首先，酒店環境很好，服務意識到位，房間整潔乾淨，住的是放心的，小細節也是比較關注的。酒店自助早餐味道也好； 其次，銀基動物王國整體滿意，和長隆是有區別的，但各有特色之處。銀基重頭戲就是酋長之家和水陸兩棲車，動物也都養的挺好的； 最後，冰雪世界也是很好玩的，小朋友甚是喜歡。那場演出時長半小時，個人感覺很好。我們玩了5個小時。 總結：作為華北地區，非常值得一去！酒店的衞生確實做的到位，唯一可能就是浴缸清潔感覺一般，雖然套浴缸套。

房間很大，帶着老小共四人絕對夠住，一進門一張大圓床和一個樓梯讓孩子興奮不已。全屋地暖，外面再冷進了小樓就很暖和。住的幾天當地温度較高，在屋子裡有點悶熱了，好在有個露台可以開窗通風。距離清明上河園很近，差不多5～6分鐘就能走到了，一早進園隨時出園都是非常方便的，不會玩得太累。晚上夜景很美，遊船和樂聲彷彿身處汴梁，但如果喜靜的話可能會覺得有點吵。服務應答很快，送水送紙都很方便，還幫忙提行李上下樓。叫外賣或在樓下飯店吃飯都很方便。衞生方面還有待改善，特別是沙發和邊桌。熱水有斷斷續續的情況，可能是用水集中的原因。整體還是很推薦的

Had a very nice experience here, I will come back for sure! The room is very nice, clean, well equipped and the owner also provides free welcome snacks and a cold drink. Located in the old city of Luoyang, walking distance from the main attractions, this lodge has a very cosy and friendly atmosphere, the style of the reception and of the rooms is also very special. For breakfast i had the chance to try, the beef soup, a delicacy from Luoyang. The owner of this lodge is very friendly and thoughtful, he gave me a detailed itinerary with all the information about Luoyang and also his personal recommendations. If you want to stay in a cosy, special environment and at the same time experience Chinese culture I highly recommend this place!!

This is a very low density hotel. Suitable for those who want to enjoy the quietness and calmness of the environment. The service is top notch. Every room is assigned to a butler, who gets most of the job done, like room service, prepping the hotspring water, food order etc. The replies are prompt and helpful. The food provided was good. It's semi buffet style, which is sensible considering the hotel only caters for such low headcounts. Some food are ordered from the bar. The quality is not bad. There was only one problem. We chose the capsule room. Mainly because we wanted to enjoy the view from the hill. However, there was a construction right in front of us, which blocked the view. We could mainly see the construction signboard which was a little disappointing. The hotel also provided a parting gift on our checkout day. Overall it was a good experience.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang. Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet. Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options. Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel. Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

Amazing stay at this hotel. Pleasantly surprised. Trip.com pics and description does not do this hotel justice 1. Beautiful hotel - exterior and rooms 2. Room had a nice balcony which we were not aware of while booking 3. Staff is very helpful. Goes over and beyond to ensure a good stay - helped with bookings, taxi and always ready to answer any questions 4. Breakfast is simple and traditional set. Not a buffet. Wasn't an issue for us since this was a healthy tasty meal 5. Reception staff was available 24*7. Not something expected in a boutique hotel 6. Room heating was very good, like a 5 star hotel

Although the place is a bit outdated. We and our kids loved it. The hotel has its own hot spa bath in the room. And the spa hot spring with large swimming pool is 100 meters away. It needs extra payment though. The place is about 20 minutes from trainstation and 40 minutes from luoyang old town and 10 minutes from the grottoes. We liked the green environment. And staff was very helpfull.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. The staff were very friendly and made me felt welcome. I even received a small souvenir when I checked out, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, would definitely stay here again, and would definitely recommend this hotel.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期！酒店整體設計很有格調，簡約又不失質感，公共區域和房間細節都做得很用心，拍照也很出片。位置特別方便，出行、景區、吃飯都近在咫尺，服務從進門開始就很貼心，前台熱情周到，辦理入住高效快捷，工作人員態度温和有耐心，有需求都能及時響應，讓人感覺很舒服。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也不錯，晚上睡得特別安穩。衞浴用品齊全，水壓水温都很穩定，細節體驗拉滿。整體環境安靜雅緻，設施維護得很好，衞生狀況無可挑剔。性價比很高，是一家各方面都很在線的酒店，下次來還會選擇這裏，真心推薦給大家！
