可以自助辦理入住這個肯定，工作人員也很熱情，房間很大設計不錯，就是酒店超過1.1米早餐要補票，説實話去過無數親子酒店沒遇到過，早餐餐廳衹有一個，排長隊，餐廳太少又小。寄存行李很方便。不會再來的原因，主要是動物園太拉誇了，酋長之家就是坐大巴車看動物，還要預約一天衹能看一次，廣州長隆小火車看動物都可以無限次，陸地兩棲車排了四十分鐘就一些普通動物園都有的動物，動物行為展示也是普大同小異，到處都是圈錢的，遊樂設施也不好玩，大多數大型遊樂園都比這豐富，周邊小點小朋友可以來體驗。我們6歲多，去過珠海廣州長隆，野生動物園，很多動物園，大型遊樂場，進去一直説不好玩，還訂了兩天票，憂傷。一直給我説酋長之家一點也不好玩，為啥這麼多人，還要預約搶排隊瘋狂跑去。還有晚上煙花秀，媽呀，説是燈光秀不過分吧，但是燈光也很拉誇，煙花就沒幾下，就當出門溜個彎散散步隨便看一下，不要期待太大。説實話一大兩小1400多，很不值，反正不會來第二次了，後悔一萬次。還不如在清明上河園或者萬歲山多玩兩天，娃愛的很，後勁大。可能以後都不會想去這種遊樂園動物園了！由奢入儉難。

帶娃入住真的超出預期，必須全五星安利！房間格外寬敞，搭配超大落地窗，採光通透又明亮，屋裡還通了地暖，冬日裏暖意十足，孩子光腳跑跳都完全沒問題。智能馬桶乾淨又便捷，更驚喜的是還有浴缸，玩了一天回來，大人孩子都能舒舒服服泡個澡，解乏又愜意。 小院環境打理得特別好，清幽雅緻，飯後帶娃散步再合適不過。酒店位置也超讚，離清明上河園的迎賓門很近，還臨河，傍晚吹着河風散步，氛圍感拉滿。餐飲方面也十分省心，樓下就是餐廳，日常用餐不用奔波，早餐更是品類豐盛，兼顧大人和孩子的口味，完全能滿足親子出行的需求，停車非常方便，就在地下停車場，臨走時還贈送了小禮物，酒店還有兩衹狗，兩衹貓。這次住宿體驗太舒心了！

If I could give 11/10, I would. I came on the day of the heaviest snow this year. Just when I thought everything went wrong, it turned out to be memorable. Flight delay, then airport delayed flight parking due to the snow. My booked Didi (another app) driver left. Was stuck in the ONLY didi driver’s shared car making its way from Zhengzhou to Luoyang — he drove from 11pm to 5.30 am going at 40 to 50 km/h because the roads were iced up and slippery (even his car had slid through and hit the barriers twice) . The owner added the driver’s contact and waited up all night until the early morning for me to check in and carry the luggage up. The price, the location and the very nice owner make this homestay an excellent one — better than a hotel. There isn’t any elevators but the owner helps out with the luggage. The room is large and comfortable. He had turned on the heating for me before I arrived to warm up the room. The breakfast is delicious. The homestay is near to Luoyi Ancient city (a few minutes walk) and Luoyi Ancient City metro. His hand-drawn map highlights all the good spots. His daughter is adorable too.

This is a very low density hotel. Suitable for those who want to enjoy the quietness and calmness of the environment. The service is top notch. Every room is assigned to a butler, who gets most of the job done, like room service, prepping the hotspring water, food order etc. The replies are prompt and helpful. The food provided was good. It's semi buffet style, which is sensible considering the hotel only caters for such low headcounts. Some food are ordered from the bar. The quality is not bad. There was only one problem. We chose the capsule room. Mainly because we wanted to enjoy the view from the hill. However, there was a construction right in front of us, which blocked the view. We could mainly see the construction signboard which was a little disappointing. The hotel also provided a parting gift on our checkout day. Overall it was a good experience.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was absolutely perfect. The decor is beautiful and stylish, and the entire hotel is extremely clean. The staff speaks a bit of English, but most importantly, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us. They arranged our transfers to and from the train station, booked a restaurant for us by calling in Chinese, and even helped us organize a private driver for a day trip — everything was perfectly taken care of! We also had dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious, with impeccable service. Breakfast was amazing too, with a huge variety of high-quality options. Truly, compliments to the entire team — highly recommended!

Room had a nice balcony which we were not aware of while booking 3. Staff is very helpful. Goes over and beyond to ensure a good stay - helped with bookings, taxi and always ready to answer any questions 4. Breakfast is simple and traditional set. Not a buffet. Wasn't an issue for us since this was a healthy tasty meal 5. Reception staff was available 24*7. Not something expected in a boutique hotel 6. Room heating was very good, like a 5 star hotel

The cleaning staff in our courtyard were lovely and very helpful and the man at reception we dealt with too. It was obvious the staff work hard to do their best considering the condition of the hotel and spa. But the hotel and spa are tired and both locations need facelifts. For example, the basin and surround in our room was all discoloured, as was the wall at the door, and there were loose wires visible and the courtyard plants were all dying. The hotel communal areas away from reception were unkempt. The spa pool had broken and discoloured tiles, with lots of leaves in the water and the flumes were closed. Both could be great with investment.

I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and good service, and I look forward to staying here again.
