Hotel Lord Byron

I had vacation with my bf in this hotel, it was defintely a nigh**are experience . AC apparently the plant was not able to cool down our room and part of the hotel . Hot and moisture smells were everywhere. Terrace view toward hotel backyard and trash area , terrible . We were forced to sleep with open window and there were bad smells coming from that area, ( their garbage segregation room) . Apprantly hotel went through refurbishment, still surrounded by a lot trash everywhere with closed and unfinished area. Not recommended at all

A great place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing place in Forio D’Ischia. For being a three-star hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, they have a spa with a pretty sized pool overlooking the scenic Mt. Epomeo next to their cozy bar and a heated thermal pool near the spa. They also have a mini library with some English, French, Spanish and Italian books, perfect for bookworms like us. The location is great because it’s only a 5-minute walk to the center of town that has all the restaurants, bars, shops, historic churches and the main Forio port. It is a 10-minute walk to the nearest lovely public beach called Chiaia. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel which worked well for us since we don’t drive and we wanted to explore the other parts of Ischia island with ease. In terms of service, the reception staff and workers are very helpful, hospitable and friendly. They also offer half-board stay or full board stay with very reasonable price, which means you can choose to dine at their restaurant that serves savory and abundant Southern local dishes. We chose the half-board (lunch) with breakfast included because we wanted a full relaxation so not to worry so much where to dine during the day. We stay here almost every year and we were always satisfied going home totally recharged

Su consiglio di amici di amici ho prenotato 5 notti con mezza pensione a fine aprile al Lord Byron. La posizione la ritengo ottimale, raggiungibile in dieci minuti a piedi dal porto di Forio. Fuori l'hotel c'è anche la fermata del bus, comodi sia per andare a Casamicciola/Ischia Porto, sia verso Sant' Angelo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Spazi comuni molto ben curati. Camera ben tenuta, pulita. Bagno con finestra, forse l'unica nota non proprio positiva posso farla per il box doccia: l'acqua passava attraverso il profilo del box e a fine doccia ci ritrovavamo un po' d'acqua a terra. Colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata, prodotti ottimi...torte di si tipo diverso, cornetti, biscotti, pane, marmellata etc Con la mezza pensione avevamo la cena inclusa (ma ci è stata data anche la possibilità di fare a cambio col pranzo). Cena composta da: antipasto; primo a scelta tra tre; secondo a scelta tra tre; contorno; frutta o dolce. Tutto davvero ottimo, non ci siamo mai trovati nella posizione di non trovare qualcosa di nostro gusto. Complimenti allo chef e alla cucina per la scelta degli ingredienti e la preparazione! Abbiamo usufruito anche dell'area wellness e SPA (fornita di un bagno turco -purtroppo disponibile solo il pomeriggio - di una piscina con acqua calda termale, e di una vasca idromassaggio). Dobbiamo ringraziare e fare i complimenti anche a Giusy, che lavora nel centro benessere: grazie ai suoi massaggi la mia cervicale ha trovato giovamento e anche la mia compagna si è rilassata molto grazie ai suoi massaggi. Un grazie a tutto lo staff per la cortesia e la disponibilità! Sicuramente consiglierò ad amici e conoscenti un soggiorno presso il Lord Byron!

Bella esperienza! Camere ristrutturate, piscina termale coperta e bella piscina esterna con tanti lettini a disposizione, ottima pulizia e cibo molto buono. Disponibilità a tutte le richieste fatte e tutti molto gentili e accoglienti! Ci tornerò sicuramente a breve! Dimenticavo il centro Estetico: molto professionale.

Ischia; si potrebbe immaginare di più e meglio. Struttura datata, abbastanza mantenuta. Camera accogliente e pulita, nella norma.Il servizio nel complesso buono.Colazione sufficiente (ci si aspetta prodotti del territorio) Noi abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione; cena appena sufficiente.Dozzinale. Per fortuna la struttura dispone di vasca termale.Purtroppo nn vengono rispettate le regole dagli ospiti invadenti, chiassosi e noncuranti del momento di riposo e relax degli altri. Parcheggio sottodimensionato per la struttura. Peccato davvero.

La recensione non può essere che positivo, personale cordiale e disponibile , cibo ottimo , colazione altissimo livello con tantissima scelta. Ottimo il Servizio che l'Albergo mette a disposizione dei propri clienti coccolandoli dalle prime ore del mattino dalla colazione alla cena. Pulizia Eccellente ad onor del vero che a settembre ci ritorneremo.

Ormai da tempo scelgo Lord Byron,professionalità e simpatia caratterizzano il personale, il posto è magico, ma anche familiare. La pulizia è Top,la cucina WOW, le camere (quelle a bordo piscina,ho sempre alloggiato lì)adorabili, confortevoli e dotate di tanti servizi....da tornarci quanto prima! Grazie a tutto lo staff, sapete sempre come accontentarci!
