Cleanliness 🫧 3.5/5 - our room was perfectly fine, although the carpet had a few questionable stains and the shower curtain in the bathroom had definitely seen better days.. but overall clean bed and towels- fine for one night stay for us Location 📍 5/5 - Super close to subway and train station in Tenjin area, only a few minutes walk away from lots of restaurants and shops! Service 🤝🏻 5/5 - it was self check in which was easy enough to manage but there were super friendly staff around to help! Amenities 🪥4/5 - Like many hotels in Japan there were a selection of free toiletries at reception, not that much choice- body towels, toothbrush, razor.. - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom were pretty nice! Not much surface area in the bathroom but to be expected

Fantastic location. The hotel is very clean & the staff are helpful. I got the superior room so the room was a little bit more spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The room is a little dim, so maybe difficult for business travelers who need to work in the room. Also, I did not realize the parking was not on the premises. It is about 5 mins walk. Luckily the rain stopped when we arrived. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

I have always been a big fan of Grand Hyatt, spent two nights in Grand Hyatt Fukuoka with my family in April 2024. Room assignment was good, met the expectation of our previous requests. Despite the hotel is not new, its timeless design and cleanliness made our stay very enjoyable. Room’s air conditioning was a bit weak but a dyson fan has already been placed inside our room so it was not an issue. Bathtub was unbelievably ergonomic and you can enjoy an amazing hot bath after a long day of shopping. The hotel offers parking at a price but it was reasonable. The hotel is right next to a big shopping mall (with tax return for visitors!) Clothings, sports goods, JUMP shop, gaming centre with lots of claw machines (you can actually win a lot of stuff there), pharmacy, convenient store, you name it. We also had buffet breakfast in the hotel which was filled with a good variety of food and all of the tastes excellent! Would definitely come again if we visit Fukuoka again in the future.

체크인 할때 무인으로 체크인 하는거라 조금 익숙하지 않아 불편한 방식이다. 거리는 텐진역에서 거리가 제법있만, 익숙해지면 다닐만 하다.(버스타고 다니길 추천). 주변에 먹거리나 조금 부족한 편이지만 주방이 있어서 간단한 요리정도는 해먹기 좋다. (후라이팬 상태는 별로이니 다이소에서 하나 구매후에 귀국할때 버리시길) 객실은 진짜 넓고, 침대는 좋은편에 속해서 편하게 잘잤다. 세탁기와 제습기가 있어서 그때그때 빨래 하니 나중에 오게된다면 짐을 줄일 수 있겠다. 가족단위 여행객이 숙박하면 좋을듯한 객실이다. ( 란도르 렌지던스 호텔 후쿠오카 )곳이 있는데 헷갈리지 않았으면 좋겠다.

We spent the first two nights of our 9-days Kyushu self-driving tour at Trad Hakata and were impressed by the well maintained facilities, elegant garden and decently sized rooms etc. We therefore spent our last night of trip at Trad Hakata again; however, we were assigned two rooms at the lowest 4th floor, with blurred windows because there were building facilities placed right outside. We had requested for rooms at higher floor, same as the good experience we had a week earlier; we were boldly denied the request without any checking by the front desk staff and were simply told that the hotel was full!!

Very nice hotel, excellent location. Great services, delicious breakfast. Very convenient, around 8-min walk from the Hakata station, 5-min walk from the nearist subway stop, 7-11 is just 1-min away. We stayed there with a 4-year old toddler and requested a step stool in the bathroom in advance (for him step on it when washing hands). The staff was so kind to arrange and suggested a bed guard which was really useful and made our sleep safer. There is a large bathing area with a sauna in the hotel. I didn't go there but my husband and child had a great time and wonderful experience of traditional Japanese bath there. My kid loved it and requested to visit every night after we returned to the hotel (we stayed for 5 nights). And the best in summer is that there are laundry machines! 500 yen solved the laundry problem and made our trip nice and clean. Very well-managed service and facilities. Thank you all staff! We had a great time and good rest!

Room is clean, not huge but sufficient size. Great service, as I forgot my toiletry bag in Tokyo before arriving in Fukuoka and the front desk lady was able to call the Tokyo hotel and have them locate and secure the bag for me to pick up later. Offers welcome soba (21:00-23:00) and welcome drink (15:00-23:00). Also has a a Photo Booth to take welcome photos (picture quality is not great so more for fun) and a Gacha machine to dispense welcome gifts for kids. The lobby area has a huge long desk with many seatings, as well as a nice little library.

하카다역 인근이라 접근성이 좋고 백화점 등이 많은 곳이라 생활용품, 음료수 및 음식 등을 쉽게 구입할 수 있었습니다. 종업원들은 친절했으며 요청사항에 대해서도 신속하게 응해주었습니다. 호텔시설은 평범한 수준이었으나, 욕실이 너무 좁아서 욕조에서 샤워하는데도 불편했습니다. 그리고 식당이 별도로 있는 것이 아니고, 호텔 1층에 일본식 술집(이자카야?)인 듯한 곳에서 아침식사를 했습니다. 메뉴도 뷔페식이 아니고 준비된 간단한 일본 가정식(?)이 제공되었습니다.

DDeznadNestled in the heart of Hakata, this hotel offers a haven of convenience within easy reach of delectable dining options, vibrant attractions, and transportation hubs. As a first-time visitor to Fukuoka, I was enamored by the city's charm, and this hotel quickly became a highlight of my trip. From tantalizing late-night eats to leisurely shopping strolls and serene photo spots free from tourist throngs, Fukuoka had it all. Upon arrival, it's essential to note that there are two hotels with the same name; the one we selected, situated in Gion, stands just a few blocks from the Hakata outlet. (A friendly reminder: Opt for metered taxis over the airport counters to avoid inflated fares.) Check-in was seamless, and the hotel graciously accommodated our request to store luggage as we explored the city. Their self-service storage option, complete with a secure four-pin lock, provided peace of mind throughout our stay. The hotel boasted comprehensive amenities, surpassing those of the three other accommodations we sampled during our journey. Our room, generously sized, easily accommodated our luggage with ample space to spare. The provided onsen attire was remarkably comfortable, so much so I wore it out under my jacket for the second night! I recommend heading to the onsen in the afternoon and past midnight to avoid the crowd. Post-soak, complimentary popsicles awaited—a delightful treat indeed. Pro tip: ince their onsen is located on the 1st level of the hotel, you can store your onsen items in the locker before heading out to explore. After a long day, you can head to the onsen to ”defrost” and clean up before heading up to sleep. Equipped with a smart TV, our room offered the luxury of streaming our favorite YouTube and Netflix content, adding a touch of familiarity to our evenings. Another standout feature was the live updates on onsen availability and laundry room usage—though it's worth noting that the latter incurs a fee, a minor inconvenience amidst an otherwise stellar stay. This hotel exceeded expectations, providing unparalleled comfort and unparalleled convenience. With all essentials at our doorstep, exploration was effortless, leaving us with cherished memories of our time in Fukuoka.

Check out is completed just tapping on “check out” icon on the room tablet. 　It is good for their cost saving if they show the guest reasonable room rate. 🤭

CCheranThe size and design of the room is pretty good and comfortable. However, the first time a hotel in Japan does not provide tea or coffee (happy to be corrected in case I missed out). Last but not least, the location is unbeatable and surrounded by interesting restaurants and parking lots. Walkable distance to shopping area and city centre (JR station).

TTravelholicsThe location is good as it connected to a sizable shopping mall. The room is decent small but there was very poor sound proof. The musical fountain next to the hotel with loud volume awoke us every 10am in the morning. On the last day of our stay in 7am. The couple next door were having noisy adult exercise… bang bang bang… to the wall between our room was sucks. We heard their yelling and breathing clearly all thru the time. We didnt take any photos from the room…Its really a terrible experience for our stay….n we will not come again..

Pukul sepuluh pagi, tiada tempat di pusat membeli-belah atau hotel untuk dibuka... Ia tidak berperikemanusiaan langsung. Persekitaran: Hotel ini terletak di Tenjin. Iwataya dan Daimaru berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Ps: Peralatan mandian bukanlah yang Pola dalam gambar promosi, tetapi terdapat kit pencuci muka layan diri dan detergen mandian di lobi.
