Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of September during our honeymoon. It is a very nice hotel. The huge saltwater infinity pool is second to none. You can see the Mediterranean and the port from some of the rooms and from the pool area bar. It is hard for me to judge how "busy" the hotel feels because there were only about 5 rooms occupied by our last day because the hotel closes October 1. The room was nice and tidy and modern. If you are looking for a room that has white-washed walls and a typical "tourist Greek" feel, you are not going to find that here. Close to the port and ATV rental place. We rented an ATV and drove up the steep windy roads to Chora and the rest of the island. If you are looking for a luxury stay (by Folegandros standards) this is the place for you. I am sure there are cheaper, cozy, quaint places to stay within the other parts of the island. If that is what you are looking for, do not choose this hotel. Breakfast was nice although smaller than some other hotels we stayed at on Greek Islands. They bring you a standard breakfast tray and then you have to ask for eggs or anything else. There was a cute little group of kittens playing at the hotel restaurant bar. I had an employee call a boat rental place for us and they did that with a smile.

Magical island, beautiful view and natural scenes. One of the most relaxing places I have ever been with lots of restaurants and kind people. Anemi Hotel is perfect, clean, well serviced, ideally located near some beautiful beaches and Chora. I would definitely recommend to travel to Folegandros

We came to Folegandros two days and were amazed. It has a tennis court and an outdoor gym although tennis court opens at 09:00 so you can’t avoid that much heat and you can’t use the outdoor gym when the yoga is on because it might disrupt them. Pool is amazing and staff are extremely friendly. We only had breakfast at the hotel because it is a bed and breakfast and had the other meals out. The breakfast buffet selection isn’t massive but you can order quite a lot! Rooms are very deluxe!

There were very few people staying when we were here so it might be different in peak season, Our room was really nice with an outside area to sit in. The hotel pool was nice with a view over the local port. Unusually, the pool had salty water but it wasn't a problem. There is one restaurant which does breakfast (a la carte), lunch and dinner. We didn't eat dinner here as it was basically the same menu as the pool menu. Luckily there is good food to be found at the port, a short walk away. You really need to rent a car if you stay here and the hotel can arrange it. The nearest beaches aren't great and the main town is about 3kms away, all up hill! I don't think the island has the greatest beaches so if you want to lounge by the pool this hotel is ideal. The pool bar is very good as well.

We spent 10 nights at this wonderful hotel, where we were very well looked after. The rooms are gorgeous and the food delicious. All the staff who looked after us were very attentive and extremely friendly. The hotel is stylishly designed and absolutely spotless.

Overall, I greatly enjoyed my stay at Anemi Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and I slept incredibly well in the bed. I liked the decor. I thought the landscaping was great. The staff answered all questions and were friendly. The island is quiet and great for hiking, and has many beaches nearby. The restaurant for dinner was excellent with exceptional service--the cod was exquisite and the bread very fresh. I thought service at breakfast was slow and the portion sizes smaller than expected. I don't usually care about portion sizes, but compared to other Greek breakfasts on my trip I was hungrier after breakfast. I guess I needed to order more items. I felt a little rushed on checkout as breakfast doesn't start until 8:30 and I was told I needed to check out by 9:10. However, I didn't really need to check out until 9:30. The hotel is literally 1 minute from the ferry port so everything was fine. Service at the bar was great. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay!!!
