Ulasan HOTEL LiVEMAX Hakataeki Minami

I’m giving one star review as it’s the minimum that Trip.com accepts. The hotel charges a ridiculously high price as it’s Christmas season The room is really very small The small window faces the inside of the building so no ventilation The worst part is the toilet sink that clogs fully. So have to brush and spit into the commode to prevent it from further clogging I complained about this to the front desk receptionist and she said it’s been happening for all the rooms and it’s the hotel’s responsibility to fix it and they haven’t done it So when you are paying HK$1000 per night, you can’t even get a working toilet sink!! And lastly the hotel is quite far away from Hakata station. So need to take the bus 69 to reach the station. Overall a below average experience for a premium price paid

The hotel is located a bit far from the train station. However the room is good. The staff is friendly. It is recommended for the travelers.

The rooms are tiny, but reaaaaally tiny. The feet stuck out of under the door if you sat on the toilet 😂 The bed is for a single person but needs to be shared by two. Even though every clean as always in Japan, it was definitely the least enjoyable hotel in two months of traveling Japan!

The hotel smells good. Interior looks new. Staff are nice and speak good english. The bed for two people is kinda small for the price.Our room also has a weird floor plan.
