Postives were that the staff were very friendly and accommodating , the hotel was across the street from the Bach, and a short walk to many restaurants. The negatives are the hotel is very run down, and with no maintenance. I switched rooms becaue the first one almost made me vomit from the stench. It was better, but the carpet was filthy, the patio door was stuck, and would not fully close or open, there are roaches living under the fridge, and in the door locks, the door would only open after 10-15 tries. It's just poorly maintained and I don't think they care.

Overall it was average at best. The restaurant and bar are closed which was disappointing even those this is what is advertised. The hotel also is not fully renovated as advertised and was more of a motel feel. Parking was easy and the location is great.

Save your money. I thought it was 4.8/5 by mistake. It is not even worth 4.8/10. I do not recommend at all. The only nice thing is the location. I am still sick because of the mold everywhere.

Property could be a lot better with a little investment.

Have stayed here before and as a solo traveler this time I felt safe however upon pulling back sheets they were dirty and wrinkled (i took pics) as well as hairs and eyelashes. I slept on sofa as the desk is not manned in evening and too tired and late to bother. one night stay only

I liked that when i took my complaint to the desk the woman there tried to rectify it she gave another room but the first night i was there the second day completely ruined horrible anniversary

The hotel definitely needs some help. It smelled musty, carpet was filthy and our neighbor next door to us played loud thumping music all night long. I guess I got what I paid for. Could be a decent place with some renovating. Location right across the street from the beach is awesome!

The pictures on the website are 100 times better than what you actually see. The bathroom is so outdated they painted the titles and the tub, and the paint is peeling off.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Roaches all over the rooms. dirty smell. they let the place go and it’s such a shame

I was highly disappointed. Toilet didn’t flush, hotel and room were in awful shape. Under renovation, security woke us up after 11pm to move our car, beachside restaurant was boarded up (one of the main draws for choosing the place) I really want a refund. We wound up leaving at 2 am to go elsewhere. The check in lady was very nice though. The ONLY decent part of the experience.

Awesome location right by the beach and near every attraction you would need!

20 years ago this was probably a top notch property,not so much now. decent place for price,no bugs,,clean bed,just needs maintenance,,bad. Awesome location,,right on a1a,no access to sit on deck,would of been nice to relax there,closed off. when I checked in gals not so friendly,,check out guy was great..Like I said,for the price it was worth it..
