Beautiful hotel!! I work in the hotel industry, I spent 10+ years in housekeeping, from housekeeper all the way to executive housekeeper amd I am super critical about hotels. I have also worked for Hampton Inn & Suites before. This property has a very well trained staff, extremely professional welcoming front desk staff and super clean beautifully maintain super clean rooms and facilities. 5 stars all the way for this property!

Penyambut tetamu sangat baik dan bermaklumat. Dari adalah luas. Meminta 2 katil bersaiz queen dan mereka tidak berada di dalam bilik yang sama; satu katil berada di bilik utama dengan tv, meja dan tempat duduk cinta, manakala satu lagi berada di dalam bilik separuh berasingan dengan meja. Terdapat pintu untuk memisahkannya dari bilik utama. Alangkah baiknya dalam senario ”membiarkan anak-anak mempunyai bilik sendiri” atau rakan mabuk mendapat bilik mereka sendiri. Sarapan pagi tidak disediakan atau ditawarkan, malah untuk bergaya walaupun laman web mengatakan begitu. Dapur/bilik sarapan hotel juga tidak ditawarkan.

This is, by far; the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Hilton should be ashamed to have its’ name attached to such a dilapidated and filthy “hotel”. We arrived late at night after a horrible and long travel day to be told the elevator was broken. I was in the process of dropping my daughter off at TCU and had 8 total bags/duffle bags. They all had to come in for the night due to the sketchy neighborhood. My daughter, 79 year old father, and myself had to haul all 8 bags up 3 flights of stayed at 1am. The room itself had a horrible air freshener scent that was clearly intended to cover up cigarette smoke smell Or worse. The entire hotel needs a major renovation. Old, dirty, and dingy. The kicker was the hot water issue. Our room only provided scalding hot water from both the sink and shower, making use of either impossible. The woman at the desk said it was a “city problem and hit or miss by room.” At this point I had had enough and called around and found somewhere else to stay. Absolutely awful and truly outlandish to charge $250/night for this nightmare. We are Hilton diamond members and prefer Hilton properties. This one was a real disappointment.

You get everything you expect from a Hampton Inn. The service was outstanding and the folks working the desk were very helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms? yes sir. Free shuttle from the airport was on point. They say every hour but they will come get you ASAP. The shuttle will also take you within three miles off things around the hotel. The Walmart is 3.2 but they still took us. We needed a couple things. Another benefit are the 10 or so places to eat within walking distance Mcd's, Panera, Chic Fila, Pizza Chipotle, Panda Express, Jimmy Johns and a liquor store. Gas station convenience store is also very close. One odd thing I found was how the microwave was set up. it is basically on the ground and kinda hard to use. (See picture) The only complaint we have was road noice. We are from a small quiet town and not use to it. Wife has sensitive hearing. and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Once again desk was very accommodating. If you are like, us ask for an odd numbered room. They are across the hall and quiet. Wife slept better. Side note. We found Lyft cheaper than Uber to go to ATT Stadium and other places.
