Our booking through ********** wasn't received by the hotel but the hotel was very helpful and we received some separated rooms instead. The service was excellent and the hotel is very nice with a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast can be ordered with gluten-free options but you just have to ask for it. The rooms are clean with AC and a small kitchen for smaller meals. The area around the hotel is nice enough with restaurants and shopping basically right out the door. There are aom construction nearby but no bigger issues there. Parking was full so we had to find some in the streets nearby which was free.

Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber. Die Betten und Kissen/Decken sind super und auch sehr sauber. Das Zimmer hat keinerlei Anlage oder Schrank, nur 2 Haken an der Wand mit 6 Bügeln. Man hat keine Möglichkeit Wäsche oder andere Utensilien auszuräumen, muss alles im Koffer bleiben. Im Badezimmer keinerlei Ablage/-oder Abstellmöglichkeit. In der Dusche muss Shampoo auf den Boden. Kulturbeutel kann man nicht abstellen. Das Bad ansich, sehr sauber und modern mit begehbarer Dusche. Sehr kompliziertes Frühstücksverfahren, da das Frühstück von einer Fremdfirma angeboten wird. Man muss an der Rezeption eine Frühstückkarte kaufen und diese dann abgeben. Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr, €15 pro Tag. Bei jeder Einfahrt, Ticket ziehen, vom Hotel Ausfahrkarte geben lassen und dann wieder neues Ticket ziehen bei der nächsten Einfahrt - ziemlich umständlich! Leider kaum Snacks oder kleinere Speisen - oft auch ausverkauft. Zur Lage: die Straßenbahn Nummer 4 ist nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt und fährt mitten in die Stadt. Ich würde ein Zimmer zur ruhigen Seite wählen, da, wenn man Fenster auf hat, die Straße ziemlich laut ist. Das Hotel als solches ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. es gibt einen Bäcker in Laufdistanz und auch eine Tankstelle.

We were in Freiburg for vacation and a lot of the other hotels were really expensive. This hotel was reasonably priced, so we booked four rooms between 2 families, and I am glad we did. The hotel was nice and clean, and fairly close to some restaurants and a train station that can take you to the down town area. What made this hotel a great stay was the staff. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. They almost all spoke English well and interacted in a very positive way. If we are in the area again, we will stay here.

Very lovely hotel with great design and facilities. Staff are very polite and professional. It is a new hotel so everything is new and top quality. Sauna, gym and massage facilities available. Underground parking @18€/day Outdoor parking @10€/day. Very close to Freiburg city centre and the tram stop is just 2mins from the hotel. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel. There is no restaurant at the hotel but they do serve breakfast. Overall, great experience. I will definitely stay here again!

Hotel rantaian, bukan di bandar yang sibuk, tetapi disyorkan untuk memandu sendiri! Biliknya kecil tetapi bersih, dan lelaki di meja depan sangat bersemangat, yang memberikan mata tambahan kepada hotel! Terdapat tempat letak kereta di hadapan hotel, dan sarapan pagi adalah salah satu yang lebih kaya dalam jadual perjalanan berbilang hari

Hotel de la cadena B&B que está muy bien. La habitación pequeña, con cama y literas pero con aire y baño completo. Parking gratuito y transporte público conectado con el centro a 100 metros. El centro a 20 min. En recepción nos dejaron entrar a las 11, previo pago de 15 euros. Y no nos cobraron la tasa de nuestro perra. Buen sitio para visitar una ciudad muy bonita.

· * although I was travelling solo, i received a huge room, with: - many windows offering view over garden & village & one ski slope - double bed, very comfy - office table with power plugs on the desk ( easy to charge computer ), inclusive USB-power ( easy to load ur phone ) , - very good lighting system integrated in the desk wall, - smart tv, connectable with your tablet/phone - a very nice bathroom with huge italian shower & window ( you can shower with a view on the landscape ) And the hotel provides a very decent parking lot, a good ski-room with heated-sticks for your shoes, directly connected ( but with lock on the door, security first ) to the garden/exit on one side, and to the rooms on the other side : best comfort. an all-by- foot connection to the village / resort, and within minutes from bus station, café-kuchen shops,... breakfast is traditional for Germany ( sausage, ham, eggs , bread, marmelade, fruits, cereals, teas, coffee...) and with a very good quality dinner is also very good ( i tested it twice, with various pasta dishes ). Same thing for Wine ( i chose their house wine ). Nevertheless, I believe the quantity is a bit too much for the evening, and i lost all my diets efforts within two meals... Disliked · I can t say i did not like, but still, I would like to input some suggestions: ( all services were great in the hotel ) : - dinner : introducing some sizes in portions could help to enjoy the excellent restaurant food, without spoiling it by leaving anything in their plates...furthermore, adding some dishes in the menu, like salads with extras ( like caesar salad with grilled chicken stripes, and other uncooked vegetables combination ... ) could help those who prefer to eat light in the evening... - introducing a sauna (for adults only, i have had too many bad experiences with saunas where kids run around...don t spoil it ) somewhere in the garden ( huge plot )
