Hotel ini mempunyai beberapa pembinaan yang sedang dijalankan, tetapi ia tidak mengerikan. Segala-galanya kelihatan bersih dan gadis yang bekerja pada waktu petang sangat membantu dan sopan. Sarapan paginya ok, tawaran kontinental asas anda, walaupun biskut dan kuahnya sedap. Bilik itu sangat bersih. Peti ais dan microwave telah dicabut, tetapi ia cukup mudah untuk diurus. Satu-satunya keluhan kami ialah katil. Ia seperti tidur di atas palet batu bata. Ia adalah mengerikan. SpringHill Suites Rosenberg - They made 2 mistakes and will not own up to them. I reserved 11 rooms through Springhill suites in Rosenberg a month in advance for my softball team. When I arrived at 11am on 6/3, I paid $1,106.27 upfront but was told we couldn’t check in until 3pm. I checked in my room around 3pm and several of my team members did as well. There were 2 players that couldn’t check in until after our first game that night which was around 9:30PM. The font desk said all the rooms were taken. I spent 2 hours in the lobby speaking with the front desk staff. She called her manager and another hotel to find us 2 rooms to replace them. She had no luck and said there was nothing else she could do for us. I then proceeded to call around myself, we found 2 rooms at the holiday inn about a mile away. The rooms rates were double the price since it was last minute. I was very upset that my rooms were given away especially since I booked them a month in advance, and I paid for them at 11am before the hotel was full. After all this, I was bill for all 11 rooms. We called several times to get the hotel to correct this. We were told there is no manager on duty. I then emailed the representative that helped us with the reservation. She forwarded my email to Travis Severson the general manager. I emailed him about everything that happened and showed him my receipt and explained everything. The only response I received was I show all charges were correct on my end. I have asked him repeatedly to speak to the staff at his hotel as they should remember, and they did get management involved. He never took responsibility for his staff mistakes nor was he willing to help me. I will never stay at a Springhill suite again.
