Florence Comfort B&B

100% RECOMMENDED Mattia and his mother Marta were incredibly attentive to us, they helped us in everything they could, from carrying our suitcases to our room, to even giving us information about the nearest hospitals to take my wife who was very sick on the last day. Marta was very affectionate and welcoming, she told me not to worry about anything, that the most important thing was my wife's health and that after she was well we would see about the check-out and details. I felt very content and welcomed, it was great to have their support in such a difficult moment. In addition to that, the room was very comfortable, it had everything to make us feel comfortable, a beautiful view, a good size, the AC worked perfectly, there was a safe, a mini bar, etc. Located far from the attractions, it has a tram station a few steps away, which makes it very convenient as you can reach the areas of interest without having everyone making noise. It is located in a quiet area and everything is in perfect condition. I highly recommend it!

In January, we were able to take a rest very comfortably for 3 nights and 4 days in Florence. The tram station was very close to the hotel and it was very convenient to take the tram to the city around the Florence Cathedral and go to the bus tour site early in the morning. Also, there was no problem when returning to the hotel late at night by the tram. Above all, the room was very clean and very comfortable with the spacious bathroom and bathtub, and the courtyard seen from the second floor balcony was really good. The parking space is well prepared. Thanks to the consideration of the host, we could have a parking at the hotel and go sightseeing in Florence during the afternoon after check-out on our last day. After we left Italy and came back home, we noticed that there were something left at the hotel. Nevertheless, we were very grateful to the host, Mattia for helping us find it and finally get it back.

We have stayed 3 nights in a room with a jacuzzi. The room is good, clean, room service was great, the breakfast was handy. Mattia assisted us a lot during our stay and helped with lots our requests. Great host. All in all can recommend this hotel.

Great two night stay at the Comfort B&B. Wonderful host made sure we were well looked after, despite her not speaking English and us not speaking Italian! Comfortable superking bed and room with a balcony, where we ate both nights. The B&B is very well situated a few minutes walk from the tram stop, which takes you into the centre of Florence in 10 minutes. Eating places, etc nearby and just round the corner, a great bakery, where we had coffee and croissants before heading into Florence for the day. (Host will arrange breakfast if you want.) Best of all, there is private secure car parking on the premises, as parking and driving generally in Florence is a nigh**are. Highly recommend this place.

A great oasis for those who want to visit crazy busy touristic Florence. Clean, comfortable, well equiped, very kind and helpful host [Mattia], comfortable, etc. Far enough from the crazy busy centre and at the same time it is easy to get there. E.g. by tram. Includes private parking place and closed chill-out garden.

Un posto da favola!!Pulitissimo e molto accogliente,lo staff è gentile, preparato e disponibile! Le camere sono molto belle. Lo consiglio vivamente per chiunque desideri trascorrere del tempo nella splendida Firenze! Torneremo sicuramente!

Bellissima nuova struttura in posizione strategica: 2 minuti dalla tramvia e in 10 minuti sei nel centro di Firenze, comodissimo il parcheggio privato interno. ll giardino del B&B offre un piacevole relax in cui rilassarsi e leggere in tutta tranquillità. Da ritornare di sicuro!

Che dire! Spettacolare! Struttura molto bella, accogliente e pulita. Gestore molto cordiale e attento alle nostre esigenze. Giardino all’entrata grande adatto per rilassarsi. Sicuramente tornerò presto. Voto 10 e lode a tutto lo staff

Muy buen lugar para hospedarte, Las habitación son muy limpias y acogedoras, personal gentil y disponible, desayuno muy rico y tipico Italiano, Cerca al centro de Florencia y con muchos medios de transporte. Lo aconsejo sin lugar a dudas.
