The room I stayed in was clean and tidy, and nothing out of expectation happened during my 1-night stay. One thing I would like to compliment Best Western is that their shuttle service to the Fort-Lauderdale International Airport runs 24 hours while many other hotels in the area run their first daily shuttle at 5 am. The only thing I needed to do was to make an appointment for the pick-up time at the entrance.

This place is great and the front desk guy was awesome! The young kid with the short dreads!!!! Breakfast was great! Very welcoming place!

What i really liked about this property was the shuttle bus driver! David was absolutely AMAZING more personable then the front desk staff! With training i could definitely see David working at the front desk. The frist thing Dacid asked o ce we were in the van was, do we need water? Once David knew that I spoke Spanish the conversation was awesome. Thank you david. The young lady putting out the morning breakfast, she too was absolutely customer service worthy! Even though the front staff Marc in the morning & whatever her name is / was on the night shift were not rude, but they are in serious need of a customer service trying. Thanks David & housekeeping.

The staff at the front desk were very kind except one person. He was very grumpy and off-putting.
The lobby is way too small for all of the people who were coming and going, especially when they have a continental breakfast. There was only one bench outside so there wasn't anywhere comfortable to wait.
There are very few restaurants around this place so if you are intending to walk don't expect much else other than McDonald's or Wendy's.
Once we finally got our room everything else was fine.

For the price it was a dated hotel. Slight odour in our room. Dingey bathroom. The room felt dark and we couldn't manually control the AC. Also the shuttle was a little sketchy since it didn't say the name of the hotel on it.

Definitely one of the better maintained locations of your brand. Very convenient to airport and cruise port and general shopping. Two negatives were the extremely noisy bathroom fan and a somewhat noisy and hard to regulate AC unit.

We specifically looked for a hotel that was near the airport, had a shuttle service and breakfast included. The staff was polite and helpful. While the property was very clean, the room had a musty smell to it. The shuttle was a little confusing since we were staying a Best Western and it was labeled as Holiday Inn. Thankfully they told us the name of the driver or we would have gotten in the wrong shuttle since there are several locations near the airport. The breakfast however was lacking. If you are specifically looking for a place with a decent breakfast this is not it.

The man at the front desk was totally unsmiling and there was no eye contact. The young lady who checked us in had excellent manners. The air conditioner in our room was noisy, and the air freshener high on the wall above the door emitted a horrible smell every so often. These air fresheners are not healthy. The room was very clean, however the pool had a lot of leaves in it and needed cleaning When the shuttle bus arrived, it was already half full so we had to stand in the aisle to make it to the airport in time as the first shuttle was 6:00 am.

It served its purpose, but it definitely was rougher looking in person than in the pictures. The hotel was booked solid, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and not were not overly friendly. I could not stop sneezing; assuming from the heavy air carpet fresheners they use. This hotel was definitely worse than others I’ve stayed at.

hair in the “clean towels” in the bathroom, refrigerator in room was broken… checked in late and requested a late check out. the gentleman who checked us in stated he would put in for a late check out and stated check out was 12pm. 11am housekeeping knocked on the door ready to clean the room. i called down to the front desk at around 11:25am to confirm 12pm late checkout. the guy at the front desk was extremely rude, arguing with me over miscommunication of his staff and stated we had 5 mins to vacate the room or we would be charged. the guy did not care for any thing in the world and even used the excuse “we are understaffed”. he was extremely unprofessional, rude and not accommodating what-so-ever. I would never stay at this establishment again.
