The reception can't handle reservations and they want to choose rooms according to their wishes. After much discussion, they resolved my problem.

The facility is already old. The rooms look worse than in the photos. As for Brazilian conditions, it meets expectations. Good breakfasts.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff, well located, spacious room, breakfast I thought was good, but it could be improved by increasing variety and not repeating the same thing every day.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Funcionários atenciosos e ótimo café da manhã. Pretendo retornar mais vezes. Algumas informações da reserva não continha no ap, como por exemplo o microondas e o elevador panorâmico não estava funcionando.
