The shower wouldn’t drain; the phone in the room didn’t work to contact the front desk, so I had to call from my cellphone. I was told maintenance would be on the way. Needless to say no one showed up. We had to wait 35 minutes for the water to drain before the next person could shower.

What can you expect from Beltway 8 and 69 area? Not much. Stayed at least 20 hotels/motels around there and still couldn’t tell the difference between an inn or a big name hotel. Is this Holiday Inn cleaner, easier access, or better than others? Not really. But, it got the job done. Close enough to where I need to be, got a good night sleep, had a great meal at a Chinese seafood place 10 min north of it, and good wings at other side of 69. It was just good enough for me to rebook again.

I booked a two-queen room on 02/09/2023 using a team member code for a stay on Friday, March 3rd, 2023. I checked in using the Hilton Honors app on 03/02/2023. However, on the morning of 03/03/2023, I received a phone call from Reeta informing me the property did not have two queens available (despite my already checking in) and that I had been given a single king. I told Reeta that we have three guests and needed the two queen beds that I had reserved and checked in with, and was informed they could not accommodate my needs. I then asked Reeta to cancel the reservation since we had yet to arrive, and was told she could not do so since it was reserved online using the team member code... Reeta went on to tell me that I would need to cancel through the app, but the app would not allow me to cancel since I already checked in digitally. Thereafter, I called the Hilton Honors reservation number and was told the property could indeed cancel the reservation, but it would need to be done by a manager. I called back and asked for Reeta, and was informed that Alexis Harlan (assistant GM) was standing there the entire time during our first call. Reeta handed the phone to Alexis, and she said she would cancel my reservation... I received a cancelation confirmation email not long thereafter. While checking my credit card statement on 03/07, I see I was still charged for the room! Thereafter, I called the property to ask for the appropriate credit, only to find out there is no manager on duty. If you plan to stay here, it would be wise to make sure you do your due diligence!

My husband and had a great stay. The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was a grab and go but I was happy to see Shipley donuts when I went to grab some coffee. The gentleman that night that checked us in was very friendly. We will definitely go back ...

It was a nice place to stay .the staffs are so nice and friendly, and it's a clean and nice environment ..I will always stay there anytime am in houston

Hotel ini mempunyai beberapa pembinaan yang sedang dijalankan, tetapi ia tidak mengerikan. Segala-galanya kelihatan bersih dan gadis yang bekerja pada waktu petang sangat membantu dan sopan. Sarapan paginya ok, tawaran kontinental asas anda, walaupun biskut dan kuahnya sedap. Bilik itu sangat bersih. Peti ais dan microwave telah dicabut, tetapi ia cukup mudah untuk diurus. Satu-satunya keluhan kami ialah katil. Ia seperti tidur di atas palet batu bata. Ia adalah mengerikan. Saya biasanya bukan jenis yang mengadu tentang tilam, tetapi kami berdua bersetuju bahawa ini sangat tidak selesa dan menyebabkan sukar untuk tidur. Jika tidak, tempat yang bagus.

來出差，當地朋友推薦的，滿足我安全乾凈安靜又便利的要求，走路幾分鐘就是大型商場，飯館也很多。前台小哥哥Henry超級超級nice, 非常耐心的幫忙解答各種問題、查詢出行方案等等。唯一不足的是空調，工作起來噪音太大，好半天也不停，衹好關掉。
