I am very pleased with my visit to Hailiang Plaza Hotel (Zhongshan Road Metro Station). Good location in the center. Nice, helpful staff. Good daily services and cleaning. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the metro station, shops, and local attractions. This made it very simple to explore the area and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and ready to help with any request, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The daily cleaning service was reliable and thorough, keeping the room fresh and pleasant throughout my stay. Overall, the combination of excellent location, professional service, and friendly hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I would gladly recommend Hailiang Plaza Hotel to other travelers and would be happy to return here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality and wonderful experience!

Great hospitality! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, and the front desk kindly assisted me in purchasing medicine, which I truly appreciated. The revolving restaurant for breakfast offers a great view and a wide variety of food choices. My child accidentally left her phone in the room. Thankfully, the staff informed us promptly. Although we had already left Hohhot, they arranged to mail it to our hotel in Beijing, and it arrived safely on the next day. Truly impressed by their honesty and quick action—highly recommended!

I honestly think it's even more beautiful than many Atour hotels and even some 5-star establishments. The owner clearly has an excellent eye for design. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was also top-notch. There wasn't a single spot overlooked. Service: But what truly set this hotel apart was the service. Both the front desk and all the staff were incredibly helpful and warm. I had a minor mishap where I accidentally scratched another car, and I had already returned to Beijing. However, the hotel staff still went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I am incredibly grateful for their assistance.

AAnonymous UserOverall, the hotel was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was easy to find with excellent amenities nearby. There's a pharmacy just to the left when you exit, and an internal passage leads to a supermarket. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and there was plenty of seating. Underground heated parking (essential for cold regions): When we booked, the heated parking was complimentary with our stay, unlike other hotels in Hailar that charge extra. All we needed to do was register our license plate number at the front desk, and we could access the heated garage from the hotel's left side. During winter, spots can be a bit tight, but there are always enough available!

The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is a beautiful little boutique hotel where nothing is missing: the rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful. A real highlight is the delicious tea ceremony – the perfect way to end the evening while sharing stories. The hosts make it so easy to feel at home! If you need help organizing your trip, you can fully rely on the hotel team – simply fantastic. The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is located right by the riverside promenade and close to the city center. There’s nothing better than strolling back to the hotel after an iced hotpot, across the town square and along the river – highly recommended! If you’re stopping in Aershan, you should definitely stay at the Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿). We would come back anytime – and we already miss our wonderful hosts!

However, beyond that, there isn't much else to explore, and the surrounding area is just average, not as clean or grand as the new district. The hotel facilities are decent. The room wasn't particularly large, but the layout was well-designed, and the details were thoughtfully arranged. We stayed for three nights and didn't feel cramped; there was a place for everything. The service was good and very responsive. Hohhot is very dry, and when we asked for a humidifier, it was provided quickly. Breakfast is served in the revolving restaurant on the top floor, which has a nice atmosphere. However, there aren't many tables, so you might have to wait during peak hours. The breakfast selection was standard, with all the essentials, but nothing particularly outstanding.

Cleanliness okay.  Close to airport.  Airport transfer and no fee On the web they have car transportation without fee and no need to book. I was waiting for the car or bus. No vehicle arrived and we had to hire a cab to get the hotel.  Reach out to hotel to book transportation. Thank you.

TTweety_This time our family's stay at the Fusha Island Resort in Shawan was beyond expectations, and because we came in the off-season, we had a very unique experience😝 First of all, the standard of service, really first class is not a joke, although we went to the off-season, the whole resort only me and two other girls from Guangdong, at first thought it would be very boring, but his resort provided many activities for us, especially the after-dinner carnival evening, a group of performers' cultural performance is very good, there is an interactive session in the middle, funny and happy children are playing very high🥳 Then a little late at night there is also a stargazing activity, can listen to the staff's explanation under a super beautiful starry sky is really blissful, although the temperature outside is very cold, but after drinking the staff provided hot drink indoors immediately warm ❤️ The next morning there was a sunrise viewing activity. In fact, although the staff had to get up so early, they could go out and watch it themselves, but they said they called the front desk 10 minutes in advance to ask about the weather conditions. It was really hard for them to arrange and prepare for us. Honestly, we could have just gone out ourselves, but the staff still got up early to wait for us in the lobby and even prepared to check the weather for us ten minutes in advance. The room itself was noticeably clean and fresh. They offer disposable toilet seat covers, and the shampoo and body wash smelled really good. What especially stood out was the divider between the two beds in the twin room, which offered fantastic privacy. The movable small table next to the sofa was perfect for a simple meal or for placing a laptop, making it incredibly convenient. If I ever have the chance to visit Hohhot again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel.
