Ulasan Trip Inn Hotel Messe Westend

This 'hotel' is in a residential building with no air-conditioning, the heat is unbearable in summer. Sound proofing is also non-existent so you'll hear the cleaning and furniture dragging. The lid of the kettle does not close at all, toilet water is constantly flowing, shower drain is almost clogged. I want to say it's otherwise clean but there was a spiderweb hanging above my bed. It feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel.

Das Wasser kostet 4 € pro Flasche , ist sehr teuer im August und ist 3 Sterne von Ausstattung, Frühstück, Service und kein 4 Sterne.

Ruhige Lage, am Anfang gab es Probleme beim einchecken außerdem haben wir an der Rezeption gewartet weil niemand da war man sollte aufjedenfall nicht mit hohen Erwartungen dahin gehen, ansonsten nettes Personal würde mir 2 mal überlegen ob ich da nochmal hingehen würde

I was scammed by the staff about the “free” Breakfast and forced to pay extra 16 Euros or Police! other than other issues

Overall the value was decent. But showing my partner my home country, this hotel was not a good example. The photos do not do justice. The breakfast was okay, the dining experience was not great as the window was wide open and cold winds coming in. The worker(s) had their own music on loud and it was not a relaxing type for guests. I, personally, would not return here.

Clean and safe hotel but there is not any restaurants, cafes in walking distance. Car park could be free because it is outside in the hotel’s garden…

Very clean, comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. It’s in a nice neighborhood that feels very safe. It’s close to public transportation, a small supermarket, and some nice local restaurants. The biggest negative was no air conditioning. Even with a fan, the afternoon was pretty unbearable. Given how nice the hotel is, it seems a prudent idea would be to install some air conditioners in the rooms. We would stay there again if that were the case.
