Had an incredible stay at Vyluk Hotel. The location is awesome. Surrounded by the city’s top shopping destination, and wedged evenly between two metro stations that give easy access to the rest of the city. Service was outstanding and the staff handled the foreigner registration process without issue. They also upgraded us to a city view room which was spectacular. There were many lights within the room which could be toggled by the bilingual wall buttons. Free water and toiletries are provided. The enclosed shower was great, as was the shampoo provided. The hotel does have the coveted delivery robot, so whether it’s ordering food delivery or getting extra tissues sent up, the robot comes right to your door and you receive a call to the in-room phone. Room service came on our second day and cleaned the place up. Nothing but the best to say in regards to this hotel. I should not the gym and pool were closed. The only issue I had with this hotel is that on Trip it goes by Vyluk Hotel and I believeI saw that name come up on one other map and that is it. There are no mentions of “Vyluk” outside or inside of the hotel which did make it harder to find given that there are several others nearby. The Chinese name is also not a transliteration but rather called Wei Lai 蔚徕. Nonetheless, I would 100% stay here over any other nearby hotels given the quality, service, and price which was half of those nearby.

設施：設定很好，有些細節做的很驚喜。配套咖啡廳挺好的，聊天，休息、看書都不錯,老闆的書還是可以的，跟我品味挺搭。 服務：確實沒上次好了，但是也挺主動的。 性價比：這個價格沒話説，有點瑕疵也沒有毛病。 其他：上次估計給升級了房型。這次房間面積稍微小了點。

Baiquan Villa is an older hotel with reasonably good upkeep, though there's still potential for improvement. The location is not particularly convenient, with limited shops within walking distance. However, using Didi (ride-hailing service) provides easy access to popular areas like Wanda Plaza and Wangfujing. Wulanchabu Station is also relatively close. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is decent, and the room sizes are comfortable.

很少發評論，這次的入住必須給攜程客服小森大大的贊，由於臨時行程變更，路況不熟悉，預訂過程中出現了小插曲，很多酒店都滿房，導致外面下着雨，凌晨兩點半還未預訂到入住酒店，客服小森全程跟蹤服務，及時瞭解情況，一直幫助聯繫酒店，協調房間，為我們提供建議，很高效的讓我們在很短的時間就入住下來進行休息，這樣的貼心服務讓我們很感動，必須點贊👍👍，預訂的酒店前台服務態度很好，辦理高效，酒店設施齊全，環境衞生很滿意，謝謝🙏

Nice theme hotel. Some rooms are very hot even in winter. Relatively clean but could use some maintenance touch ups in the room. Other than that it’s a really cool hotel! The staff doesn’t speak English.

This hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. I always stay here whenever I visit this city. Even though it’s a 4-star hotel, it feels much better than many 5-star hotels. The quality of service and the overall experience is top-notch. I would also like to highlight one of the staff members, who went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

Travelled with my friends! Hotel location is very good. Rooms are very clean, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast buffets had a diverse food choices. Overall enjoyed our stays in hotel. We went to this hotel on a family trip and booked a lodge. We arrived after dark, the hotel team was helpful in getting us to our lodge, although the languange barrier was clear. Transport was done by electric carts. The lodge was cosy and comfortable, with a nice terrace with wetlands view. Good beds, and a spacious bathroom. It was clean. The dinner we had was good for people liking chinese food (kind of chinese barbeque). The breakfast was chinese too, which may be an issue for people who are into more traditional western breakfast. The buffet was diverse, a lot to choose. The location of the venue is great, plenty of activities for families. We were there during Golden Week. Perfect temperature (10-15 degrees), blue skies... We can recommend this hotel and its amenities and would go back again.

Hotel rooms are big and clean. The hotel location is very good, near a park and 30 minutes walking from the main touristic sites. Hotel staff does not speak English, but they are really friendly and helpful (Sonia).
