酒店是城堡式建築，大堂和房間充滿冰雪、北極熊、猛獁象等童趣元素。 緊鄰銀基動物王國等核心景區，步行幾分鐘即達，且提供免費穿梭小火車，帶娃出行非常方便。 買的套餐兩天都能無限次入園，最實用的權益是提前30分鐘入園，能趁着人少先沖熱門項目，玩累了隨時回酒店休息。 大部分員工對小朋友熱情友善，會主動打招呼、提供幫助，能提供較高的“情緒價值”；部分房間有適老化設計，考慮周到。 除夕選擇銀基度過了馬年春節，很開心。可能也是春節人太多了，早餐要排隊等位置，建議增加早餐的種類。

房間很大，帶着老小共四人絕對夠住，一進門一張大圓床和一個樓梯讓孩子興奮不已。全屋地暖，外面再冷進了小樓就很暖和。住的幾天當地温度較高，在屋子裡有點悶熱了，好在有個露台可以開窗通風。距離清明上河園很近，差不多5～6分鐘就能走到了，一早進園隨時出園都是非常方便的，不會玩得太累。晚上夜景很美，遊船和樂聲彷彿身處汴梁，但如果喜靜的話可能會覺得有點吵。服務應答很快，送水送紙都很方便，還幫忙提行李上下樓。叫外賣或在樓下飯店吃飯都很方便。衞生方面還有待改善，特別是沙發和邊桌。熱水有斷斷續續的情況，可能是用水集中的原因。整體還是很推薦的

The location, sevices from the owner whom cooked for our breakie. He and his family are so friendly and made us welcome. We enjoy our stay very much and promise to come back to stay when we visit Luoyang next time. However the garden was very small compared to the picture i saw on the website but my son like it. Highly recommended for holiday stay in Luoyang. Wish the owner all the best and keep the good services.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was absolutely perfect. The decor is beautiful and stylish, and the entire hotel is extremely clean. The staff speaks a bit of English, but most importantly, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us. They arranged our transfers to and from the train station, booked a restaurant for us by calling in Chinese, and even helped us organize a private driver for a day trip — everything was perfectly taken care of! We also had dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious, with impeccable service. Breakfast was amazing too, with a huge variety of high-quality options. Truly, compliments to the entire team — highly recommended!

Although the place is a bit outdated. We and our kids loved it. The hotel has its own hot spa bath in the room. And the spa hot spring with large swimming pool is 100 meters away. It needs extra payment though. The place is about 20 minutes from trainstation and 40 minutes from luoyang old town and 10 minutes from the grottoes. We liked the green environment. And staff was very helpfull.

預訂該酒店是是臨時起意，所以訂的時候看的沒太仔細。忠誠建議：帶娃的家庭不要選！房間極其小！ 設施：房間極其小，慎重考慮！介紹的面積顯示 40，其實是包含户外的面積，一進屋站兩個人就滿了，真的滿了！衞生間衹能容納一個人！小到什麼程度呢，比如房間內沒有地方放電視機，一進門衹有一個小小的電視櫃，連本應該在衞生間放置的洗漱用品都沒地方而被放置到該區域！ 衞生：整體看着感覺還是可以的，但是床單上有不明液體！如圖所示 環境：有一説一，環境和服務還是可以的，綠化和户外整體很棒，服務人員的態度也很好，無論是客房，温泉區域，還是入住。 另外，小户型的樹屋我們也住過，但這個實在太小了！隔壁的冰雪酒店比這個簡直不要好太多！ 總結：温泉可以，入住酒店的該房型實在沒必要，親子游實在需要入住，請選擇該酒店其他房型，或者隔壁的冰雪酒店。

🧭地理位置超級好，在洛陽鼎旁邊，但是第一次來不明顯見，酒店外圍見圖7，房間可以看到麗景門，走路3-5min就到麗景門，晚上可以溜達到十字街夜市，洛邑古城…另一方向是天堂名堂和應天門的北廣場，到洛陽博物館打車18分鐘。 🍽️早餐是份餐，一人10元，孩子很喜歡吃裏面的包子，能吃飽一天有力氣 📺小米電視可以投屏 🧶隔壁房間也是住着有孩子家庭，晚上11:30還在大聲講話，不過第二天他們退房就好了，美中不足是設計的洗手枱的鏡子太高了，孩子根本看不到自己，然後設計的兩個架子有點雞肋，低處的會磕到腦袋，別問我怎麼知道的…
