This is, by far; the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Hilton should be ashamed to have its’ name attached to such a dilapidated and filthy “hotel”. We arrived late at night after a horrible and long travel day to be told the elevator was broken. I was in the process of dropping my daughter off at TCU and had 8 total bags/duffle bags. They all had to come in for the night due to the sketchy neighborhood. My daughter, 79 year old father, and myself had to haul all 8 bags up 3 flights of stayed at 1am. The room itself had a horrible air freshener scent that was clearly intended to cover up cigarette smoke smell Or worse. The entire hotel needs a major renovation. Old, dirty, and dingy. The kicker was the hot water issue. Our room only provided scalding hot water from both the sink and shower, making use of either impossible. The woman at the desk said it was a “city problem and hit or miss by room.” At this point I had had enough and called around and found somewhere else to stay. Absolutely awful and truly outlandish to charge $250/night for this nightmare. We are Hilton diamond members and prefer Hilton properties. This one was a real disappointment.

The room was clean, but the kitchen was in need of better glassware (three glasses, all tumblers, unmatched, for example). The only frying pan had a warped bottom so it could not provide even heat. There was no drain strainer/plug so hand washing dishes was difficult. No icemaker in freezer. The bed was not ”comfy” as advertised on webiste--not terrible but not Marriott quality. I received a ”gold” upgrade to a suite (two-bedroom), but one bedroom was noisy from the air conditioner--really noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful; I communicated by chat in advance and was made to feel at home. The breakfast was very good. Good hot sandwiches and two or three other hot choices as well. The details need more attention. For example, luggage carts are in the office area--but the facility is in two buildings. The elevator in the second building is difficult to reach for those who may have disabilities--one ramp goes up to a five inch step. No electric doors in the second building. Our one night stay was ok. Staff was good. Upgrade appreciated. Attractive pricing, but you will get what you pay for.

This is a great hotel situated in a convenient location with several options for dinner and activities. We were happy with the layout and overall quality of the hotel. The in room kitchen amenities were awesome so we could stay in and relax. Our only draw back about the experience was sleeping. Large king size bed so no complaints on room however very uncomfortable. The linens were sp**** and feather pillows not as comfortable as I would have imagined considering the caliber of the other amenities.
If you don't require the fluff and comfort in the bedding amenities you are solid with this hotel choice. I give this hotel a solid 4.5 for convenience and comfort for business but if you want to have the luxury of a vacation and soft pillows to bat considering a higher price point.
Overall this hotel, staff and amenities are top notch for a simple staycation. I might also mention no fault by any of the hotel staff or affiliations they seem to be dealing with car break ins. There was a small incident that was handled very professionally by staff I noticed check out day. Parking is ample and close this was surely just a matter of coincidence and staff was on top of ensuring guest and belongings were top priority.
Thanks Hilton, great stay. Suggestion...no more feather pillows 😁

My husband and I stayed as a part of a group playing in a golf tournament. On the morning of our check-out I walked outside to find our car had been broken into overnight. I spoke to the desk clerk about surveillance cameras and she said the only person who could help me was the manager, Dion, who was off that day. I left my number with her and asked that she have him call me. I called the hotel two days later, after not receiving a call-back and spoke to the front desk rep concerning the surveillance camera’s once again. She informed me that I had to call the police (which I did immediately following the discovery of the break-in) and the hotel would provide the information to whatever detective was assigned to the case. I replied to the representative that she seemed versed in these matters and that break-ins on the property must happen often. She didn’t reply. I left my number and asked, once again, for the manager to call me back. I spoke to the manager, Dion, later that morning. He came off as very rude and condescending, especially considering the damage to my car on the hotel property. He basically told me the hotel was not responsible and they had no obligation to do anything in the matter. I let him know that as a Titanium Elite member of Marriot (meaning I had over 75 night stays at Marriot properties last year) I have not encountered his lack of quality customer service before. I do not recommend the property for the safety of your vehicle and the substandard customer service provided by Dion, the on-site manager.

I booked this hotel for my girls who were going to a concert in the Fort Worth area. They said this hotel was clean, very nice, and in a prime location next to the lake. They definitely enjoyed their stay so much that they booked for an additional night.

My first time at this Courtyard Marriott. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Mr. Lyons greeted me with a big smile and polite manner, he couldn’t have been more helpful. I enjoyed seeing that smile everyday he was there. The room was clean and spacious, The bed and pillows were the best! It was so comfy! Best sleep I’ve had in a while. All snuggled in the clean, comfy, cozy bed, with great pillows, the black out curtains closed and AC keeping the room cool in our 105 degree weather. The room had a refrigerator which was nice to have. The cleaning ladies did a great job and were so nice and helpful. I miss Mr Lyons smile and kindness. I would definitely stay again.

This property has a very well trained staff, extremely professional welcoming front desk staff and super clean beautifully maintain super clean rooms and facilities. 5 stars all the way for this property!

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was exceptionally clean, as I’m sure most of it has to do with the fact that it relatively brand new. And the staff was cleaning continuously. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable! The bed and the pillows were the most comfy I’ve ever slept in and the room gets super dark when you pull the shades, even in the middle of the day. Our room had just a shower, it would’ve been nice to have a shower tub combo, but all in all I will give this room and hotel five stars! The location is ideal for shopping and restaurants close by. And also, it’s on the outskirts of Ft. Worth, so traffic isn’t too terrible getting around. Breakfast was good and had a decent selection, waffles, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, muffins, juice, and coffee. Negative: Pool was freezing! I thought for an indoor pool it would be heated…

PPengguna TetamuRoom is nice enough, but the shower caulking is getting moldy & needs replacement. Not that big of a deal. The bed was very comfortable. Now for the gym.... When you first walk in it seems like it's ok just small. However 2 out of 3 treadmills are out of service. The buttons on the Elliptical & stairclimber are broken. The elliptical without the handles will change resistance, but the ramp buttons don't do anything. That is 5 out of the 7 machines not operating correctly. The dumbbells set is missing both the 30 lb & 35 lb weights. There are no ab mats available. The universal machine is in poor condition. I know not everyone finds this that important, but for those of us trying to stay in shape on the road, this is extremely frustrating. I hope management does something to fix the sad state fo the gym.

PPengguna TetamuThe valet and greeters were friendly and welcoming. Our Jr. suite was very nice and clean. Pleasantly surprised that there were two tv sets, one in the living area and a secondary one in the bedroom. The indoor swimming pool area is small, but I'm not traveling with children, and it was nice that I can float. Jacuzzi was hot to my taste, yet not hot enough for my husband. The Jacuzzi did not have a strong jet stream. Unfortunately, the women's restroom is missing a sink. Breakfast was great! Fresh hot pancakes and eggs made to order. Overall, I would give it a score of 4.8. Sad that the patio area was not available to the public. Because of the location, service, and now knowing that the place is available for events, I know I will be promoting this location for my high school reunion.

PPioneer17948243883I have been coming to this hotel multiple times over the last 6 weeks to visit a relative who is hospitalized. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, there's a nice complimentary breakfast every morning, the location is ideally located near some great restaurants, the Montgomery Street Antique Mall, and easy access to Harris Hospital. What _really_ makes this place great is the staff though. From Front Desk to Housekeeping to Maintenance to ”The Breakfast Ladies,” everyone seems to find genuine joy in helping their guests. Those smiles and welcomes and helpful attitudes make me feel like I'm one of the family. You can tell a lot about a place by the way the staff interacts with each other when they think nobody is looking...these are good folks who love each other and love serving their guests. My first experience kept me coming back, and now there is no place I'd rather stay.

PPengguna TetamuMy daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall.
However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay:
- The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be.
- The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air.
- Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way.
I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room.
- (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay.
- They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay.
I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

PpjshooterkbThe staff very friendly n kind and understanding we lost our home to a fire a neighbor started n they let us stay in parking lot until we can check in I do recommend the motel it's easy to get to n you got some restaurants around but they always greet you with smiles and address you with respect the one young man name Dev so sweet he really knows how to treat the guest ,the matience guy very cool ,this other guy tall guy can't remember his name but I had messed up on the app making the reservation n he took the time to helps us fix the reservation n get us in the room . we are leaving Texas for had nothing but bad luck here ,but if you come visit Fort Worth this is the place to stay. If you want to be entertained n you like to shoot guns go to shoot smart on Lancaster n the 820 freeway another amazing place it's all family oriented but thank you all to the staff n manger n matience n housekeepers thank you all for you amazing hospitality much love from Kimberly n my husband keep up the great work u do

JJalaunii OBoth nights i was there someone “mistook” my room or atleast thats what the front desk said when I called down saying someone keeps trying to open my door. I had ants in the bed DISGUSTING BUT THE BIG NO REFUND SIGN AT FRONT & the fact I booked it through work I didnt even bother complaining. The after hour lock on the back door never actually activated so anyone could walk in the building. Middle of summer & the pool was closed. Immediate area is a little industrial/sketchy but i didnt have any actual issues outside. I gave 2points because parking was ample & great also they pre cooled my room which was great for the 104 texas weather. I will not stay here again but for the price it did its job since i wasnt there except for maybe 8hrs in total.

The hotel room was horrendous, not safe and not fit for people to stay at. I don’t want other people making the same mistake of staying there…I tried complaining at the front desk but they wanted nothing to do with me. The front door to the room was hanging off the wall, connected only at the bottom, blinds and window didn’t work and both stuck closed, the fire alarm was hanging off the wall and didn't work with exposed electric cables, bathroom door was kicked in with a hole in it, the mirror was smashed, it smelt like something was decomposing and the window frames and walls were covered in mould. Next level bad!
