Mungkin lebih bersih tetapi selain itu lebih baik daripada kebanyakan hotel di kawasan ini

When you look up this property, it does not say it is under complete construction and that the property is unsafe and a complete mess. We booked this hotel for the breakfast, the pool and the fitness room. There was none of that. After you book, a small tiny line is put through the pool and breakfast. But no fitness room. Either way, when I looked at the description, this property offered these things. Due to lack of space here is a SMALL list of what this property is like. Checked in to a window with plywood covering us only to be dripped on constantly. We were told they were just painting from 8 am to 8 pm. NOT TRUE. There was construction equipment, debris, wood blocking the only entrance to the building. There were nails/screws/wood all through the parking lot and blocking sidewalks. The elevator was broke one night and an employee rudely told us to just take the stairs. To the 3rd floor with an 8 month old and a stroller. Screws/nails and debris all throughout the stairwell. Dust everywhere. In order to get new towels, as ours smelt horrible, you had to go down the hall, outside, around the building to the literal window. Ice machine not working on our floor, had to go all the way to the 1st floor. No do not disturb signs. Side door had NO LOCK! My daughter stepped on a construction staple in her room, limited parking, dust, open wires, stairs full of debris, finally found a cart for luggage at the end of our trip. But it had been used by construction and was filthy

Perfect motel for my stopover enroute to Acadia National Park. The rooms ar well appointed, cozy and the beds are great. You can't go wrong here. It is also dog friendly in some rooms. Definitely returning on my next trip!

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful and very polite. Excellent location. The only miss is the wifi was non-existant.

We try to always stay at a Hilton as they are uniform for quality so we know what to expect when we arrive. This hotel was no exception as the room was very clean and very comfortable. Front desk team was very polite and professional. Plenty of parking although it is across the street. Easy walking distance to the main drag.

We have stayed at the Haraseekit Inn many times over the years and always had a wonderful experience . This time was disappointed that the Broad Arrow was closed. I respect that new owners have to make changes but the service in the renovated dining room was appalling. Was very cold and when asked if we could change from under the AC. Was told no other tables were reserved though no one sat at one of them. Drinks eventually came after the food was served,other glasses served after the meal was finished even though it sat on the bar for 20 minutes. Food was only okay long delay in being served. Staff need to be trained on service , lots of running around achieving little., heard similar dissatisfied comments made by other diners around us .Breakfast was better but was a buffet. All in all a very disappointing visit. Doubt we will return which is sad
