Really Good Hotel - GREAT Staff! I would have rated it a GREAT hotel, however, they are doing a major renovation, and I can't wait to go back and see it when it is done! I was disappointed when I arrived, because the guaranteed accessible room I had reserved (three months before my arrival), was on the second floor and the whole second floor was under reconstruction. I complained that I should have been notified so I could have made other plans. The General Manager, Melissa Robbins, was understanding and apologized for the lack of communication and we came to an agreement that I was pleased with. I appreciated her professionalism and kindness. I felt that the Front Desk Staff was extremely friendly, kind and very helpful! Nina and Ash went above and beyond, and they are awesome! Talk about awesome, the Breakfast Attendants! Angela, Taylor and Stan (I may have the last name wrong because I can not read my notes - if so, I apologize, because he was fun and entertaining - a great greeting and smile every day!). My room #313 was recently renovated and it was great: I loved the layout and the comfortable furniture and bedding. There were a few small issues with my shower door being hard to slide and the hot and cold-water lines being reversed, and Shane, the Maintenance Person, quickly addressed and fixed the shower door. He is extremely pleasant and kind! As I said earlier - I can't wait until the renovations are done so I can return to this property. Arkansas Eagle (Mark F)
