Titel: Erstklassiges Hotel am Zoo - Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis Sehr geehrte Leserinnen und Leser, ich möchte Ihnen gerne von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel am Zoo berichten, einem erstklassigen Hotel, das ein unvergessliches Erlebnis bietet. Besonders beeindruckend war das reichhaltige Frühstück im Hotel am Zoo. Das Buffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und bot eine Vielfalt an köstlichen Speisen, die frisch zubereitet wurden. Ein solch leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück ermöglichte einen energiegeladenen Start in den Tag. Das Personal im Hotel am Zoo, insbesondere Frau Yasemin an der Rezeption, verdient besondere Erwähnung. Sie war äußerst zuvorkommend, empathisch und immer bereit, zu helfen. Der Service im Hotel war durchweg erstklassig und trug maßgeblich zu einem positiven Gesamteindruck bei. Die Lage des Hotels am Zoo ist unschlagbar. Mit direktem Zugang zum Zoo in unmittelbarer Nähe, ist es besonders für Tierliebhaber und Familien ein großer Vorteil. Man kann den Zoo bequem erkunden, ohne weite Wege zurücklegen zu müssen. Die Zimmer im Hotel am Zoo sind komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie bieten alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man während des Aufenthalts benötigt, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war hervorragend und sie wurden tadellos gepflegt. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel am Zoo wärmstens empfehlen. Die erstklassige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zoo, das reichhaltige Frühstück, das freundliche Personal, insbesondere Frau Yasemin an der Rezeption, und die komfortablen Zimmer machen den Aufenthalt zu einem rundum gelungenen Erlebnis. The guests really enjoyed their stay. The manager was very friendly and serviceminded and the bar were of good standards. It was a friendly environment, with pleasant people all around. The guests would really recommend this hostel, close to both the tram and metro. The guests would like to come back!

Sehr netter und flexibles Personal, saubere Unterkunft. Toller Ausblick auf den Main. Trotz Straßenlage ruhig genug , auch wenn die RTW’s zu hören sind zum benachbarten Krankenhaus. Es ist im Apartment alles da was man benötigt. Würde definitiv nochmal buchen!

I had a wonderful time at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Frankfurt with my wife. We stayed there for three days and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many attractions and public transport. The price is very reasonable for the quality and comfort of the rooms. The service is excellent and friendly, and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

Ben collegato con la tranvia che passa davanti all’ingresso ed accesso alla metro a solo tre minuti a piedi. Si trova nella zona finanziaria dov’è sono presenti a poca distanza molti buoni ristoranti e bella palestra proprio di fronte. Pulito, essenziale e confortevole. Le camere sono un po’ piccole ma comunque comode e sopratutto ben insonorizzate. Termo regolabili, armadio poco spazioso, bagno con doccia ampia. Disponibile anche parcheggio custodito a pagamento. Colazione internazionale ben assortita. Possibilità di check-in automatico tramite macchinette touch screen. Utilizzato durante una fiera alla Messe Frankfurt. Con la metro si arriva lì in venti minuti comodamente e con un solo cambio. Consigliato.

Room: The Loft - king bed. Stay: 12/27-01/05 People: couples. 2 people total. Not bad at all for an inner city hotel. I changed my hotel choice 4 times before settling on the Innside by Melia Frankfurt Ostend. The amenities were what truly intrigued me, and I was very impressed by the sauna once I discovered the operating hours (5pm-10pm) of the sauna itself. The hotel also offers, for a price (170€-245€ Euros), massages and manicure /pedicures. If you ask me, the prices are exorbitant and are better on the US or southeast Asia. But the staff are amazing; we didn't get in until 9:30 AM, and the staff were more than happy to check us in early as an early Christmas present. Our room was cleaned every day and upon request. Our minibar was free and kept stocked full of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. I'd give INNside Melia Frankfurt Ostend an 8.0/10.0 on the Brooke In The Air scale.

So this is your typical 'trendy' Moxy. It's just on the edge of Frankfurt on a main Road (which also has a Tram Line). It costs about €30 in an Uber from the Airport. It's weekday Room rate is not bad, Corp Rate was about €120/night, including Breakfast. So the hotel has a great funky decor, lots of 'odd' items to look at, quite a cool eclectic mix of 'nick-nacks' 😎 The main Reception also acts as a large Bar area with plenty of seats, they also serve decent German Beer 👍. The Bar area also doubles up as a Breakfast area in the morning. There is also an area where you can work👍, and an 'on site' Barbers?? 😵‍💫 The Bedrooms are okay, not massive but not too small, they have Air-cons, but more importantly, they have windows that open 🙂👍 The beds are okay, I got an average sleep whilst staying there. The rooms do lack from ANY form of Clothes storage, which I found weird👎. I am not looking for lots of Wardrobes or Chest-of-Drawers, but providing just THREE Hangers on a Coat Hook is just Rubbish! 💩 Even other 'discount' Hotel chains (that don't provide actual Wardrobes) at least have a 'Rail' / 'Shelf' to hang up/place clothes 🫤 One other 'big miss' is the Shower, it is well designed but it has basic 'Mixer' handle, it's not Thermostatically controlled, so water constantly changes from hot to cold (based on other Guests water usage 🤦‍♂️) also if you knock the handle whilst showering (really easily done) you can then scold 🔥 or freeze yourself ❄️👎👎. Overall it's quite a good hotel, if they fix a few other small design problems, I'd happily give them 5 stars 👍

Stayed here for a work trip. Wouldn't recommend as in my locked hotel room, someone went through my bags, stole my laptop and iPad. Came back to my hotel room - still locked - but items now stolen. Getting Michael, the manager, to then deal with the request was difficult and now months on still have no correspondence from himself as he didn't want to deal with the situation. He has been rude and no help. Another member of staff helped me resolve the situation and receive rightful compensation. I also wouldn't recommend staying there because across the street (and the block really) is a lot of construction going on. Not really the fault of the hotel, but a warning as it is a long-term construction that will wake you up - particularly in the summer when you have the windows open. I do, however, want to thank the front of desk staff who do their absolute best and provide great service in spite of what Michael, the manager, can provide to them. If you are forced to stay here, don't take anything valuable or at the very least carry it with you at all times as it is not safe in the hotel room. Even if buried in your suitcase with a locked door.

The hotel itself was lovely. Rooms were nice, staff were helpful, and it smelled aggressively good. The location is good in that it is close to the train station and the downtown core, but it is just a couple blocks away from an area with people using drugs, etc. Would definitely avoid if plan to be out in the evenings. It is possible to avoid this area for the most part with careful planning of routes but the proximity to this area was a definite downside.
