Once of the best hotel stay in china. .. unfortunately i cant join their membership because of non China mobile holder .. The staff is friendly , helpful n very professional.

Extended my stay as the hotel is wonderful. Counter staff are very helpful. I was unsure about food ordering, where to go etc. staff were all very patient in guiding us and giving us the help we needed. Extremely important when one is in an unfamiliar foreign land.

Very nice hotel with good location near metro station. Service here was exceptional, front desk gave us hot tea every time we went up, and was very helpful with an early morning check-in. Room had a great view, very spacious. The laundry facilities are good too.

There is free washing clothe service. There also has a warm welcoming with fruit and biscuits. The room is warm enough for me in winter weather.

This hotel was well situated to explore the city and the Snow and Ice Festival. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, and the staff are friendly.

Good location (15 minutes walks to Temple of Heaven). The included breakfast was quite good, especially the yoghurt. The accessories given in the room were very cute. The facilities are new and well-maintained. Overall very good experience staying there.

Super cosy and comfy hotel. Price was great for such a spacious room. Had everything we could possibly need nd more. Well heated too, which is a bonus if you're visiting in the colder months. Highly recommend!

It was a good stay for three nights. Cleanliness is superb! Amenities are good and new. The room is small but i like the modernity and comfortability especially the softness of the bed and pillows. Food is fine typical Chinese food. Overall was great! Thanks for the stuffs for the room service.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, the location is good, right next to a very nice Chinese restaurant. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Honestly, this hotel wasn't that bad. I did expect more as the other Atours I have stayed at were way better. And by saying way better I mean the room. As you walk in you clearly smell humidity or is it old stench? Normally way cheaper hotels smell that way. Breakfast and everything else was fine but if I pay 400+ yuan, I expect a fresh room.

Excellent hotel, about 10 minutes from the city centre. Lovely modern rooms and friendly staff.
