Fantastic resort for families. The hotel service was amazing and offered tons of activities for kids and adults alike. Location was perfect.

While the hotel has a very 80s feel, it's truly beautiful. The classic decor makes it very charming. I went with my 8-month-old baby, and they offered us a bathtub for the room, a high chair, and a stroller to take around the hotel. It's ideal for traveling with babies and children; it has a ball pit and lots of games. We ate at all three restaurants, and everything was excellent. The staff was also very friendly. I think the only thing that could be improved is that the towels are quite old and stiff; otherwise, it was excellent.

We stayed at the Bourbon Thermas Hotel in Foz do Iguaçu and were surprised by how enormous the place is. The facilities are spectacular and very well maintained. I would especially highlight the bowling alley and the recreation area, which provided us with plenty of entertainment during our stay. The soccer field is also incredible—ideal for those who want to play sports while enjoying their stay! Dinner at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes, and breakfast was quite complete, with options for all tastes. Everything we tried was delicious. The only downside I would mention is that, although blankets were available, we were a little cold at night due to the winter weather. But other than that, the hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Without a doubt, it's an excellent starting point for visiting Iguazu Falls, as it's very close. Recommended if you're looking for a comfortable place with plenty of options to enjoy.

The location is good, not far from the airport, there are delicious barbecue restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and there are many things for children to do in the hotel

The hotel is already old and needs modernization. But they're still milking tourists for money, even though they're paying. This was my last time here, because the noise is incredibly bothersome. You can hear almost everything in the room, and the insulation is very poor. You can hear your neighbor and also outside noises. Very bad. The rest seemed great to me, and the staff was very friendly.

Everything was excellent. The food was a 10. We felt like royalty. The service from Celio and Chef Schumacher was top-notch. The outdoor pools were cold, so we couldn't enjoy them much. Everything else was superb.

The hotel is very good! The staff are cheerful and super attentive.

During the trip to Brazil, this is the most cost-effective hotel in Iguazu, except for the Falls Hotel. The price is very reasonable and the room facilities are also good. It is worth recommending.
