I stayed in a guesthouse I absolutely loved. Location: It's a 5-minute walk from attractions (Luoyi Old Town) and the subway station. Plus, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants all around, and the host provides a detailed introduction upon check-in. Room facilities: The room is spacious enough, and the facilities are well-maintained. Disposable items (bath towels, face towels) are plentiful and of good quality. The air conditioning kept the room very warm in this weather. Cleanliness: Super clean, even better than some more expensive hotels. Service: They go above and beyond to meet your needs, big or small, and answer all your questions. They even gave us a fridge magnet as a parting gift. In summary, this guesthouse has excellent facilities, and the hosts (a brother and sister) are incredibly kind and 'professional' in every sense of the word. I'll definitely recommend it to friends visiting Luoyang in the future. May the scenery of Luoyang bring renewed joy next spring.

The hotel is very big and the scenery is beautiful. The package we bought allows us to enter the Animal Kingdom in advance and have unlimited entry and exit. The package also includes hot springs and ice and snow world. It is very refreshing to soak in hot springs after playing every day. It is also very convenient for eating and traveling. We booked an Ultraman theme room with a small tent in the room, which the children like very much. The hotel facilities are complete, and there are many parent-child activities, including educational toys, Lego puzzle toys, and children's driving schools. The service of the staff is also very good, and they will answer any questions with a kind attitude. We are very satisfied. It is a good place to bring children to play.

Coming from Xi'an, where I frequently take my family to 5-star hot spring hotels like Angsana in Lintong and those in Tai Bai Mountain Tang Town, we're certainly no strangers to hot spring accommodations. However, I never expected to discover such a fantastic hot spring hotel here in Luoyang. The stay was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was exquisite, and our butler was exceptionally attentive, providing impeccable care and service. They even arranged transfers for us wherever we needed to go. We just returned today, and I'm already planning another visit next month! This wonderful place has truly made Luoyang feel much closer, making it perfect for a short two-day weekend getaway. Whether it's soaking in the hot springs, swimming in the infinity pool, or enjoying the delicious and refined breakfast, these are truly unparalleled choices for a weekend escape! Once again, many thanks to the hotel for such a wonderful experience, and special gratitude to our butler for their care and attention to my family. Looking forward to our next stay!

I went out with my mother and chose to stay next to the Qingming Riverside Park. The hotel environment is very good and the room is very large. As soon as I entered the yard, I smelled the fragrance of crabapple flowers. There are two crabapple trees, one big and one small. The big one is in the middle of the yard. The tree is full of flowers. It's so beautiful. There is a river next to it. After dinner, you can take a walk and enjoy the night view of Kaifeng. The hotel's peanut crisps are also very delicious. I bought six bags when I left. I will probably want to eat them again after I go home. The restaurant can order meals, just like a hotel. A very good experience

A really great hotel with an excellent central location, making it super convenient for food, drinks, and shopping, including large supermarkets. The room facilities are very comprehensive, and all the staff are incredibly warm and provide excellent service. The room was clean and tidy with a great view. Parking right outside the entrance was also very easy, and the security guard was very proactive in helping with luggage.

The hotel is located in the ancient city of Luoyi. The hotel has an independent area, which is quiet in the bustling city, especially during holidays when the ancient city is crowded. The room type is quite unique. I like the independent balcony in Wangjiangnan. There are many experience activities in the hotel and the ancient city. The only regret is that the whole city is full of people taking pictures during holidays, especially at night, when entering and leaving the ancient city is really crowded. The hotel service is very thoughtful. The service staff encountered in the hotel are very enthusiastic. The housekeeper Qingqing communicates seriously and patiently, and the check-in experience is very good.

The most striking thing about this stay was the hotel's ambiance! The elegant lobby, with warm chandelier lighting and greenery, creates a relaxing atmosphere the moment you enter. The view from the room was stunning, with a verdant courtyard just outside the window. In the morning, you could hear birdsong, and at night, it was incredibly quiet. The room was thoughtfully decorated, with textured wooden furniture and fresh greenery. The air was odorless, and the cleanliness was meticulous, even the cracks in the tabletops were spotless. The carpeted hallways in the public areas were completely silent, and the elevator lobby was decorated with art, creating a sense of class. Staying here felt like living in a small garden, completely relaxing both physically and mentally. Those with a love for ambiance will truly love it!

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang. Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet. Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options. Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel. Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water was consistently available, the toiletries were high-quality, and even the hairdryer had strong airflow. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western options available. The food was fresh, and staff promptly refilled dishes and cleared tables, providing attentive yet unobtrusive service. The hotel's public areas were clean and tidy, with just the right touch of greenery. High-speed WiFi was available throughout and the signal was stable. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip!

The experience was excellent. I stayed on the 45th floor and primarily dined at the executive lounge on the same floor. I particularly enjoyed the cocktail service during the afternoon happy hour, and the food selection was superb. In the mornings, I loved going to the lounge for coffee; sitting by the window, it was incredibly quiet, and I found myself even more productive there than in my room. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming; they would greet me upon arrival and see me off when I left. When I inquired about nearby facilities, they provided professional and detailed recommendations. Since I was here not only for work but also to explore the area, the lounge staff also recommended some fantastic places for sightseeing and exploring. The service experience was truly outstanding.
