Quite disappointed. After first night room was not made. We where told that we had declined service and got a voucher for a drink - nonsens. I would never do that. They apologized and said it was a mistake in the computer. This morning before we left we met the housekeeping manager on the hallway and asked him not to forgot to have our room made. He said, no problem - had the room number... We returned at 6:00pm no room made. I try to call rece[ption. no answer. I go down, a young man told me that we had declined housekeeping and got a voucher. I said we had the same discussion yesterday and had been assured it would not happen again. I wanted to talk to the manager. He was off. the front office gentleman was the only employee in the hotel ?!? He said there is nothing he could do. When he after I told him that we at least need towels, came up, my wife said - come in... he responded harshly - ”wie reden sie mit mir” - which means ”how are you talking to me”, in a rude way. After many years coming to this hotel, this was surely the last time. Just by the way - breakfast staff was also Ignorant and not friendly at all, kind of ”don't bother me”.

酒店位置不錯，離卡夫商場和東方商場非常近，走路5分鐘左右可以到，離奢侈品大街也不願，大概10分鐘左右
酒店房間比較小，非常乾燥，衞生整體是一般的

Rezeption freundlich. Ein Aus checken ohne Probleme. Zu bemängeln gibt es nur das Frühstück. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist Perfekt aber es gibt 3 Punkte die extrem verbessert werden müssen.
1. Dies ist Generell ein Problem und zumutung in allen Hotels was an Brötchen (Semmeln) angeboten wird. Teils noch kalt vom einfrieren und hart als würden sie schon Monaten liegen. Ist es nicht möglich frische Brötchen anzubieten.
2. Diesmal extrem im Hotel aufgefallen. Rührei und Bacon ( Bauchspeck) leider kalt. Für mich macht es keinen Sinn zu beginn der Frückstückszeit massen an Speck und Eier herzustellen . Wenn leute dann um 8 Uhr ( Sonntag) zum frühstücken kommen , Die Eier oben eine Haut haben und der Speck kalt ist.
3. Ich verstehe das es schwer ist Personal zubekommen, aber das Personal im Früchstücksraum sollte Basiswissen in der Gastronomie haben. Es kann nicht sein, das man sich zb eine Scheibe Brot schmiert , auf steht um sich noch eine Tasse Kaffee holt, zurück am Tisch ist und fest stellt das der Tisch abgeräumt wurde. Ein anderes Beispiel vom Tag zuvor , Personal greif zwischen den Personen über den Tisch und räumt Teller und Leere Tassen ab.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Modern and functional. The rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is optional, though there is a grocery store and a bakery in the same building. Very convenient. The maid was eager to do the room at 9 each morning. That was kind of disturbing. Simply too early. The gym is high tech and worthless if you want to pull weights. If you want to do Jazzercise or something like that, it's perfect. The hotel is a bit far from city centre and Frankfurt Messe. Also there are few restaurants and commodities in the nearest vicinity. You'll have to walk more than a kilometer to Alt-Sachsenhausen to find S-bahn, shops and restaurants. The bus is 260 meters from the hotel. I like this place. Been here several times.

Ein vom Konzept her sehr schönes Hotel, allerdings sollte -wenn das Zimmer komplett in Weiß gehalten ist- mehr Sorgfalt auf die Sauberkeit gelegt werden. Die Spiegel waren fleckig und staubig, der Boden auch nicht sauber, die Vorhänge voller Flecken und nicht sehr ansehnlich. Das Bad ist modern bis auf die Dusche, sie ist einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß und viel zu klein. Etas mehr Licht im Badezimmer würde ebenfalls sehr helfen, es ist leider sehr dunkel. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist sehr laut. Die Lage im Bahnhofsviertel ist bekannt, das weiß man vorher und würden wir daher nicht in die Bewertung miteinfließen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr bemüht und freundlich, toll ist die 24-h geöffnete Bar (wenn auch sehr überzogene Preise!). Wir würden das Hotel nur bedingt empfehlen, dafür war das Zimmer einfach nicht sauer genug.

Very clean, nice, formal hotel. Our room was small but very nice. Thick walls and quiet. Employees were all very professional. Location was excellent for getting on foot to the old center of town. There is a wonderful gin bar on the ground floor with a large assortment of gins and very knowledgeable staff. Prices for the room and the gin were reasonable, considering the quality and location.

TO FINISH SELF CHECK-IN. IT WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME BECAUSE IT WAS COOL AND DARK

Das Hotel ist mit Abstand das beste Hotel in Frankfurt und Umgebung. Die Lage ist einfach super, man hat es nicht weit in die Stadt und neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Parkhaus. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und der Service ist top. Der Spa Bereich ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

FFayeGreat location for the business area of Frankfurt. I would recommend that travellers arriving by public transport take the S Bahn to the stop ”Taunusanlage”, which is in a nice safe area and avoid getting off the train at the dangerous Hauptbahnhof / main station area. The rooms are on the small side but impeccably clean, modern and well designed - with a laptop compatible safe. The bathrooms are fabulous with designer shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The breakfast at this hotel is exceptionally good - with the option to have omelettes or other egg dishes cooked freshly for you. There's a wonderful selection at the buffet and all really fresh and good quality. I also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and always found the food to be excellent. Would happily recommend it and stay here again in future

PPengguna TetamuA great hotel in Frankfurt City Centre and in close reach of many local activities (The River was approx 15 min drive including traffic, walking distance) Check in was smooth and the room was modern and surprisingly large with small kitchen area and large bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable; there is even washing facilities on each floor. Underground parking for the hotel which cost (I think/Approx) $20 per night, be careful if your car is a wide SUV as this may be quiet tight for you! We will definitely return when back in Frankfurt!

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed two nights at this hotel. We arrived early from our US flight and the staff was able to get us a room immediately, even though it was a few hours before check-in time. We really appreciated this, since we were all tired after the long flight and had two tired kids in our party. Their breakfast is really good and well stocked and clean. We enjoyed it on both mornings. This hotel is some ways from the airport and it is around 40 Euros one way in a cab or Uber. Romer (city center) is around 10-15 minutes from here (around 12 Euros in Uber). We were able to experience Frankfurt's wonderful Christmas market on 2 days conveniently from this hotel. The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were really welcoming, helpful, professional and took pride in their jobs. Every interaction with the front desk was awesome and the lady who manages the breakfast area was working very hard to keep the area clean and the food well stocked. Kudos to the staff of this hotel! We did notice two small issues with this hotel. One issue is that there's no restaurants or groceries nearby. It seems like an industrial area. To mitigate this, the hotel does have Pizza available in the evenings. The second issue was that the rooms were too warm. Since AC is not on during winters, the only option to make the room temperature more acceptable was to open the windows, which made the room noisy because of cars driving fast in the street nearby. The blankets provided were more like comforters and so we couldn't use them at all. The hotel should find a way to fix this issue. In all, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely consider it, if we plan to spend time closer to the city center.

A room that wasn't cleaned, two bottles of mineral water finished, quilts that were clearly used, and garbage in the trash can. After entering the room, I called the staff as soon as possible to report the situation of my room. But he just indifferently asked me if I wanted to change the blankets. It was already eleven o'clock in the evening, and for safety reasons, I did not communicate further. I really hope it's not because of racism that I am treated like this as a newcomer to Germany.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel, das sicherlich nicht zu den besten und sichersten Vierteln der Stadt gehört (Schmutz, Obdachlosigkeit, Drogen, Kriminalität). Ich habe das Hotel bewußt trotz der Lage gebucht (es verfügt immerhin über eine gute Anbindung), war aber sehr erschrocken und erstaunt über die mangelnden Sicherheitsvorkehrungen im Hotel: Jede/r Straßenpassant/in kann ohne Probleme zu den Hotelzimmern vordringen, weil weder das Treppenhaus, noch der Fahrzug einen gesicherten Zugang haben. Mein Zimmer war recht lieblos (Flecken an den Tapeten, sehr weiche Matratzen, keine Matratzenschoner) und einfach/billig eingerichtet, was bei dem Preis nicht verwundert, und sehr hellhörig. Verwundert hat mich aber dennoch die mangelnde Sauberkeit: Haare auf dem Boden, dicke Staubschichten auf den Fußleisten, Lichtschaltern und Co. Wasserflecken auf Armaturen, Duschwand, schmutzige Toilette... Leider hat meine freundliche Bitte nach der ersten Nacht, das Zimmer nochmal gründlich zu reinigen, gar nichts gebracht. Meine Erfahrungen mit dem Personal waren durchwachsen: Meine Reinigungsbitte wurde vom Morgenportier sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Der Abendportier, der für Empfang und Rechnungserstellung zuständig war, war komplett unprofessionell, überfordert und unfreundlich. Ich würde eine Übernachtung in diesem Hotel NICHT empfehlen, da ich mich zum einen geekelt und zum zweiten überhaupt nicht sicher gefühlt habe.

The checkin was so slow and the male receptionist was disinterested for any greetings let alone offering any help with baggage . Sent me through wrong side of the lift and had to take stairs to get to my room it would have been easier if I was advised to take only 3 steps of stairs and the then the lift which opens right outside the room I was allocated. The cleaning standards of the hotel are awful on next level. The room is so dirty , the corners are filthy and the situation under the beds is disgusting. The housekeeper enter your room to verify if you are staying over rather than checking the system at the reception. The cleaners seem bothered when you ask them to refresh your room and they don’t greet you at all. It’s like I always have to remind twice if I need something. Customer service runs in negative not even zero . I made the biggest mistake of choosing this hostel /hotel , I have never experienced this bad hotel in my life. My recommendation, spend a little more and book somewhere where the staff actually wants to work. Well apart from greeted by a lovely lady receptionist on Saturday evening , the day I checked in ,,, nothing is right about my stay.

PPengguna TetamuFür Zugreisende, die an eine Messe gehen ist das Bristol ideal. 2Minuten vom Bahnhof und 7 Minuten zum Haupteingang der Messe ( zu Fuss) sind ein gutes Argument. Mein Zimmer zum Innenhof war ruhig, sauber aber nicht mehr ganz taufrisch. Die Klimaanlage liess sich leider nur auf 22° runterregeln. Danke dem ruhigen Innenhof konnte ich nachts mit offenem Fester trotzdem gut schlafen. Morgenessen ist ordentlich. Einige Strassen und der Umgebung des Hotels sind .... naja, Bahnhhofsviertel aber problemlos.
