The location is actually between Watanabe-dori and Yakuin. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but it's manageable. Downstairs are restaurants, and it's a popular gathering place for office workers in the evening. The room is quite spacious, and I feel like it can fit at least three 23-inch suitcases flat on their backs. So compared to other smaller hotel rooms, it's worth considering if you're looking for a bit more space and comfort. However, the facilities are quite dated. They don't use room cards, but keys. The outermost automatic door closes at night, and everyone can use their own key to open that door, which also opens their own room door. Although I was lucky enough not to encounter any danger during my stay, I still need to pay more attention to safety. As for cleanliness, the bathroom and bed were actually quite clean, but the sofa and kitchen were filthy. The kitchen utensils, especially the inner tank of the kettle, were completely stained and unusable. The pan was barely cleanable. Dishwashing liquid is provided. There is a water dispenser in the lobby, but it only works in the mornings! I didn't get much hot water during my stay, but every morning a bag of fresh towels, toothbrushes, and other supplies, along with water, was left at the door. One thing to note is that the entire building uses the same Wi-Fi; rooms don't have their own Wi-Fi. So, on your first day, there might be too many people connecting to the Wi-Fi, so it might not work at all. However, the next day, I told the front desk and it worked perfectly.
