三門峽天鵝湖國際大酒店，是我們近期居住過的，十分滿意的酒店，它不僅有環境優美，地理位置優越的硬件環境，同時軟件服務也十分到位。 首先有免費接送機場或者高鐵站的特殊服務。第二酒店裡的自助餐也價廉物美，品種繁多，既有地方特色的產品，也有，獨具特色的中餐和西餐，還有海鮮自助火鍋，200塊錢以內的兩人套餐，比城內任何一個飯店吃的都要便宜。第三觀賞天鵝十分方便。因為它在三門峽濕地公園內，可以説是三門峽距天鵝湖觀賞點最近的一個設施齊全的大酒店。酒店步行十分鐘便到達天鵝湖，我每天早，晚都到天鵝湖邊上去觀賞拍攝天鵝。酒店大堂和餐廳的服務人員都十分熱情，特別是大堂王經理和餐廳張春娟經理還有小趙，小漠，小朱等服務員都為賓客提供了熱情的服務，在這裏特別提出表揚和感謝！酒店讓我們留下了深刻的印象，我們還會來的，同時也會介紹更多的朋友來！

This hotel is in a very serene environment that is beautiful! My friend and I loved the grounds, our rooms, and the excellent restaurant. Denfeng is a small but charming town and this is a perfect location to enjoy the beautiful nature in this area. The staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive. Gao Yupeng was especially helpful. He speaks English and had great information about the best places to go in the area and the best ways to get there. The only thing that my friend and I regretted is that we didn't book a longer stay. I would definitely stay there again, especially in the cooler weather because they have amazing looking hot springs.

Christian’s Hotel is amazing! Located in the heart of modern festivities and conveniences, makes quick eats and shops easily accessible. The hotel is clean, wonderful amenities, and our room has a cool, retro flare. What makes this accommodation excellent is the quality of attention the staff provides to their guests, especially William. He’s very professional, attentive, and extremely hospitable; always there to help even when he’s not on-site (via through WeChat). Highly recommended!

All in all a very pleasant stay. The hotel‘s staff, especially Tien Tien helped us with things to do and restaurant recommendations in the area. Everyone working here is extremely attentive and the experience was just 5 of 5 stars. We would give more if it was possible :) Thanks for making our stay in Luoyang a very special experience.

This guesthouse is fantastic. The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean, and I stayed for two nights. Each morning, I was greeted by a breathtaking view of Yuntai Mountain right from my room. You can also see the cable car ascending Phoenix Ridge. I highly recommend staying here.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

This hotel is on the top of a 30-level office complex, it is not very close to the town center, it takes about 15-20 minutes taxi to the old town tourist area. However, the room size and the design are at the 4-star levels; all the hotel staff is well-trained and polite with an unlimited supply of bottled drinking water which I consume at least 5-6 bottles every day. I was on a trip and used the room as my remote office for a week and it is quiet and pleasant.

算是雲台山上最好的酒店了，其他民宿還沒體驗過。位置就在岸上服務區，雖然酒店在景區內部，但是可以導航酒店名稱，直接把車開到酒店門口的，這點還是相當友好的。步行去景區大巴乘車點也衹有300米步行距離，出行方便。 但是，感覺天階的設施已經比較陳舊了，裝修挺有年代感的。衞生間特別特別小，開門都轉不開身。 也可能是山上雲霧繚繞的關係，總感覺房間潮潮的，被子也濕噠噠的，不乾爽。 酒店早餐很一般，多一個小童收費28元，不推薦。

度假區很大 交通 停車都很方便 帶孩子也不用走路 還有專門的擺渡車 主要還免費 服務真到位 房間也很乾凈 床也不潮 洗澡也方便 晚上去泡了温泉 池子很多 景色也非常好 拍照打卡都很出片 二樓的休息區孩子也很喜歡 還有水上滑滑梯 零食水果很多 還免費 還坐了手工藝品 孩子非常喜歡 自己動手就是好 還有老師教 下午去玩了樂園 非常多 萌寵樂園 堅果樂園 滑草樂園 孩子非常喜歡 玩的很開心 強烈推薦 下次還來

環境不錯，房間衞生也可以，還有個小陽台，設施也很齊全，還可以免費停車，老闆服務態度也很好，打電話就會幫忙 稍微不足的是我們晚上六七點左右入住，一進房間發現有兩個臭屁蟲在窗簾上，自己處理了就沒聯繫前台
