Room very clean and our room cleaner Milena very friendly and helpful. This is the 3rd time staying here. This time, we booked the Suite L, and we like this layout and size. Also, only this category has a microwave.

剛好出差在法蘭克福,看酒店外觀定的,check-in需要自助,長住不建議毛巾都不會換,畢竟公寓,沒有人搞衞生。 個人覺得整體一般般

It is the hotel without reception desk and without any restaurant part (no breakfasts) and there are some "goods" and some "bads" about it. To begin from "goods", I really like the kitchenette area, as it provides you with some independence regarding your meals and drinks. The rooms are spacious enough, equipped in coffee machine and TV screen is really big - much bigger you can find in higher class accommodation. I also found my bed very comfortable. Unfortunately, there is also a list of "bad" ones - it was generally clean, however there was a musty smell (? uncleaned floor) in kitchenette annex. Even if I stayed for 5 nights, nobody appeared to clean the room or to empty the dustbin. The fan on the floor is the only air-conditioning equipment - fortunately, it was rather rainy and cool September in Frankfurt this year, however staying in this room during hot July would be a punishment. However, the worst of all is the check-in system with a different code to a different door in the building - very erratic and unclear. I really struggled to go through any doors and the same happened to my colleagues. I should rate is as average, but it was significantly cheaper than other accommodation option in the same part of Frankfurt, so I finally decided to rate it as 4 out of 5, however I will probably choose a different place for staying, if I visit Frankfurt again.

The room looks proper, and the stay overall, seems well-prepared at the first glance. Your stay is, however, accompanied by little creatures called silverfishes. And not just one, I had the pleasure of meeting several of them. Not only in my own room, but also in the lobby. What is more, the building is oftentimes unstaffed and the customer service is not particularly responsive to requests. The silverfish matter took several days and I had to provide evidence that this was exactly happening. By the time I had it, I was about to leave the hotel. I have provided in the necessary 'proof' for the enthusiasts. Unfortunately, the website does not allow for videos to be attached. Another example concerns my hotel room door having a peek hole: there was no look-through glass installed. It took a few days before the matter was taken care of but also this did not go particularly smooth. Limehome seems to have a hard to responding to incidents.
