I stayed at Sa Tanqueta for three nights. (Just the right amount of time.) Loved it! PROS - Fornalutx is very charming - Stunning views from my room, the restaurant, and the pool - Excellent hiking nearby - Satisfying breakfast - Nice staff. Mabel was very helpful - Several outdoor dining options in close proximity - Quiet! (with the welcome exception of the sounds of nature) - Large space, with a terrace - Honor bar with an array of options - Lots of fresh air and natural light - Multiple places to just hang out and enjoy the vistas CONS - Lugging luggage up/down the stairs is a drag (especially after having traveled for so long)

Sa Tanqueta We’ve only positive things to say. From booking and our pre arrival queries through to checking out, the team were all so helpful, attentive and even mind readers. Special thanks to Veronica, Mabel and Maria for always being able to help and answer our varied questions and organising bookings, taxis, trips and so much else. Our stay was perfect, this place has it all; location, wonderful scenery, the property is beautiful, with thoughtful touches throughout, accommodation is very comfortable, a lovely village with a great selection of atmospheric restaurants and bars a close stroll away. Believe the great reviews and lovely photos, this place has a wonderful calm energy where you can immediately relax.Look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful hotel apartment with friendly attentive staff. Enjoyed our stay here for a week but it was exceptionally warm for us. thank god for the wonderful air conditioning provided. The views of the Tramatuna mountains were fabulous and security is first class. Thank you to the wonderful staff mabel, veronique and the guy who served breakfast every morning sorry i didnt get his name, his professionalism and friendliness was outstanding. Hope to return next year. Carmel.

The most fabulous setting for these apartments. Well equipped and simply decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast served on the patio by the most friendly and helpful staff was plentiful. fresh fruit the most delicious bread and pastries and a perfect setting to start the day. Mable who always wears a smile on her face is most helpful.she will go above and beyond to find restaurants book them or anything else you may need. The village only a two minute walk is studded with delicious restaurants and cafes to soak up the Spanish lifestyle We really had a wonderful week here and will return. Thankyou to you all

Sa Tanqueta is the perfect destination for couples and families looking for a luxurious retreat in the Serra de Tramantuna. The hotel is set in amazing surroundings, very close to the centre of Fornalutx. The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped and the pool and sun terraces the perfect place to relax after a day walking or sightseeing. Would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at Sa Tanqueta everthing about the hotel was excellent. The spacious room, powerful shower, very efficent and quiet air conditioning,and the most amazing views. Everwhere was spotlessly clean the saltwater pool very refreshing and there was always plenty of sunbeds available. Fornalutx is a very picturesqe village with around a dozen very good quality resturants, all within a very short walk. It is a 30 to 40 minute walk through amazing countryside to Soller which is larger with more resturants. We also took the local train to Puerto Soller which was very enjoyable. A special mention must be for the stafff , Veronique, Mable and Kimi, who made the excellent holiday an outstanding one. Nothing was ever a problem from booking table reservations (which is highly recommended) to delivering fresh orange juice and excellent quality coffe every morning to our room. We will definitly be back and hopefully very soon.

We spent two wonderful nights here. Our spacious one bedroom apartment had a breathtaking view of the mountains and the valley. Everything was perfect. Clean, luxurious, authentic, fast wi-fi, extremely kind staff at the reception, beautiful pool area. Fornalutx is an enchanting village, with a few cafes and restaurants, and a little supermarket. And the area is perfect for hiking. I hope I can come back one day.

Been here a few times. Went this week. The location is simply stunning. Rooms wonderful. Views sensational. Lovely facilities. Great helpful staff. Close to lovely Fornalutx and also Soller. Close to great restaurants, walks, lovely bars in the village.

Sa Tanqueta de Fornalutx is an idyllic little haven up in the mountains. Had a truly fantastic week staying here. It is peaceful, quiet and the views are stunning. Our room was spacious and clean with everything that we required. The terrace was private and had very comfy sun loungers. The whole complex was kept immaculate and the pool area was the perfect place to while away the days! The pool area has a small self-service bar and coffee machine which was a very nice touch. Mabel and Kimi (front desk) were happy, friendly and attentive providing useful little tips for exploring the local area. Fornalutx is a 4-minute stroll where there is a picturesque square with a few cafes, there is also a bakery, small supermarket, pharmacy and bank as well as a number of restaurants. Wandering around Fornalutx was delightful. Would highly recommended Sa Tanqueta de Fornalutx and hope to return in the future!
