Funcionários excepcionais. Todos cordiais. Local muito limpo, comida muito boa. Mas tivemos um problema: com as fortes chuvas o hotel ficou sem energia. O gerador não era suficiente pra todos os quartos. Ficamos sem ar condicionado por 24h. Não podíamos abrir as janelas, devido o gerador está um pouco abaixo de nós e a fumaça gerada por ele, entrava no nosso quarto. Pedi a recepção pra trocar de quarto, já que tinham quartos com ar condicionado funcionando e disseram que não podiam. Pedi um ventilador pra dormir e não tinham. Resultado: dormir (devido o cansaço) às 2:30h da manhã com uma toalha humilda sobre meu corpo pra tentar amenizar o calor. Pela manhã, iriam resolver nosso problema, mas já íamos embora. Sei que a falta de energia não foi culpa do hotel, mas poderiam ter-nos colocado em outro quarto, já que o mesmo não estava lotado ou então conseguido um ventilador pra evitar tal transtorno. A recepção ficou com meu número pra a administração entrar em contato via WhatsApp para tentar compensar (através de desconto na estadia), mas até o momento, quase uma semana depois, não entraram.

Reveillon de 2023 em Fortal estava exorbitante de tão caro, esse hotel foi o único que encontrei a um preço melhor e que não exigia fechar pacote minimo de diárias. Pelas fotos eu não esperava muito e nem estava ligando para luxo, mas ao chegar no hotel gostei do que vi. Hotel simples, mas modernizado, bacana, limpo, com funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, boas instalações, quarto bom, ar condicionado silencioso e potente, banheiro com tamanho bastante razoável e hotel com bom isolamento acústico, que acabou se tornando importante pois a rua em frente é bem barulhenta e há uns vizinhos na rua de trás que tocam musica num volume horrivelmente alto. Outro ponto que para mim foi positivo foi a localização. Ironicamente muita gente pode não gostar, mas para mim estava bom, dava para ir a pé a praia de Iracema, ao Bar do Pirata, a 3 quadras do centro Dragão do Mar, tinha supermercado, farmácia, tudo perto, mas longe o suficiente da bagunça que foi o réveillon, mas para quem gosta da feira de artesanato da Orla, ele fica um pouco longe. Os pontos negativos foram o café da manhã, bem fraco em variedade e qualidade, colchão meio ruim no quarto e o Wifi que estava instável e com acesso muito lento.

This is a very good hotel! It has a great breakfast buffet, a great swimming pool, a great view of the beach, very nice beds, and a very peaceful location. The negative things I would say are very minor but they did make a difference for me. First, the staff were polite but not friendly. The hostesses at the breakfast buffet each morning were disappointing because they were the first staff I would see each day but they would never greet me and sometimes they would just coldly look me off. I stayed in a suite for 10 days, and these ladies knew it from their register, so for spending that much money I kind of expected a minimum amount of polite and respectful behavior. Second, the location is very peaceful but it is also a little far from other things so that might turn some people off. However, this is easily remedied by spending 3 to 4 bucks for an Uber. Third, I have been in windy locations but all night long the wind would whistle very loudly in my room. I feel like with a little TLC then the windows could be re-sealed or altered somewhat and this whistling issue would be completely resolved. If you are a light sleeper then this whistling wind issue might make it difficult to sleep. In summary, I really feel like this could be an excellent hotel if they would ask their staff to be friendly rather than just not rude.

Apesar de ser um bom hotel, ocorreram alguns problemas na minha hospedagem. Em um dia de limpeza do quarto, recebi uma toalha suja de maquiagem, provavelmente maquiagem pela cor. E isso foi bem desagradável. Poderiam também ter mais opções de comidas no café da manhã sem glúten e sem leite animal. E o secador de cabelo também é bem ruim. Poderiam melhorar.
Entretanto, é um hotel com ótima localização, funcionários prestativos e uma boa estrutura geral.

Always a comfortable stay at the holiday Inn Fortaleza. The rooms are fairly large and comfortable for any length of stay. The hotel provides a decent breakfast to get your day started. Also a restaurant on site with cocktails good food and great service. The staff here are friendly and happy to help guests. Augusto the manager is always available to lend a helping hand if need be with a smile on his face. I’ve been all over the world in all kinds of hotels and when I’m in Fortaleza for business or pleasure this is my number one pick.

Tudo maravilhoso, hotel limpo, novo, moderno, quarto com Led branca, secador. Piscina grande com hidro ao lado, ótimo café da manhã, bem servido, fit com opções veg. Perto da praia, não tem a melhor localização visando os arredores para baixo linha dragas do mar, mas bem tranquilo de andar em direção a praia. The hotel staffs are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast are delicious, they even serve beers (for additional charge). The pool is on the rooftop, it has sauna room too. The hotel itself is an old building with 2 small elevators (1 for service and 1 for guests), the room was not as spacious as I expected, wifi was slow (especially after 17:00, wifi works good during daytime). There are many junkies live in the derelict building next to the hotel. One of them trespassed to the dining room on 4 April. The employee told me that they do not have security guard for the hotel, they didnt alert the police for this too

Apesar de o hotel não ser à beira mar, fica localizado a poucos minutos da orla. O mercado Pão de açúcar fica a cerca de 50 metros do hotel.
Quando chegamos, fomos surpreendidos com um upgrade de quarto. Ficamos hospedados em uma suíte com vista para piscina, no último andar, com ducha e cama king size.
Durante momentos de relaxamento na piscina, nos foi servido uma bandeja de frutas (cortesia).
Todos os funcionários nos trataram muito bem.
A academia 24 horas com aparelhos de qualidade é um forte ponto positivo.
Café da manhã excelente, com alimentos frescos e opção de tapiocas feitas na hora.
Percebe-se o quão a gestão é detalhista.
Recomendaria o hotel a um amigo.

Je vais souvent à Fortaleza donc je voulais savoir si je pouvais en profiter une autre fois plutôt qu’un remboursement !!!

Adorei a infraestrutura: 3 elevadores que, em geral, atendem bem a demanda, quartos super espaçosos, chuveiro ótimo e varal no box, algo que todos os hotéis de praia deveriam ter! O restaurante tem boas opções, o café da manhã tem muita variedade e qualidade. Mas, o que realmente fez a diferença foi o atendimento excelente dos funcionários! Estive no Praia Centro em uma excursão de pessoas com deficiência visual. Eram aproximadamente 50 pessoas. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e eficientes ajudando tanto nas questões de locomoção, no momento do café e em outras solicitações. E um hotel que já está nos meus favoritos e eu certamente indico! Um ponto de melhoria seria colocar voz nos elevadores. Os mesmos já tem botões com identificação em braile. Mas, não da pra saber se o mesmo parou no andar correto por falta da voz.

Excelente hotel, cama gostosa, chuveiro, atendimento muito bom e o quarto muito aconchegante. Parabéns a todos e em especial a camareira Raquel e a recepcionista Keylane. Tiramos várias fotos lindas no hotel com o pessoal da Maná fotografias, amei todas as fotos. Obrigada!

PPengguna TetamuHotel bem localizado, limpo e organizado. Porém, durante dois dias seguidos, os funcionários entraram no meu quarto comigo dormindo. Alegaram falha no sistema. Foi uma situação desconfortante. Tirando este deslize tudo ocorreu bem e os funcionários foram bem educados!

Ar condicionado sofrível, só ventila! Pedi pra checar o problema e o Sr Araújo ( manutenção ) constatou o problema ( 07/02 - Apto 127 ) me disse que ia verificar, porém depois de 20 minutos sem retorno liguei na recepção para relatar o ocorrido além do vazamento do box no banheiro... que molhou muito o piso fora do box. Obs: se eu não ligasse novamente não teria retorno, impressão é que tentam te vencer pelo cansaço. Enfim... me trocaram de quarto ... para o 133... mesma situação ... ar condicionado central não funciona... só ventila e faz barulho. Quartos com cheiro de mofo.. umidade. É uma pena, preste atenção pra não se decepcionar... considere outras opções na mesma região. Eu e mais 2 colegas em quartos diferentes (nr 123 ) com o mesmo problema com o ar. É sabido e de conhecimento do hotel este problema... pois eles já deixam um cartão magnético de energia inserido direto nos quartos. Pq? Porque não gastam energia com o ar condicionado... só funciona ventilação. Meus colegas já haviam me alertado anteriormente... paguei pra ver! Dancei! Quer pagar? Decida !! Hotel antigo... só a localização é boa!

THE WRONG IBIS. Be careful as there are two IBIS Praia de Iracema. This time I booked the IBIS BUDGET by mistake. Didn't like it at all. Snack bar has very little to offer... breakfast is very limited... no frigo bar... shower is next to bed so you step out onto bedroom floor with no bath mat. It is good value I guess, but not recommended.

Like all Brazilian hotels you can knock a couple of stars of the rating. This place had professional staff at the front desk, and one of them spoke English which was a big help. But the pool was a bit dirty and the place seemed a little soulless and run down. The breakfast was good, the wifi questionable, but the location is decent and it has the night market right out front. It was a fair price so I guess it's hard to complain

Ótimo atendimento , com café da manhã muito bom, e com preço junto, ótima localização próximo da praia aonde tem um calçadão formidável para a prática de esportes como cooper, andar de bike ou caminhada, com certeza qual for a Salvador usarei os serviços do hotel Rotorua Inn novamente.
