性價比非常高的酒店。 1.周邊環境好，酒店在公園內。步行可至天鵝湖天鵝觀賞點。開車可至黃河河畔，沿河濱路觀賞幾公里的黃河景區。 2.酒店內空間和佈景也非常舒服。 3.最重要的是酒店服務非常好，迎賓的小夥子（豪堃）瞭解到我們車上有幾箱獼猴桃，主動説可以幫我們送到客房去，不要在車裡曬壞了。我們入住時已過午餐時間，在前台的工作人員（夢鴿，小趙，小春）協調餐廳。餐廳的工作人員也非常好，下班時間了，另外又給我們做了麪條和兩個菜。雖然是臨時加的，但口味非常好。 4.酒店餐廳的飲食非常好。早、中、晚都有自助餐。午餐和晚餐也可以點餐。入住的這幾日無論去哪兒，都會回到餐廳用餐。因為用餐環境，餐食的口味都很符合我的要求。 5.房間裏的休閑椅能把腿翹起來休息，讓我意外滿足。

All in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station). Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

Christian's Hotel has the best service I have experienced at any hotel anywhere in the world. The staff were universally outstanding. It was impossible to single out any one staff member for special praise as they were all excellent. We felt like welcomed friends all the time. The cleanliness and design of the hotel are also of the highest quality. The only 'negatives' I have are that there is no lobby bar. The restaurant on the 18th floor gives great views. Surely a small section of the restaurant could be converted to provide a lobby bar? The location is also nothing great. There's nothing wrong with the location, there's just nothing great about it either. It's near a subway station, so getting to attrractions is easy, but there's nothing much in the area around the hotel, no great places to eat, no attractions to take a morning or evening walk to. Those aside, we would 100% definitely stay there again.

All in all a very pleasant stay. The hotel‘s staff, especially Tien Tien helped us with things to do and restaurant recommendations in the area. Everyone working here is extremely attentive and the experience was just 5 of 5 stars. We would give more if it was possible :) Thanks for making our stay in Luoyang a very special experience.

This guesthouse is fantastic. The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean, and I stayed for two nights. Each morning, I was greeted by a breathtaking view of Yuntai Mountain right from my room. You can also see the cable car ascending Phoenix Ridge. I highly recommend staying here.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

訂的親子房，房間很大，相比老城區那邊同等價位的一些親子房，面積大了近一倍，而且是隔成了大小兩間，一家三口住得很舒服。 樓層都很高，雖然臨街但很安靜，基本聽不到什麼噪音。 管家周倩服務非常熱情，專門送了小朋友紀念品，還送了花，另外還有一大袋零食（因為沒見過送這麼多的，專門拍了一張）。 酒店早飯也很不錯，胡辣湯好喝！ 要説缺點，可能就是位置，離熱門景點稍微有點遠，但也是相對老城區來説的。其實洛陽整個都不算大（和成都相比，我成都來的），住這家酒店去各個景點打車一般也就二三十分鐘，還算方便。

民宿就在岸上服務區，離區間車站幾分鐘步程。店家服務非常好，很喜歡店內的裝修風格，時尚有品味，設計合理。衞浴是完全分開的，可兩人同時分別使用。馬桶還是智能馬桶。總之，一間好的住宿真的是完美了我們的旅程。

帶孩子來玩了兩天，從入住到退房特別特別滿意，房間衞生很乾凈，物品配備很齊全，服務員服務也很好 有需求定能滿足 這裏的環境更好特別適合帶孩子長者來度假，也有很多户外玩的項目，沒事泡個温泉，遛娃， 帶長者呼吸呼吸新鮮空氣，別提有多美了，退房走的時候孩子還再説能不能再玩一天呢，很滿意推薦推薦👍
