒店裝飾非常用心，服務人員也非常nice，耐心解答我對交通的疑問

サンタマリアノヴェッラ駅から徒歩10分弱で少しいが、静かな場所にある。 施設、部屋、サービス共に流石5つ星ホテルといったところ。 朝食も種類豊富で、別オーダー(無料)のオムレツとココアが特に美味しかった。スタッフの心遣いも大変良かった。

比較有歷史感, 出門左拐可以到河邊，方便散步。整體上還行, 早餐還不錯, 房間比較小, 衞生間也不大, 但是下次來佛羅倫薩這個酒店仍然是首選。

位置在市中心，交通方便，離逛街地方，老橋走路15分鐘， 離uffize 博物館，周邊餐廳走路3分鐘距離，裝潢古色古香但是乾淨舒適，飯店人員服務態度5顆星！

豪華精品酒店，位置優越，房間裝修復古大氣，乾淨整潔，前台服務人員態度非常好，周圍安全性有保障，下次還會選擇入住。

很一般的五星，房間沒有免費的水？！所以服務就不談了，什麼都收費！裝修外觀很好，房間很一般。

Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. Hotel has a nice setting and a beautiful courtyard. Location is convenient and close to the main attraction area. The property is a bit old and has a smell in the room because the window is small and there were a lot of mosquitos in Italy so I couldn’t get rid of the smell. I was told by a friend the smell is quite typical in Italy because the buildings are usually pretty old. Maybe the hotel can consider adding screens to windows so guest can open the windows to let air circulate. This will help. Other than that I have no complains

Liked the hotel. I would rank it more of a 4 star based on some things being dated and not well maintained. Staff was lovely

Wonderful stay. Beautiful grounds and rooms are lovely. It’s nice to be in such a regal looking hotel for a change as compared to the mostly modern minimalist decor.

Quiet. Good location. Walking distance to sights. Upgraded to larger room. Excellent staff. Very good breakfast.

Nice property but felt a little cold. Bathtub was split in two by a wall and tub leaked all over floor. Kinda far to walk to bridges and restaurants. Nice staff and courtyard.
