Premier Inn Frankfurt Westend

This is just over a mile from Frankfurt main railway station. Trams 10, 16 & 17 leave from outside the railway station to tram stop Ludwig Erbert Anglager which itself is almost in front of the hotel. All staff seem to have a command of the English language. Bar open 24 hours a day if you need it and the varied breakfast is just under 17 Euros. 2 lifts to the upper floors. I found that the air conditioning fan kept making a noise so it was better if the A.C. was turned off. Really big shower space, kettle, T.V., hair drier and iron board in the room. All rooms have double beds.

We moved to this hotel because our previous hotel was awful. And knowing what you get at a premier inn, I knew we would be OK. Anyway, you wouldn't have even thought this was a premier inn, it was an amazing hotel. Beautiful and so clean. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. We had a noise complaint for a room next to us and they dealt with it straight away. The breakfast was lovely, the room was so nice and comfortable, the staff were so friendly. I honestly cannot fault this hotel and would highly reccomend it to anyone wanting to stay in frankfurt. Not only this but the location of the hotel is in such a lovely part of frankfurt with some great statues and architecture around. We didn't want to leave. One last thing, it is only a 5 minute walk from the natural history museum which I also highly reccomend.

Great location: underground (U-Bahn) U4 station is nearby and tram stop is just round the corner, easy to go to Central station (Hauptbahnhof) and south station (Frankfurt am Main Süd). Frankfurt Messe and big shopping mall, Skyline Plaza, are in walking distance. Clean room, bed and bedding are great, I had a good sleep. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out.

Genuinely the best hotel I have ever stayed at, from the warm greeting upon arrival to the extremely comfortable bed and excellent shower. The staff here are just SO incredibly accommodating and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Flutura, who made our stay absolutely brilliant - she was always on hand to help out with any requests and was so accommodating and kind. The hotel felt very secure as the lift is activated by your room key card, and is in a safe location within the city. The hotel is situated right opposite the tram stop Ludwig Erhard Anlage, which connects you with the central station extremely frequently, and serves as your gateway to the city when staying here. Just take tram 10, 16 or 17 straight into the city. Nearby is also the metro station Festhalle/Messe on the U4 line, however this was closed during my stay for engineering works. Breakfast and snacks are served at the hotel’s bar restaurant, which is reasonably priced. I will most definitely be staying here again as I have never stayed at a hotel where the experience is at such a high standard as here. Premier Inns in the UK could learn a lot from German ones - Premier Inns in Germany are just SO much better and offer SO much more. For the low price, you certainly get a lot more than a hotel with a higher price point, so rather than going with a more expensive option, give this hotel a try for an AMAZING experience. Very friendly staff, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good. The location was fantastic near a lovely shopping centre. And just a couple of stops on the tram to the centre of Frankfurt. Clean rooms. Has a bar and pizza and burger snack available.

We went on a school trip with 30+ students, 4 teachers and other adults. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind to us and even went as far as to decorate a room and dining area for a student’s birthday. All around amazing experience, I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent two nights in this hotel. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly like family. Especially Caroline the receptionist I want to mention . Next time we will be back again because of the combination of the roommate and the hospitality in this modern hotel

This was the first Premier Inn, I’d stayed in outside of the UK. The hotel is fairly new (I was told it opened in October 2022). The location is excellent near the Frankfurt conference centre and fair and a 20 minutes walk to the old town and river. The hotel was really nice, a higher quality than you normally see in the UK and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
