5 star review Grand Hyatt Fukuoka was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel is directly connected to Canal City Hakata, which makes it extremely convenient for shopping, dining and walking around Fukuoka. The location is excellent, especially for tourists who want everything nearby without needing to travel too far. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed and a relaxing atmosphere after a long day out. Service from the hotel staff was professional, polite and attentive throughout the stay. Check in and check out were smooth, and the overall hospitality felt premium. Overall, Grand Hyatt Fukuoka gave us a very pleasant 5 star hotel experience. Great location, comfortable room and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fukuoka.

The location is incredibly convenient and just amazing! It's even walkable to the airport, though I still opted for a taxi. All the shopping, dining, and attractions are within a 20-minute walk.

This hotel is super convenient! It's just one subway stop away from both Hakata Station and Tenjin, and right next to Canal City Hakata. There's a Don Quijote about a ten-minute walk away, and a Family Mart right downstairs. The service at the hotel was excellent; someone helped me with my luggage as soon as I arrived. Breakfast was also good.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Canal City, so you can go shopping as soon as you step out. The service is fantastic, and everyone is very friendly. The bathroom has great water pressure, making for a very enjoyable bath experience.

Hotel is nice and clean. Located inside canal city hakata, so you can get whatever u want and wont be bored. Access also convenient.

The hotel is located in the city center, about 4km from Fukuoka Airport by taxi, which cost around 2300 yen. The hotel isn't super new, but it's conveniently just one stop away from major shopping areas like Hakata and Tenjin. The only downside was the slightly small bed. Everything else was fine.

Perfect location and very nice hotel quality. It is a very big room for me, as I booked a family room. Breakfast is wonderful.

Good location and connected to canal city. But performance at the fountain in the mall is noisy. Bed is not too comfortable. The hotel is aged in general.

This was my second stay here, and it was very comfortable. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and the service is excellent. The only downside is that the price was really expensive right before Christmas. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a mall where you can find drugstores, Onitsuka Tiger, Moussy, and Sanrio – a one-stop shop for everything! There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, including many popular bakeries, all within walking distance.

The staff, especially Mina, were super friendly and helpful 😊. The laundry service was awesome - fast and efficient! 🚀 The hotel's location is a winner, with a tax-free shopping mall right next door 🛍️. And the food in the basement, spot on! 🍴 We will definitely be back!

Old money vibes with excellent service! They helped us book a golf course during Golden Week, making our Fukuoka trip absolutely perfect.

The hotel is very well-maintained. There's great food downstairs, and the breakfast area is really comfortable with lovely greenery. I'd definitely stay here again.
