Ulasan Fuji Lake Hotel

Amazing experience! Our first stay in this area has been perfect (even tho we didn't really get to see Mt.Fuji in full glory). We hotel staff are all extremely nice and polite, the food buffet is delicious (especially sushi and beef steak) + there's a wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. My first onsen visit was very relaxing and not scary at all - with 4 pools you can have a bit of privacy. The visual of hot steam against the dark sky will remain in my memory for a long time. The hotel offers transportation to and from station, or you can just walk there in like 10 mins. The location of the hotel is super - the buses stop just outside of the hotel and you can walk to some attractions (appare boat, Herb museum etc.)

Amazing experience at Fuji Lake Hotel. Room was spacious. We booked the room with private onsen and really enjoyed that. The view from the room was spectacular. The buffet dinners and breakfast was also quite good. They also have a free shuttle bus service to and from Kawguchiko station upon request. Staff were very helpful as well.

Excellent view of both Fuji and lake Kawaguchi, the hotel baths are excellent and the rooms have a great rustic feel to them

It was a good hotel with free onsen snack from 2pm -7pm Drinks station for guest as well. love the hot spring. Breakfast was average, nice scenery, right next ti fuji lake.

Love it, simple but comfy, get to experience traditional Japanese culture. We really enjoyed our buffet, simple but nice! Great view too!

Strongly recommend this hotel to all travelers out there!! Transportation is very convenient (bus stop next to hotel) and hotel staff are very friendly. Most importantly Lawson is just next to the hotel meaning u can have supper any time at night!!

A rather old hotel but the cleanliness still acceptable. The advantage of staying the hotel is the great view on kawaguchiko lake and Mt Fuji, unfortunately Mt Fuji is cover by cloud. There are private onsen room which you can pay to book and the facilities is good.

This is such a wonderful hotel. The autumn colours directly outside their lounge area was a sight. It has great views of both Lake Kawaguchi and Mount Fuji from their dining area. Their inclusive breakfast and dinner buffet was great with fresh sashimi, sushi, steak, beer, wine, etc.. We like that it has not been overly modernized and keeps its old feel charm. The service level was good and all the staff were most helpful and pleasant. We will definitely return.

Hotel is not new enough but it is really clean in the room. You can see a really beautiful mountain view in the room. Highly recommended

1. Location just at the bank of lake kawaguchiko. Walking distance to the Ropeway and Cruise. About 10 minutes walk to Kawaguchiko Stat. 2. The so called Mt Fuji view room did not give us a full view of Mt Fuji but blocked by the growing tall trees. We merely see the top of the mountain. Not worth the price we paid for. You can see from the photo attached. 3. The room is spacious and pretty clean. 4. They provide cleanser, lotion, moisturise asides shampoo, conditioner, body shower, tooth brush, etc. I would said you can stay there without need to worry much.
