EErik’sWhat can you expect from Beltway 8 and 69 area? Not much. Stayed at least 20 hotels/motels around there and still couldn’t tell the difference between an inn or a big name hotel. Is this Holiday Inn cleaner, easier access, or better than others? Not really. But, it got the job done. Close enough to where I need to be, got a good night sleep, had a great meal at a Chinese seafood place 10 min north of it, and good wings at other side of 69. It was just good enough for me to rebook again.

PPengguna TetamuI wanted to love this hotel as I have stayed at SpringHill's before. However when we arrived to check in for our 3 night stay at around 8:30pm, they didn't have a room ready for us and we had to wait around 20 minutes for the room. The front desk employee did offer us snacks during our wait. The room did not have enough towels, sofa sleeper cushions were stained as one of the bed comforters. Refrigerator did not work either. On the second day we discovered mold on the ceiling by the window.
We were moved to a new room. Customer service was great.
The other problem I had was that when making the reservation, the room was advertised as having a trundle bed. That was not the case. None of their rooms have trundle beds according to staff.
Breakfast was ok but could be better. On our last morning, they were out of almost everything when we went a little after 8am.

GGToniThe shower wouldn’t drain; the phone in the room didn’t work to contact the front desk, so I had to call from my cellphone. I was told maintenance would be on the way. Needless to say no one showed up. We had to wait 35 minutes for the water to drain before the next person could shower.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama作為路過住一晚，這裏堪稱完美。房間非常乾淨、寬敞，超大床，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭舒服，空調基本沒有噪音，有遮光窗簾，早餐一般，能吃飽，客服態度不錯。但是退房檢查時發現衣帽櫃裏有上個客人留下的一袋垃圾！打掃衞生居然沒看見？

PPengguna Tetamu房間很漂亮是套房，洗手間也很大，同價位酒店中很好的了，窗帘早上起來有點漏光，前台服務一般，早餐是6:30-9:30，可是9:00多一點下來，就看不見任何吃的了，去問前台說已經收了。很無奈。本來想再住一晚，還是算了。
