Très bon accueil et les 3 personnes qui se relaient à la réception sont très sympathiques. La chambre est de taille correcte pour un couple et surtout elle est très propre. Bonne insonorisation et à 15 min à pied du centre ville. Très grands parkings extérieurs et intérieurs. Bon pdj avec sucré et salé. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Un grand merci à toute l'equipe pour votre accueil, gentillesse et professionnalisme. Un énorme coup de gueule concernant la clientèle qui ne respecte pas le travail du personnel ménage, technique en cassant les télécommandes ou en brulant les sols avec des cigarettes ou de renverser et tacher les revêtements de sol avec les chichas ou autre..... c est vraiment triste ce manque d education et de civisme n oubliez pas que vous n êtes pas les seuls à emprunter les chambres et que d autres arrivent après vous également de penser aux femmes de ménage !!! Revenons aux bonnes choses petit-déjeuner au top réapprovisionné rapidement tables désinfectées dès que la clientèle les quittent et ce tout en l image des gérants qui sont très humains contrairement à d autres qui sont fantômes ailleurs. The room (appartement) was very nice and clean. Lovely kitchen and good bathroom. Breakfast was good. We asked for an appartment with balcony but did get one with terrace which we do not prefer because of the dogs. It seemed there was an appartment with balcony available during our stay. The main gate could not be closed during the night. It was broken during our stay.

Stayed for three nights. A thick layer of dust coated everything. Advised reception who sent maintenance man to check. Was not resolved for the whole stay yet asked a couple of times. Plug sockets fell out of the wall leaving wires exposed. Shower in bath in a very small space but the only way that you can stand under the water is to stand with you feel on the slopes of the bath sides. You can not stand with your feet flat. It was extremely slippy and dangerous and had to hold on with one hand at all times. There was no wi fi at all in the rooms. The senior reception lady , long blknd hair was so rude. We asked to leave luggage and despite there being a locked luggage room she made me put it in the office with an open door where people passing it could see. The staff member whe we collected it was very confused as to why it was there. Waited at reception f9r ages, she is in the office on social media. She did not explain how to get into pools or exit to beach or towels. Added breakfast without asking us. Only discovered this on checkout! However, some other staff at other times were so helpful pleasant and polite. Location is great, five minutes from lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Thank you to the lovely maintenance man who sorted the plug sockets. He took the tome to answer some questions that that lady on reception shrugged her shoulders at even though he d8dnt speak much English took the time to use a translation app. Parking is paid and if the hotel don't have any, parking nearby can fill up and you might have to walk 10 mins to car park. We didn't eat. We tried to have a drink but gave up after waiting 15 mins whilst staff that said they were coming stacked plates and didn't serve us. A shame as service elsewhere in the town was amazing. An absolutely beautiful town, and short taxi to saint Raphael is worth it

Nous avons trouvé un hôtel propre et calme malgré les allées et venues de l'hôtel. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant, répondant à nos demandes. Seul point faible pour nous, mais qui fait partie de la conception des chambres de 4 personnes, l'escalier qui mène à la mezzanine est très raide et pour des enfants sa fait peur la chute. Je recommande cet hôtel et son personnel (même le petit enfant 😉) Bon courage à vous.

This is the worst place I’ve been in years. Papa d 130 for a couple with a child, for one night . We arrived late, having informed them, but when we got there there was nobody. The receptionist arrived after a while, the poor guy all on his own trying to find the cause of the bad smell . The bed was not made, there was a bag with sheets for us to make it. The breakfast appalling: a super small space without even the space to cue, twenty minutes, competing with a dozen other guests trying to get something to eat , croissants like chewing gum, tasteless coffee… The room was clean but the common areas, stairs snd hallways had not been cleaned in a while. The only other experience like this I ve ever had was the cheapest hostel in Washington DC, but it was one fifth of the price!
