I am very pleased with my visit to Hailiang Plaza Hotel (Zhongshan Road Metro Station). Good location in the center. Nice, helpful staff. Good daily services and cleaning.
The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the metro station, shops, and local attractions. This made it very simple to explore the area and enjoy everything the city has to offer.
The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and ready to help with any request, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The daily cleaning service was reliable and thorough, keeping the room fresh and pleasant throughout my stay.
Overall, the combination of excellent location, professional service, and friendly hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I would gladly recommend Hailiang Plaza Hotel to other travelers and would be happy to return here again.

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel
I spent a night at this hotel and had an awesome experience! Everything was perfect—from the modern, stylish decor to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail.
Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great hospitality! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, and the front desk kindly assisted me in purchasing medicine, which I truly appreciated.
The revolving restaurant for breakfast offers a great view and a wide variety of food choices.
My child accidentally left her phone in the room. Thankfully, the staff informed us promptly. Although we had already left Hohhot, they arranged to mail it to our hotel in Beijing, and it arrived safely on the next day.
Truly impressed by their honesty and quick action—highly recommended!

這個地方離高鐵站非常近，交通很方便，旁邊還有非常好吃的冰煮羊。
酒店服務非常好，太冷了不想出去吃早餐，臨時在酒店加早餐前台還給介紹了非常划算的優惠券。最最重要的是，本來覺得不能去外面吃羊雜湯了很遺憾，誰想到酒店的羊雜湯這麼好喝！
前台小姐姐看我們一大家子還非常好心的給延時退房了，總之是非常好的住宿體驗，夏天還要再來一次！

Персонал внимательный, отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь с любыми вопросами — чувствовали себя по-настоящему окружёнными заботой!
Отдельно хочется отметить, насколько здесь **тихо и спокойно**, несмотря на то, что мы отдыхали с детьми. Ребятам тоже всё понравилось: атмосфера располагает к отдыху, нет лишнего шума, а территория гостиницы ухожена и безопасна. Для семейного отпуска — это лучшее место, какое только можно представить!

The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and dining. The room was thoroughly cleaned with no strange odors, and the bed was just the right firmness for a comfortable sleep. The staff provided attentive service, responding quickly to any issues. Parking and breakfast were also good. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and is well worth staying at.

LLindsssAs an american traveling through Inner Mongolia with my chinese partner and her mom, this was my first time staying in a traditional yurt and honestly it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our trip and my first ever trip to China!
The power went out on our first night because of an annual power inspection and it lasted longer than expected. After a long day of traveling i was definitely disappointed because i had been looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing for the night. Even though the outage was completely outside the hosts' control, they did everything they could to make us comfortable! They brought us lights, checked on us several times and kept us updated on the situation via WeChat. By the end of the trip, what stood out to me wasnt the outage itself, but how hard everyone there worked to take care of us.
They went above and beyond to make up for the power outage inconvenience. They treated us to horseback riding, paid for lunch and paid for afternoon tea which we greatly appreciated. By the next day i wasnt even thinking about the outage anymore because we were having such a great time. Their kindness turned what could have been a frustrating start into a really great experience. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes according to plan but it's much harder when something goes wrong and in this situation, the hosts exceeded our expectations.
Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. Whenever we were eating, they were always nearby in case we needed anything and they consistently made us feel taken care of throughout our stay.
One of my favorite memories was feeding the young sheep! It seems like a simple activity but as someone who has never had any opportunity to experience life on the grasslands, it was an experience I'll always cherish. I loved being able to experience the beautiful scenery and slower pace of life out here.
There is also a scenic spot just a couple miles down the road with a hill you can walk up for free if you are staying at the yurts as a guest. The view from the top is absolutely incredible with endless grasslands in every direction. While staying here and driving through the area, we saw hundreds if not thousands of horses, cows and sheep across the landscape which made the whole experience feel even more special!!
Also, the fried beef meal was so good I had to order it twice. And the snacks with the afternoon tea were also yummy. They provide all the toiletries you need as well as several bottles of water daily. There is both air condition and heat which helped during this time of year as the room would get very hot during the day and cold at night. The way the yurts light up at night is beautiful. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing this beautiful part of Inner Mongolia with us. I'm definitely not one to leave reviews but this stay was worth taking the time to write one. We left with great memories and i would gladly stay here again! highly recommended!

TTOHCWe had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cozy tea house decor make us feel like in a charming retreat rather than just a place to stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us felt right at home. Kudos to housekeeping for the sweet note and extra bottle of water - love the reminder to stay hydrated! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are stunning, with exceptional attention to detail. I absolutely loved the decor style. I honestly think it's even more beautiful than many Atour hotels and even some 5-star establishments. The owner clearly has an excellent eye for design.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was also top-notch. There wasn't a single spot overlooked.
Service: But what truly set this hotel apart was the service. Both the front desk and all the staff were incredibly helpful and warm. I had a minor mishap where I accidentally scratched another car, and I had already returned to Beijing. However, the hotel staff still went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I am incredibly grateful for their assistance.

AAnonymous UserOverall, the hotel was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was easy to find with excellent amenities nearby. There's a pharmacy just to the left when you exit, and an internal passage leads to a supermarket. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and there was plenty of seating.
Underground heated parking (essential for cold regions): When we booked, the heated parking was complimentary with our stay, unlike other hotels in Hailar that charge extra. All we needed to do was register our license plate number at the front desk, and we could access the heated garage from the hotel's left side. During winter, spots can be a bit tight, but there are always enough available!

The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is a beautiful little boutique hotel where nothing is missing: the rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful.
A real highlight is the delicious tea ceremony – the perfect way to end the evening while sharing stories. The hosts make it so easy to feel at home!
If you need help organizing your trip, you can fully rely on the hotel team – simply fantastic.
The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is located right by the riverside promenade and close to the city center. There’s nothing better than strolling back to the hotel after an iced hotpot, across the town square and along the river – highly recommended!
If you’re stopping in Aershan, you should definitely stay at the Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿). We would come back anytime – and we already miss our wonderful hosts!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location in Xincheng, Hohhot, being very close to the General's Office and the subway station. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and hygienic, and the staff are incredibly nice.
I especially loved the revolving breakfast restaurant on the 25th floor. The views were expansive, and the breakfast spread was comprehensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, including milk tea, lamb offal soup, and shaomai.
Overall, our stay was very comfortable. For the past few years, we've consistently booked Hilton Garden Inn hotels whenever we travel. We've become huge fans of the brand, and I genuinely give them a five-star rating!

GGuest UserThe hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful, covering everything from check-in and luggage handling to transportation. Every staff member had a great attitude, which is quite rare and appreciated. The all-inclusive package was fantastic – three buffet meals, activities, and shows, definitely worth the price. So far, aside from the yurt accommodations being a bit basic (though excellent for a yurt!), everything else has been perfect. The biggest surprise was the evening performance, 'Nomad's Home,' which was an immersive experience showcasing Mongolian culture. With live Mongolian dance lessons, a bonfire, fireworks, and a DJ, it had such a great vibe! I personally think it offers better value than the Lotus and Xiangsha resorts!
