Overall great place to stay. Rooms are good with lots of techy stuffs... Met with an unfortunate event - water stoppage on the day we were checking out. Otherwise all is good

I am very pleased with my visit to Hailiang Plaza Hotel (Zhongshan Road Metro Station). Good location in the center. Nice, helpful staff. Good daily services and cleaning. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the metro station, shops, and local attractions. This made it very simple to explore the area and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and ready to help with any request, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The daily cleaning service was reliable and thorough, keeping the room fresh and pleasant throughout my stay. Overall, the combination of excellent location, professional service, and friendly hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I would gladly recommend Hailiang Plaza Hotel to other travelers and would be happy to return here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality and wonderful experience!

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel I spent a night at this hotel and had an awesome experience! Everything was perfect—from the modern, stylish decor to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail. Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ia layak menjadi hotel berjenama pertama di Baotou. Ia bermula dengan penampilan dan memberi tumpuan kepada pengalaman. Kerusi permaisuri biru Tiffany yang mulia, sofa beruang kutub yang diperibadikan dan selesa, adalah seperti kawasan rehat di bawah bintang, dan anak patung gergasi yang bertemu cinta di sudut penuh dengan reka bentuk dan kejutan. Nada neutral bilik adalah mewah dan elegan, seluruh rumah adalah pintar, pengecasan tanpa wayar, peralatan tempat tidur Dream Lily, dan besen tangan merah jambu kegemaran saya dan meja solek di mana anda boleh duduk dan memakai solek. Great hospitality! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, and the front desk kindly assisted me in purchasing medicine, which I truly appreciated. The revolving restaurant for breakfast offers a great view and a wide variety of food choices. My child accidentally left her phone in the room. Thankfully, the staff informed us promptly. Although we had already left Hohhot, they arranged to mail it to our hotel in Beijing, and it arrived safely on the next day. Truly impressed by their honesty and quick action—highly recommended!

房間乾淨整潔，還很大，屋子非常暖和。小朋友住着超級開心。 這個地方離高鐵站非常近，交通很方便，旁邊還有非常好吃的冰煮羊。 酒店服務非常好，太冷了不想出去吃早餐，臨時在酒店加早餐前台還給介紹了非常划算的優惠券。最最重要的是，本來覺得不能去外面吃羊雜湯了很遺憾，誰想到酒店的羊雜湯這麼好喝！ 前台小姐姐看我們一大家子還非常好心的給延時退房了，總之是非常好的住宿體驗，夏天還要再來一次！

Всё было просто й я идеально: от безупречной чистоты в номерах и общественных зонах до высочайшего уровня сервиса. Персонал внимательный, отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь с любыми вопросами — чувствовали себя по-настоящему окружёнными заботой! Отдельно хочется отметить, насколько здесь **тихо и спокойно**, несмотря на то, что мы отдыхали с детьми. Ребятам тоже всё понравилось: атмосфера располагает к отдыху, нет лишнего шума, а территория гостиницы ухожена и безопасна. Для семейного отпуска — это лучшее место, какое только можно представить!
