Gorgeous grounds, views and location if you like off the beaten track. The food was fantastic. The staff work really hard. The views from the restaurant terrace and bar terrace are stunning. It's very clean and well kept, hotel, grounds, food and bars. Huge pools. Especially the main one at the beach. Great large terraces. All inclusive is great meals and drinks wise. More basic and limited on snacks. The rooms are basic, old traditional Spanish, large rooms and very clean. If it's super modern you are after, look elsewhere. We stopped upstairs with a balcony and nice views. Again it's a big complex but I would say most but not all have good aspects. I wouldn't want to be downstairs in July/August with the heat humidity at night. We slept with windows open and shutters closed with both ceiling fans on. It was just bearable. Not sure if we had been downstairs. (No air con) We loved the walk down to the bar and beach. Through the trees and flowers. Beautiful. All the moaning on here about walking, unless you had mobility issues or were elderly are unwarranted!! Good for prams and families. Lots of choice swimming pool wise x3. Good evening entertainment for families. a very hard working, positive, pro active friendly entertainment team in high season. I would go back here in a heartbeat as it was one of the best holidays ever. Despite the reviews which really concerned me. The colour of the sea is awesome in high summer on a nice day. One of the best I've seen. Good bus routes to get around. A quiet island with a few bits to do but it's very quaint, quiet and different!
