Arrived at the room and noticed some stains on the sheets. Called reception and they said they would send someone to clean it up while we went to the pool. When we came back we noticed the stains were still there (however a bit faded). At the reception they ensured the sheets had been changed, even though we were telling the clerk there were the exact same stains. So someone is clearly at fault here and making fools out of the customers. As if dirty sheets weren’t bad enough, they still try to make fools out of their customers. Lamentable. The funniest part is that we had had a similar problem in a hotel in Braga from the same company, Axis.
