Exit 13 of Sakae station can go directly to the hotel. Very convenient location. Staff is very nice and helpful. However, cleanliness has to be improved. There was some hair on the floor in the room ＞＜

Super convenient location with the hotel just located above the railway station, surrounded by shopping malls, tourist attractions and good places to hang around. Hotel rooms are decent and clean, with good views. Overall an excellent experience staying here!

The location is excellent right in the center with easy access to subway and shopping. Fantastic view of the city from lobby and your room. Very new hotel so everything is super clean. Room size is good too. Just a few minor feedback. There’s no face towels, there’s hand towel, bath towel but no face towel. The lighting in the room is a bit too dark for my liking but maybe that’s way designer intended since it’s dark all over. But I would like more light in the room

Loved everything about the hotel. Read a lot of reviews about how dark it was, but I found it quite soothing and matched its aesthetics perfectly (I dont normally like dark hotels). Beds were incredibly comfy, and the location was amazing! Staff were also super helpful even with my constantly annoying requests and questions. They were always smiling and willing to help, especially the French guy who's name I unfortunately forgot to get🥹Trust me, i was really annoying with my piles of luggage bags, and later need for luggage delivery request. LOL There was also enough room in the triple room to open 2 HUGE luggage bags! Thanks for the amazing stay!

New hotel with spectacular view of Nagoya city. Very cozy and convenient location. Recommended.

The location is good as it is near to Sakae subway stn. The hotel has nice view/scenery of Nagoya. The cleanliness is tip top and complete with room items/amenities.

The location is really good and easy to access, it will be impeccable once the entrance on B1/F opened at the end of April which is connecting the underground shopping area and subway.

Hotel is very good in every aspect except that the rooms focus more on design than functionality.

Nice night view👍 and can see the sun rise set but I was not in the room during sun set. Last time I can sun rise, it’s beautiful. The room design is very modern. Only one thing I feel not good is too dark within the lift, Reception lobby (at night). However I shall choose this hotel for next stay if the price is not increase so much.

Room is nice but service sucks. The Japanese guy at reception is rude. Breakfast is so so.
